We drove out from California so my son could ride the upside down roller coaster; it's nice because you only have to be 42" tall to ride and he's short so he usually can't ride the "big rides" we had a fun day but they park really needs to be upgraded, the arcade is so expensive; $1-$3.00 per game was a bit steep! The park was virtually empty so there were not really any lines. Hoping they upgrade some of the rides and then we will be coming back. read more

I recently visited this place of business on January 27th, 2024 for my son's birthday and I would like to say this was by far the worst choice I made for my child's birthday. For price you guys charge to one not have many age appropriate rides was ridiculous there is was way to many kiddie rides but the worst part was the arcade. I purchased the bracelet with a $10 arcade play and was told there are chips in the bracelet to tap them at the games to play and they didn't work so our trip to customer service was to have the balance transferred to a card so he could us it. Then we reloaded the card and I would more than half of games were taking money off his card but the games were not working. We made 4 more trips up to customer service to deal with it taking his money of his card for them to replace them money that he didn't get to use. He was so disappointed with how horrible it was there that he didn't even want to redeem his points to get prizes. Not the experience he should of had for his 13th birthday especially spending over $300 at your establishment. We will not be returning after this experience. read more

My boyfriend wanted to come here for his birthday to play miniature golf. It was pretty cool. All we tried was the miniature gold. We had fun. We tried to go here on a weekend night. Sure we expected crowds but it was back to back, wall to wall. Kids running wild without parents all over. Over an hour wait for the coasters and all games were either not working or taken. A lot of little kids not even playing just standing there while their parents paid no attention. this was my first time visiting castles n coasters and i would have to say that i am BEYOND disappointed. my friends and i went on the sea dragon and we were met with the most RUDE employee i have ever dealt with in my entire existence. the girls name was alexis and she was throwing straight attitude left and right to both me and my friends. she began to argue with us for 5ish minutes and continued to be rude with every word she spoke. we asked to see a manager and this PISSED HER OFF. she claimed that we were lying to the managers when i filmed the entire conversation on my phone. after this whole confrontation, we met the most amazing employee aurora. she is the only reason why this review isn't a 1 star:) read more

Arcade games are cool, they have many to choose from. The XD dark ride was pretty sweet!!! We got the Gold Passes. Did the mini golf first, then adventured to some rides. Go karts were fun, splash down was great- no long line for us. We were able to cool down also. The desert storm was fun! We only skipped 2-3 rides total. They had a few fans hooked up to the hose to cool off. We got the park cup for about $11 bucks with free refills for the day, it was worth it. We didn't try any food though. Wouldn't waste time on the fun house again, unless you want to scare little kids- since it is like a mini haunted house. To end the day we did the obstacle course and the zip line. It was fun, kind of sketchy. Would take more precautions on safety for the employees though. Having someone strong enough to push the zip liner so they don't get stuck at the end, someone did and they used a long pole with hook at the end. The hook fell off. No one got it and someone could have gotten hurt if they were on the golf hole. I say it was sketchy with the picket type fence under the obstacles. Overall it was good & we had a lot of fun, we spend 6 hours there, just watch your surroundings and be extra safe on certain rides. Not at all handicap accessible. I work for a facility that services adults with disabilities. We came to C&C for an outing at their mini golf course. There was no ramp to get into the area, only stairs. Not at all accessible for electric wheelchairs. The handicap restrooms were on the far side of the park, which was closed when we were there. Would not recommend for physically disabled individuals. Strongly suggest they comply with ADA. read more

They have a lot of activities to choose from like the indoor arcade, outdoor ropes course, water bumper boats, rollercoaster and mini golf. There are 4 different mini golf courses that overlap with one another although they are colored coded and marked to distinguish them. However, when we were playing golf many people did not follow the marked numbers and joined our course right in front of us causing major confusing delays. The roller coaster seems over priced. We had a great time at Castles & Coasters!! We played a round of mini golf with the kiddos, and they enjoyed it to the fullest. But our favorite was the racing carts, that is such a fun-filled activities to do with the little ones, it was exciting and different! This place is perfect for children to pre-teens, it is just big enough that if you bring little ones, they'll be occupied for hours. It isn't too great for adults, but you can definitely have a good time if you bring kids or teens along. They have a great arcade and a pretty scary roller coaster. I have been here many times with cousins and my sibling and they really enjoyed themselves. It is definitely on the pricier side, but I anticipate this as it really is the only one of it's kind in Arizona. Sometimes they have deals and that helps! read more

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience here. We order a funnel cake and the employee looked half dead which made my experience even more exciting. After that we went to the race car thing were a litte kid hit me so hard I lost consciousness for 3 seconds, all I remember is driving off into the distance. The employees were really nice, after my dramatic accident they kept asking if I was alright but in my adrenaline all I could say was yes. Now I am left with a big black bruise from the seatbelt. Huge safety issue and non responsive and unprofessional management. I took 2 High school students to Castles and Coasters. They are ages 16 and 17. When I picked them up tonight they told me of an incident that happened on the Splash Down log ride. They were going up in the log ride and there was a little boy maybe around nine years old in the log in front of them. The two girls and the boy were the only people on the ride. My two girls we're seated in one log car with one girl in the front of the log car and one in the back part. The little boy was in front of them in another log car. The first log carrying the little boy got stuck. It was stuck for some time and he was screaming for help. The ride attendant was not paying attention and did not hear the boy crying out for help. The boy panicked and was trying to get out of the stuck log. He was climbing out of the log ride mid way up to get out . My girls were afraid he was going to get run over too. He leaped out of his log to jump into their log car as it came up behind him. My girls were successful at helping him out of the ride and into their log car. They pulled a muscle in their shoulder but other than that everything was successful. They reported the incident to the ride operator when the ride was over. They said that the ride operator just laughed at them. I called Castles & Coasters when we got home. When I called and asked for a manager they told me the manager was busy. I had to repeat my receipt number to the girl on the phone 4 times, I had to provide the date, the time, and the name of the cashier. They had to look this up to verify the kids were actually there. I spoke with a girl named Connie who promised me she would get this to the manager and have somebody call me back. I was asked what I wanted out of this. I told them that I want to know that the ride operators are paying attention to the kids and the job that they are hired to do. I also told her that they need to train employees on ride safety and this issued needs to be addressed and taken as a serious safety issue. read more

I enjoyed a lot of the rides there but I was very upset when my son and I rode the go carts for the first time. The carts were extremely hard to handle and almost impossible to steer and because my son bumped into me (having a hard time braking in time) and I bumped the curb a little bit they rudely walked up to us and told us that we were banned for the next hour for reckless driving. My son literally started crying because of how rude they approached him. We both knew that neither of us meant to bump our carts. The gas was also extremely hard to push and I Was having trouble accelerating. We tried our best to handle the carts correctly. The women that approached us was so rude and bitter in her delivery that I didn't even respond, I just cheered my son up and we went about our time there. My son doesn't want to go back. You should never treat your customers like that and if you do not like your job, find a new one. There was a really nice guy on the magic carpet ride who treated my kids really nicely and everyone high fives though, which was nice. The place says it's open till 10pm. We have group of 6 of us that just got off work and wanted to come play putt-putt. We got here at 9:03pm and they turned us away. He said his till was taken away and there was nothing he could do. We offered to leave cash so he could ring it up tomorrow. There's literally noone here, so I don't understand why they would turn down business. And we'd still be done by 10pm. You could tell he just didn't want to stay, he was ready to leave for the night. My family and I had the BEST time today! It was our first time ever going. We were so impressed with everything! It was super clean and nice! Employees were friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of rides, 4 miniature golf courses and a HUGE arcade. We purchased the silver passes which was unlimited rides and 18 holes of mini golf. Great deal! The lines were not long at all so it was awesome that my kids could jump back on and ride again and again. One of the rides they did at least 10 times. We ordered 2 pretzels and they were hot and fresh. My son said it was the best pretzel he has ever had. We were there 6 hours and easily could have stayed longer. My kids are 8 and 5 and there was plenty of things for them to do there. We are already planning our next visit there. Well worth the drive from Gilbert! read more

This place is great it has everything from an arcade with a mix of old school and new school games. Bumper boats, mini golf, and a fair share of amusement park rides. It's like the county fair but cleaner and it doesn't smell like Pee. 1. Parking was free and it was easy to find a spot. 2. The walk through the parking lot was entertaining, If you look up you could see children and adults trying to keep their balance on a tight wire obstacle course above your head. 3. Pricing was reasonable $40 for unlimited rides!!! There are other options that include mini golf but I'm not a golfer. 4. Arcade was awesome!!! 3 whole floors of gaming. The arcade priceing is fair, with grate prizes. We spent $20 on arcade games, and I was able to claim my tickets in for, 2 decks of jumbo playing cards, and two sets of ruby red whistle lips (Something every 30-year-old needs). 5. The rides are amusing The best part was no lines ever. That was a huge plus! The rides try to have some type of theme but kind of miss the mark. 6. admission was free. So if you have a Nana or Your a grandfather and you don't do rides but you like to watch then this is the place for you. So why only 4 stars and not 5?? The staff; Keep in mind The park opens at 1pm enough time for all the high school seniors to get out of school and punch in for there shift. This place is run by public pool lifeguards who are afraid of water so instead they work at an amusement park. Kids these days need to learn that A smile can go a long way. Came for the discounted Thanksgiving special and it wasn't crowded at all. We arrived before they open and quickly got our tickets which was not intuitive to find; you have to go through the arcade to the golf area to get your wrist bands. We were the second group on the rides that were open. The cars and then the bumper boats. We played a scramble round of golf to wait for the rest of the park to open. Since there are so many options a short drive away, we didn't eat here but when we came back the ropes course was open. Again there was no wait so we went right up. The only WARNING - you must be 60+ lbs. to do the zip line. The ropes course was fun to test your skills and thrills. The rest of the park is pretty standard local amusement park. This was a great day with the family to have all the kids running around. By 3 we had ridden all the rides once and the kids were getting burnt out and the lines were starting to build so we took off. Overall a very fun day and would definitely come back early. read more

We visited Arizona with a local and our hotel was just around the corner from this place. He said that he used to go to Castles N' Coasters growing up as a child and was somewhat surprised to see the place still running! We went at night to play a round of mini golf and I am happy to report that Castles N' Coasters isn't just running...it is THRIVING! It was super crowded and filled with families, teenagers, and just people having a good time. For my fellow Californians, Castles N' Coasters is the equivalent of Boomers except a little bigger. I can only vouch for the mini golf since that's what we did but there are small roller coasters, go-kart tracks, bumpers boats/cars, a huge arcade, and even an obstacle course. As for mini golf, there are four different courses and for the most part was well kept and clean. There were a few holes here and there where the ball got stuck and we had to help it along but overall it was what you would expect at your typical mini golf course. I think you need to come to Castles N' Coasters with lowered expectations. Meaning this isn't Disneyland or Six Flags. It's a small place where you can spend a few hours without blowing the big bucks and it definitely gets the job done. 4/5 read more

I've been wanting to come here for a long time! I would always drive by it, but never managed to make it until recently. Unfortunately, it was completely underwhelming. I guess maybe I thought it was going to be grander than it was. I could definitely see how it's fun and lends something to do, but it's a bit pricey for what it's worth TBH. We bought the gold package for each of us and didn't end up using our mini golf or arcade bucks so we plan on going back for the kiddos to do that stuff, but personally, I don't think I would go back again. Arizona doesn't have much for family fun but this place was what me & my friends needed while on our Bachelor weekend. We score tickets for $29.00 online and when we arrived around 8pm. The parking lot was packed to the point we parked over at metro center mall and walked over. The desert storm is the big coaster. It was fun but not as fun as the big apple coaster in Las Vegas.
