He also stated that providing customers with photos was not something the company normally does, even though I had specifically been promised regular photo updates. After they installed the downspout, they even do a touch up paint to the exterior wall so things look perfect. I can tell even my project is considered a small project to them, they took their time and installed the gutter professionally and paid attention to small details. We chose to go with Supreme Seamless with David Lugo Smith. From the start, David was great with communication via text message and very accommodating. When he came to the house he clearly explained our options for styles of gutters and leaf screens, and how he would direct the water away from our foundation. This was a two-day project which involved removing the gutters one day, waiting several weeks while the house was painted, and installing the new gutters on a second day. It was complicated by the fact that the old gutters were installed under a layer of old concrete tile, that was under the terracotta tile. The old gutters had to be cut off to avoid damaging the tile roof. Some of the other gutter companies declined to do the removal. David and Team showed up on time each morning. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of every shift. They had to navigate a tricky tile roofline. Throughout the two days, they demonstrated excellent attention to detail. I am a bit (a lot) of a perfectionist, almost to a fault - I was constantly inspecting the work, trying to find something to complain about.
