And I would be completely remiss if I did not levy my comments here truthfully and honestly, and furthermore answer all of the statements made below. According to all of these very negative statements, Quiza must have changed their ways for the better if even one of these statements are in fact true. With that said, these are my truthful and accurate statements regarding my experiences with The Quiza Management Company over the past three (3) years. Every single time, without fail, not once have I not been able to Contact Mrs. Hayat Nasser! She is extremely Professional and Personable, and she knows her Profession extremely well. Every single time I mentioned to her about something that needed to be taken care of on our Property, she had it taken care of the very next day, and if it was an issue which required more time, she handled the situation in a very expeditious manner! Also, worth mentioning, is that she sends Quality and Qualified workers to take care of our concerns. It is also important to make mention of the fact that, she Manages over Ten (10) other Properties as well. So the very fact that she is concerned about this Community and is able to take care of us in fine fashion, is NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING, to me! Also, I have no clue whatsoever about the remarks regarding Mr. Neil Nichols, The Quiza Property Management Company's Business Manager. This man is Highly Professional and extremely talented, knowledgeable and very honest! He knows his Profession extremely well. Overall, my experiences with both of them have been extremely wonderful, EVERY SINGLE TIME WITHOUT FAIL! A recent example: my AC went out on a Saturday during the brutal heat wave (110 heat index). I took the time to do some research and it came down to Silver River and another management company, I chose Silver River not based on price but based on the experience I had from my first inquiry. I needed one less thing to worry about and renting out my property became less of a chore than I know that it can be. Our initial meeting with Dan Stein was thorough, with comps to help us decide on a competitive rate and suggestions on improvements to get us ready to market. Once we made our decision, Dan handed over the reigns to Chris to complete the signing process, a seamless transition. Once our property was vacant, Channel took over and I had to invent things to worry about. By the time I reached out with a question or follow-up, Channel had our property rented out with a fully vetted tenant. It was dead winter and I was prepared for a worst case scenario that did not happen.Till this day I am happy with the decision to sign up with Silver River and Channel continues to be just as accessible and responsive as she was at the beginning. Sincere thanks to all at Silver River for making it seem easy.

My ability to pay online was terminated over an issue with my roommate's account. I was never notified that it was terminated and when I logged in to pay rent, surprise I can no longer pay online. Instead of being helpful and fixing the issue like she had the ability to do, my property manager threatened me with late fees if I did not drop off a certified check with only several hours notice. She was also extremely unresponsive to maintenance requests. I was told that wires coming down in the yard and tearing siding off the house was "beyond a normal maintenance request" and I would need to get the problem fixed myself. If the roof fell in would that be beyond a normal request and on me to fix?! Oh and she also tried to schedule the walk through several days before my move out date and before I had the place professionally cleaned. I got her to change the date but it didn't really matter because she charged me for having the place cleaned again anyways! Oh well, at this point I was already so over Silver River and their ridiculous antics. I am so relieved to be moved out of their property and into a rental where I am actually communicated with and treated with respect. I would not recommend moving into any of their properties under any circumstances, they do not have the tenant's best interest in mind, clearly they are just trying to make a buck for the property owners.
