First time trying Cassidy's Corner and overall we really enjoyed it! I got the Desi Bagel, which had really good flavor, although it was a little overwhelming at times with everything going on. My husband got the pastrami on a jalapeño cheese bagel, and the pastrami was absolutely delicious! We also ordered a brown sugar espresso with oat milk and vanilla cold foam, and it was SO good smooth, balanced, and not overly sweet. Customer service was great, and you can definitely tell the bagels are fresh. I love trying new things, and Cassidy's Corner was a fun find. We'll definitely be coming back to try more! read more

Great bagel shop located in 'The Resort' community! Friendly staff, super clean, and they have lots of bagel options. I've only come here for breakfast so I've never tired their lunch bagels. The Joe's Special is really good. I love the jalapeño cream cheese. They add a ton of cream cheese which I personally love. Their iced signature coffee drink is pretty good. They sell it by the gallon as well. After trying a few drinks from them, I'd definitely recommend their coffee over their matcha. read more

Well, I went back. That's a no for me. Got different bagels, different coffee - same experience. 1. Way too much cream cheese on the bagels. It's unnecessary. 2. Second time visiting and they were out of most things. If you're expecting lots of people during opening, why not order more? 3. Iced hazelnut latte tasted watered down. Do not get it. 4. The location threw me off as its located in a residential area, quite literally on the corner. Cute concept, awful parking. We couldn't tell if we were taking over someone's parking area since it's all town homes (or something similar to that). It's a pretty small cafe, and let me start by saying it was packed. We went around 12pm and most of the bagel offerings were sold out for the day. We had to choose a bagel we didn't care to try per se, but overall, bagels were good. Ordered the Mad Joe and the Grilled Chicken Ranch. The bagels had a nice thin crust on the outside and the inside was so warm, fluffy and airy. I don't mind a dense bagel, but after having Cassidy's, I'm ruined. The Mad Joe on wheat was good, but I could have done without the lemon pepper. Whereas, the Chicken Ranch on an everything bagel was good, I think either pesto or bacon would have made it more phenomenal. Their blueberry matcha and mocha latte were decent. With how busy this establishment was before closing, I can't imagine how busy it is first thing in the morning. I feel as though it's cramped in there, and the person taking our order was taking a little long though we didn't change or have any special requests. I don't know how they can solve this as I don't think there's room for another cashier. She also talked very low and we really couldn't hear her over how busy it is. If you're someone who gets overly stimulated, maybe you can place an order to go. I really want to bring some bagels home next time and even try their sweet options. Was really excited for the opening of this location since we live in the area so the convenience of the spot was perfect. Aside from the location for me personally I think that's the only upside to this place. The food is OK and the drinks are OK. The service isn't the worst but it isn't the best. There's definitely room for improvement. It would be nice. If every time we went in they had everything in stock. We've came three times just to give this place a real chance and each time they've always been out of something. The last time we went in they were out of ALL bagels, so no food was able to be prepared just drinks. That just kind of did it for me. Maybe after it's been open for a while and things settled down the rhythm of everything will fall into place but until then I don't know if I'll be back. read more

As huge bagel lovers, my hubby and I were so excited when we saw Cassidy's Corner opening across the street from Teaspoon in The Resort complex! We had been waiting nearly a year for it to finally open, so when I randomly came across a Yelp ad announcing they were open, we had to go check it out right away. The service was super friendly, and we ordered the lox on a jalapeño bagel along with a Cass-occino coffee. The bagels were absolutely delicious. My only tiny complaint is that I wish they were a little more generous with "the smear." The coffee, though, was so good and paired perfectly with breakfast. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back and bring our kids next time! read more

Since I live nearby, I've been looking forward to this opening for a while, but ended up pretty disappointed by what you get for the price. I somehow ended up paying over $30 for a bagel sandwich and matcha because they charge extra for every small alteration. For one pump of syrup you pay $1.75, and for a cream cheese substitute in your sandwich you pay $2.50. If I knew I would be paying $8.25 for a small watered down matcha with barely any lavender flavor, I would've gone to an actual cafe that I liked. The lox bagel was fine -- they were pretty decent about the amount of cream cheese, tomato, onion, and salmon. It tasted good to me, but I also have never met a lox bagel I didn't like, so idk if my review of that really stands for anything. The location is nice for those of us who live in the surrounding neighborhood, and there's usually parking available. It's nice to walk up and down Resort. I ordered ahead via phone, and I can tell the servers are easily flustered and not fully trained yet (they told me they would put me on hold and then couldn't figure out how, so I heard their whole conversation with the manager), but for the most part service was fine. The boba shop Teaspoon is right across the street (not a fan of their drinks either). There is indoor and shaded outdoor seating available on both sides of the street. read more

I live at the Resort and love that I can walk to Cassidy's cafe. My first time trying this cafe and the experience was fantastic. I ordered the Cassidy's club on onion bagel (turkey, bacon, lettuce tomato, red onions, mayo & Dijon mustard) $15 and my boyfriend ordered the Joes (cream cheese, eggs, bacon) on jalapenos bagel $10 and an Americano $4. I didn't know that we can ask for double toasted bagels but next time I will. The bagels were fresh, soft and tasty, absolutely delicious. They make huge bagel sandwiches, larger than the size of my hand. I couldn't finish mine so I gave it to my boyfriend. Price is reasonable for location and access. Same price range as Caines chicken, Jersey Mike's, Starbucks for 2 ppl except that Cassidy's more boutique, more crafted food art and higher quality ingredients. The coffee is amazing and I'll be back to try other bagel and coffee options. read more

We had such a great first experience at Cassidy Corner Cafe! The space was very clean and welcoming, and the girls working were so sweet, friendly, and patient with us while we figured out what to order since it was our family's first time there. I got the Joe's Special and the 421 Specialty Iced Coffee, and both were amazing! The bagel sandwich was huge too, so I ended up sharing half with my partner. The long awaited Cassidy's Corner Cafe is finally open and I finally got to try it. I was very excited about this one, but unfortunately was disappointed. I would like to start with the service which was great, no complaints here. The lady's working behind the counter were sweet, efficient, and quick. Great customer service. Next, I ordered the Cassidy's Club on an everything bagel, along with an iced white mocha latte. The club sandwich was loaded with turkey, onions, lettuce, & bacon. I found the sandwich so difficult to eat because it was so dry.. not only was the sandwich lacking condiments, the bagel was so big and dry.. I ended up taking out everything in the sandwich and eating it without the bagel. It just wasn't enjoyable. The iced white mocha latte was good, no complaints there. Overall, I really hope that the quality of the food (or more so the bagels) sees improvement as I would love to see Cassidy's be successful. read more

If you are looking for overpriced and underwhelming bagels...Cassidy's corner rancho is the place for you. I live at the resort and we have been waiting for this place to open up for more than a year and half and it didn't wow us at all. I order the desi sandwich on Asiago and let me tell you...the amount of jalapeño cream on that sandwich was waaay too much! Apparently it had bacon, egg whites, avocado, and lemon pepper? Didn't taste it at all. The sandwich alone was 9.75 that was a waste. I also ordered bagel bombs (one of each flavor), 421 coffee (which had no flavor), red velvet bagel with strawberry cream cheese, a sausage and egg sandwich which all came out to 41 dollars! THATS INSANE! I'm sorry but I can make these bagel sandwiches at home and probably give Cassidy's Corner a run for their money! Oh and CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES PLEASE! While I was there the lady bagging the orders was upset that those making the bagels were not putting people's names on them just the name of the bagel or sandwich. The ambience is nothing to be wowed about either just stale bagels on the wall lol it's too small and seems a little too hectic for me...sorry guys, I don't think I'll be returning it's too much for bagels and a coffee. read more

Love the bagels, hate the parking situation, wait can be long sometimes for your order. When I can't find parking I call in my order and pick it up. It's much faster than ordering on door dash and I have even asked for them to bring it out to my car and they have. Customer service from the cashiers I have had has been great. The workers do a great job using gloves and changing them while handling the food. Now the for the not so good things I've seen while waiting for my food. A gentleman making a sandwich was chewing gum. I mentioned to him that this was a food handler violation and all he said was ok. Two weeks later the same gentleman again was making sandwiches and chewing gum. Thankfully not mine but when he saw me he pretended that he had nothing in his mouth. A couple weeks later I was again waiting for my food and a girl who was making something in the back room ( came out wearing plastic gloves with food on them) came to ask someone in the front a question and her shirt was rolled up and tied so that her belly was showing. Yet another food handler concern and the last one was today when a women came from the back area to help make sandwiches and her hair was half up half down and super long (down to her waist) and every time she turned to reach for something or turn to talk to the other person her hair touched the prep board where the sandwiches are being made. Unfortunately she made my bagel but lucky for me it wasn't on the area that her hair touched. I did mention it to her and she graciously said thank you for letting her know and that she would go back and put her hair up. I didn't stick around to see if she did, but hopefully she took it seriously. For anyone who has been in the food industry and has taken food handling course, you know what the concerns are. We like the bagels, but don't like the food handling issues that we're seeing so we're just gonna stick to whole bagels and no sandwiches. Having a place locally that serves bagels is definitely something I'm happy to say is now serving in my area! Although, I will say the bagels have impressed me so far! I've had the pleasure to try the tomato basil, red velvet, chocolate chip, and asiago! They do have a variety of other bagels and selections of cream cheeses. In my opinion the bagels are decent size for the price but the ratio of cream cheese was pretty heavy and I would have preferred a little less, or if your taking to-go definitely ask for it to be put on the side. The jalapeño cream cheese was great but I do think it needed a bit more jalapeño, while the strawberry cream cheese tasted more like cheese with a very subtle strawberry flavor. I also have had their drinks and sorry to say but not a fan I am an avid matcha drinker and the matcha was something I didn't finish (not typical of me) and won't order again, I believe they should stick to bagels and maybe just hot coffee and tea. They also sell 8 oz. tubs of cream cheeses to take home! However, you can also choose from selected breakfast or lunch bagel sandwiches or you can BYO. The bagels have a nice texture and flavor, and there is plenty of seating on the inside and outside to enjoy your bagels. I will say though being this spot is located in a residential area you may have to compete for parking or find a spot nearby and take a walk. read more
