This is a coffee shop inside the LBX Hangar mall. I tried their Hawaiian blend and it was tasty. They also sell pastries and sandwiches. Customer service was also good. Overall good experience.

Located inside the Hangar at Long Beach Exchange. This is one of the spots inside that opens early before all the other places. They have a good selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a plain bagel w/ cream cheese. Service was pretty quick and the staff were nice and helpful. Overall had a good experience and good food oh and the freshly squeezed OJ was excellent.

I've been to this location a few times. Not my favorite Cassidy's around but also not to the worst. Staff are nice and friendly. Located in the Hanger at LBX gives you choices if someone doesn't want a bagel. Be aware it can get busy, especially on the weekends and holidays. Parking can also be a struggle but there are lots all around. The struggle here for me is consistency. Sometimes my orders are great and perfect and sometimes there is a mix up. I've had barely any cream cheese when I ordered extra, and it once got a bagel with nothing on it when a sandwich was ordered. I will still come here but make sure to check your order before you leave.

Stopped into the LBX hanger for a quick caffeine fix and was pleasantly satisfied with their coffee. I like how they had samples at the counter to try their specialty to help you make your decision. It worked, because I ended up ordering the 4-2-1 signature coffee with almond milk which was delicious! The person working was super nice, even found out we both went to USC (fight on)! I will definitely be back to try out their bagels that they are also known for!

Plain bagel "with cream cheese" and jam. Where's the cream cheese???
    Rosalyn K.

Why advertise cream cheese if you're just going to serve plain bread with jam? This isn't the first time it's happened, but I'm honestly over it now. We ordered two plain bagels with plain cream cheese and strawberry jam, and once again... barely any cream cheese. Before I even pulled the slices apart, I could tell. And sure enough, when I opened it up, it was exactly what I thought, basically just bread with jam. All we could taste was the jam, no balance at all. A bagel with cream cheese shouldn't feel like a guessing game. The bagels themselves are actually good, which is why we've kept coming back, but this keeps happening. Please address this with your staff, because if I order cream cheese, I'd really like to taste it.

Basic drinks at an affordable price. Nothing particularly special about it. Would be nice if they also offered some more premium options. But it was convenient and the drinks were both good. Located inside The Hangar Food Hall.

Joe's special on Asiago bagel with OJ! (Not pictured: Cinnamon glaze bagel with strawberry cream cheese)

My son's been asking to get the cinnamon glazed bagel with strawberry cream cheese and it did not disappoint! Yummy! I wanted him to get some protein in him so we also got the Joe's special w/ Avocado on Asiago bagel (the cashier recommended the Asiago). It was pretty good but the bagels are really thick here. lol! So watch those calories if you're on a diet. Or share with someone. The OJ is fresh! Pretty tart but at least it's fresh. Great location! Smells good! Looks clean. Got a good parking spot on a Saturday morning! And seating was available in front of the cafe. Next time I'll try their coffee. The affogato sounds good! Enjoy! Thanks guys!

Where do you go to feed your whole crew at LBUSD Nutrition division for breakfast? Cassidy's Corner Cafe for assorted bagels/ cream cheese!! KYLE was Very helpful and guided me through the selection. I also took some home for my DS, DH. They loved the Softness of the bagels. My co-workers kept asking me where I got these great bagels!! Service was quick and I love the industrial look of this LBX food hanger. Can't wait to come back

I know avocados are expensive but damn...

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME". I don't know why I came back to this location since my last review? But after my recent visit, this will definitely be my last. Normally I order a Joe's special because I split with my husband since he can't have bacon. This time around, I ordered for myself and got the Desi which is similar to Joe's but has egg whites and bacon instead. I took my sandwich home and ate a few bites and found it to be unpalatable. The texture of the egg whites was funky and the bacon tasted weird. Also, it looked like they smeared cream cheese on one side of the bagel because when I opened up the sandwich, one side of the bagel didn't have cream cheese which explained why the sandwich tasted dry. Annnd the sandwich calls for jalapeño cream cheese and I tasted plain cream cheese. It was just a sloppy mess and it seemed to me that whoever made my sandwich was just being lazy. What I am suggesting to the owner and management at Cassidy's LBX is to perhaps train staff better and be consistent when making your sandwiches. It's disheartening that this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at this particular location. I felt cheated because I paid nearly $10 for a bagel sandwich only for it to go in the trash.

A local favorite for sure! I first tried Cassidy's years ago when they had only the Lakewood one in the area. The bagels are always on point and quite affordable.

This was my added avocado that I paid for, barely anything.

I love Cassidy's. I've been going to the one on Del Amo for yeeearrs but this location just doesn't do it for me. The bagel tastes the same but the service I've received here left a bad taste in my mouth. I was helped by a younger male who never greeted me, never smiled, rarely said anything and just looked like they hated being there. The Del Amo location has great service, the vast different was disappointing. I was also shocked by how much avocado I was given when I ordered some for my bagel. It looked like 3 slices. I wanted to say something but the male workings was so unapproachable that I just left with my disappointing bagel.

I ordered a fresh orange juice and a cronut. I was under the assumption that the orange juice was freshly pressed but unfortunately it was not. The cronut was decent but nothing special. I did not find any of the other pastries appealing. But very convenient spot.

I ordered the Banana Pie Latte and the Lox Sandwich. The salmon bagel was perfectly seasoned and stacked just right. They were nice enough to add extra onions to my sandwich, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The area was clean, and it's a great spot to meet a friend or get some work done while enjoying your sandwich or coffee.

The pineapple added to what's basically a Cuban style sandwich sounds different at first, but it works perfectly. The balance of sweet, savory, crispy, and smoky was spot on. The server (owner?) asked if we wanted cheese and Cole slaw, and that's how we got it. The sandwich was big enough to share so if the sandwich seems pricey, consider sharing. Although on a hungry day, I could probably eat it all with no problem. Dilly's has a fairly decent amount of craft beers on draft. I wasn't in a beer-drinking mood so I didn't look too closely at the list. I love it when restaurants support local brewers, and this looks like the kind of place that would do just that.

Heard about Dilly's Sandwiches having the most unique rotating set of beers on tap in Long Beach,…read moreso had to come to try it. The taste portions were very reasonably priced, allowing to create your own flight (or two). Specifically scheduled an early afternoon to come to the Lakewood Village neighborhood of East Long Beach. My wife found an angled parking spot right in front. It wasn't too crowded inside and the four of us found easy, comfortable seating in the brightly decorated dining room. One places and pays for the order at the counter, with the proprietors being very friendly and engaged. They brought out our beers after the pour, and the sandwiches a bit after (since each is individually carefully made). Beers: - Northern Lager [Oxbow] - ($5 for 13oz pour) was clean, crisp and a hoppy aftertaste. - Infinite Hotel [The Wayfinder X Bierstadt] (marked as $3 but charged $4) is a rice lager and was the favorite of the group for its drinkability - Winteruption [JK's Farmhouse] ($3) is a cider with very strong maple syrup overtones: never tasted anything like it. - Hyper Paradise [Rare Barrel] ($4) - saison and ale with mango and passion fruit. I liked this beer very much. - A Place Like Home [Pure Project] ($3) - Nitro poured Extra Special Bitter. - Double Negative [Grimm] ($4) - Imperial Stout, which I really enjoyed. - Amongst Friends [Sante Adairius] ($4) - a cherry saison, unusual and was glad to sample. A lot of work was put into creating this flight, with the careful pours and markings to make sure I knew what was what. I really appreciated the opportunity to sample all of these on-tap. In terms of the food, the group as a whole really liked them, though I guess I wasn't as impressed with my two samples, mainly because it used non-descript deli meat in OK quantities, heating them up when necessary. Hot Beef ($18) was my wife's, and it had been griddled with cheese to form a crispy lattice. The Ham and Cheese ($16) was served cold and had potato chips inside which my mother-in-law liked (saving the other half for home). Our friend and I split the Hot Turkey ($16) and Pastrami No 19 style ($20). The pastrami meat was piled high and the cole slaw was crisp and good, but was served cold (should have read the description more closely) and mediocre rye bread broke apart quickly. The Hot Turkey ($16) was served on ciabatta that had been grill pressed for a long time, creating a wonderful crust as good as any sandwich I've had. But the filling was OK, using standard turkey breast slices from a loaf and an ok stuffing...using hand carved turkey would have made a big difference here, but understand it's hard to do. Strangely, even though it's a pickle adorned shop, each sandwich just came with an ordinary pickle spear, what one would expect from a diner, not a deli. And the prices are on the higher side, especially with no sides and most not being particularly ginormous. But I loved how each sandwich used different breads, and how some of them were toasted very well. And having the opportunity to try these unique beers made it a really good experience.
