Pizza slices

I went over to a friend's house today for lunch, and she decided on ordering in from Cassiano's. It was my first time hearing about this place, but my friend recommended it, so I of course had to give it a try. We ordered a small Neapolitan pie through Seamless, as well as 2 cans of soda and two orders of garlic knots. Our food arrived relatively quickly, in what seemed like half an hour or less. Very speedy service. For the small pie, it comes with 6 slices, which was the perfect portion when split between the two of us. First of all, the pizza was divine. And, as someone who was born and raised in NY, I know a slice is successful when you fold it and it doesn't flop downwards. This pizza was perfect, with no flop, so bonus points for that! As for the garlic knots, those also did not disappoint. They had a slight crisp on the outside from being in the oven, but they were soft and moist on the inside. In my opinion, they didn't even need to be dipped in sauce they came with, because they were that moist and flavorful on their own. Even though I didn't visit the storefront, absolutely loved the food from here. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Ive been going to cassiano's lately and now feel good enough to post this review today i tried the shrimp caesar wrap and it was so good the shrimp was nicely grilled lettuce nice and crisp and the wrap was not dripping in dressing! the fries are amazing as well fresh and crisp and the doughnut light airy and fluffy, my grandma / nonna slice was so good i forgot to snap it before i ate it so just imagine a perfectly crisp perfectly sauced fresh slice and you're there! lastly the customer service here is very good too! they're efficient , and the piece de resistance , and they have the 12 oz tall boy diet cokes! dont come running in here and buying them all up now please! Great job Cassiano's

Some of the soggiest pizza we have eaten in a while . A solid miss by any imagination! By any standards, it's not good at all. Pizza is soggy and falls apart. We found this pizzeria to serve very greasy slices, so we wanted to be quickly in and out. We do not recommend it when there are better options nearby.

So far so good! This was my first time trying this place out. Our office recently moved across the street and needed to get a quick salad for lunch. I went for the standard Cobb which was priced very fairly at about $13.50. composed of greens, chicken ,avocado, bacon, red pepper gorgonzola and such and in huge quantities! Give them a try. Looks like they have tons of pizza by the slice, plus pasta and sandwiches. Oh the place has a huge indoor seating area . Go get you some.

Surprised at the rating. Randomly stopped by and had what I thought was a very solid slice of NY Pizza. Take a look at the photo - what's not to like?

Good place for a quick slice, best to eat the slice while it's hot. The line can get long during the lunch rush but it's relatively quick as most people order by the slice.

This is my go to lunch spot when im not trying to spend an arm and a leg on lunch. It isn't the cheapest pizza spot in the area but definitely provides the best value for the quality of food you are getting. 10/10

Hand made noodles and homemade sauces every single day, fresh ingredients and lots of delectable options. The service is always good the cashier is usually a sweet Italian man and they sell Italian sodas and candies in the front as well. I love the way the shop looks it's completely PINK and plush. I will always recommend Pastagasm to others and will always order when I'm in the area

Was also thoughtful in handing us our orders correctly which was nice. For the food itself I heard good things and was hoping to love it more-- but I think I was slightly disappointed. The flavors aren't so bad overall and if you have a pasta itch it'll scratch. But I've tried other places better at a similar or even cheaper price point with protein added in. I got the "some like it hot" while my friend got "midnight desire" with burrata added in. I paid about 22 for each dish. Now for my thoughts - flavor for "some like it hot" was not bad, sauce was a slight bit watery for my liking. The spice was nice and I liked that part the most. Pasta was "OK". The ravioli was stuck together for some, filling was adequate but, I would've liked a little more. I don't want to sound harsh, but it was all around just an ok spot. Maybe it was just that day. Burrata added is nice, I took mine to go do sadly it was melted on top (recommend to pack the burrata separately for to go orders) - "midnight desire" is basically vodka and the flavor for this one was kind of odd for me. Not the normal vodka I am used to. I personally wouldn't really get it again. It wasn't a bad sauce, just not like vodka I know. Had a slight "bitter(?)" aftertaste from some seasoning I guess. I'm not a pasta connoisseur but I AM Italian and I've tasted a wide ranger of pastas lol-- I think yummy cheese pasta in Hell's Kitchen offers a similar concept, portion but is more filling, diverse options for adding and overall, slightly cheaper. Perhaps I'll give this place another try on another day..

The…read morehostess today was extremely disorganized and seemed lost or confused - she didn't take anyone's names down for a waitlist and just kept leaving to wander around the restaurant (presumably looking for open seats). I watched 3 separate groups of people leave while waiting for her, and she barely offered any updates on the wait time. After 15 minutes she asked us again how many people were in our group as if she had forgotten we were already waiting at the entrance. Once we were seated and looking at the menu, they brought us a single piece of cold bread. All the reviews about the undercooked pasta were true, I ordered the La Devozione (the tomato sauce spaghetti) and the pasta was almost crunchy because of how undercooked it was. The sauce was also incredibly greasy/oily, like the equivalent of an entire Costco pizza amount of neon orange oil. For $33, I am appalled at the quality of this dish. When our waiter brought the check, he hovered over our shoulders and watched as we entered the amount we tipped. He wasn't happy with what he saw and just rudely tossed the card back onto the table at us. For a place that advertises itself as high quality Italian, it's actually just sickening.
