The Bacon Bits are fresh made good quality smoked bacon, decent size cut, good stuff. The Yum Yum Sauce is their secret sauce, but it was very light and I didn't notice the flavor that much. I assume it is a mayo and paprika based with other spices, not sure. Maybe I'll order on the side next time. The chili has a little bit of spice, the buns are steamed and the hot dogs are semi-firm. For the price the hot dogs were good. I like the corn dogs which have a sweet batter, fries are pretty good (never under or over cooked) and both the chili dogs and chili cheese dogs are good. However the franchise owner would not sell this location to Carmen who has managed it for many many years and so she kept the location and changed the name to Karmen's.
