Do your research before doing business with these guys I should have read reviews and now i regret…read moreit!! They charged 600$ in labor for 1 motorcycle tire replacement!!! prior to this promised me that it would not take any longer than 1.5 hours at 147$ dollars an hour in labor. 800+$ total for 1 tire(TIRE COST 250 OUT THE DOOR) and kept my bike for 5 days! Then they had the audacity to bride me 50 dollars off the price to leave a good review! I will never do business with these dishonest guys again! Literally I don't even have to say anything bad because the truth speaks for itself! Ps. I had to have a shop fix there damage that they hid on the inside of the tire. The brand new tire had to be replaced! Se photos below.

After speaking to the employees who work here, I felt comfortable and confident that my bike would be in good hands. I had picked up a couple of tires that I wanted to put on and asked if they would be able to put them on even if not purchased through them. They said that it was not a problem. When I dropped my bike off, I told Jason that my bike had been making a strange sound from the front end. Jerry said that they would take a look at it and see if they could figure out what it was. When I picked up my bike, they had gone above and beyond not only to put on my tires but also to find the source of the strange noise that had been bugging me. Stan told me that when he looked at my front forks, he found a binding in them that they fixed. My bike is no longer making the noise, and I am very pleased with the outcome and my first experience with Poor Boy Motorcycle Mechanic. I feel that this is an honest shop that does quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you, Jason and Stan, for keeping the dream alive!

They kept the boat until March 2019 and upon picking it up, I found that they did not even look into my helm issues. When I asked him about that, the technician said they don't do that kind of work. They did find the source of the motors not starting, which was remedied with replacing the corroded fuel pumps and replacing a corroded wiring harness on the port engine. When I got home, I noticed that the CDI computer covers were both missing. I called the shop and asked him to locate them for me, but he immediately denied losing them. He had removed both of the CDIs because he was troubleshooting the electrical corrosion issue and had suspected that possibly one of the CDIs had failed. The areas where the covers were supposed to be mounted were very clean and free of grime, whereas everything around those areas was grimy. I had to purchase two covers and 8 stainless steel mounting bolts for a total of $164. After picking up the boat, I kept smelling raw fuel when I ran it and today I ran it with the cowls off of the motors. I immediately noticed fuel running out of the starboard motor from the vapor separator tank (VST), which houses the fuel pump . I shut the motor down and inspected the source of the leak. What I found was very disturbing; while changing the the fuel pump, the technician broke the top corner of the VST and attempted to conceal the damage with some sort of calking or sealant, which allowed fuel to leak past his sealant. I feel fortunate that there was not a fire or explosion from all of the fuel that was leaking into the casing. I'm not sure why the technician was not up front with me regarding the damage, because I do understand that 18 year old saltwater applications occasionally break during disassembly. I know that I would have ended up paying for the replacement part (as I have now), but why would someone send something out of the shop that is a hazard for explosion which would likely lead to serious injury and possible loss of the entire boat? That is a careless, irresponsible and unprofessional act! If you value your investment or your life, steer clear of Sierra Sport and Marine!!

Had to bring it to another shop to discover all they did wrong that could have ruined my engine. Oh yea, they offered to fix the problems, but would anybody trust their sloppy mechanics to touch their engine after such big screw-ups. I wouldn't and glad I didn't. They made no effort to offer me even an apology after I told them it will cost me a 150 mile round trip and 4 hours of my time to bring my boat back to them to fix what they did wrong. In fact, they told me"it's not their fault I lived so far away". Not nice business people. Trust them at your own peril.
