Well pleased with the overall operation. Usually best gas pricing in the area. Fresh coffee 24/7, with good selection of teas and brews, including Kona (my fav). Pastries, freshly baked in-house, are very good. Also have preservative laden commercially packaged pastries and cookies. Freshly made to order subs, fruit and garden salads, breaded baked split-breast chicken and pizza are featured in the kitchen. There are a few 4 seat tables to enjoy coffee and a roll or a sub with chips and a soft drink. The subs and salads are bigger, pack more main ingredients than Subway's and are comparably priced. Although the salads are ok, they fall a little short of the salads at Beef-A-Roo. Large size and selection of chips and snacks, as well as milk, soft drinks and beer in the coolers. They have windshield washer fluid, motor oil, maps, etc. Canned foods include tuna, soups and beans. Limited but basic paper goods: towels, bath tissue and napkins. Magazines and newspapers are available. Tobacco products and Lottery tickets are sold here. Debit and Visa/MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Easy handicap access in parking and restroom facilities. Of notable mention, the sales associates are really good: helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and when they see you as a repeat customer, they recognize you and their greetings seem genuine. read more

Good breakfast pizza! Haven't tried their subs or their dinner pizza but definitely recommend the breakfast pizza! The employees all could use a little pep talk about smiling, greeting customers, and maybe a class on customer service. Luckily for this store as long as the pizza is delicious I will continue to come here. read more

The positives : clean store and lots of gas pumps. Not so positive: I have yet to purchase pizza slices here as regardless of the time of day they never hasve any . Its 913 an, no pizza. They had one slice that looked really old. No thank you. What's the point of pay at the pump gas if I still have to go inside for my receipt. Staff is CRABBY. If anyone was actually pleasant I would be shocked! Huge display if some sort in the middle of things back by the fountain drinks which makes it difficult to move around I'll give my business to the Machesney park store which is hands down 1000% better thasn this one read more

They're breakfast pizza is really good but it is pretty greasy too, if they found a way to rectify that I'm sure it'd be great.

The pizza is okay if you're in a hurry. The breakfast pizza is amazing. The staff behind the deli counter could use a bit more training on how to cut, box and deliver the pizzas. Two times in a row I've had pizzas show up that have slide to one side and were inedible but, with a phone call to the store, new pizzas delivered. I stop at Casey's a lot. Love the pizza and subs. They have hot sandwiches during the day with pizza by the slice. Love it when I'm in a hurry and starving! The store is clean, all the employees are nice and helpful. I have a couple not so positive things to share. After midnight the pizza is not fresh and they close down the sub line. I stopped going to Casey's in the early morning for breakfast as Its not always out. I leave for work as early as 4:30am and as late at 6:30am, sometimes it looks like old pizza from the night before, sometimes it's fresh breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwiches are out so if you are counting on having breakfast, don't go there until after 5am. (maybe that's the time they start breakfast) I go to Hardees now when I leave early for work. I've seen the boss/manager being snappy and rude to an employee in front of me. Management/boss should be professional and not humiliate the employees in front of customers. Every employee I have interacted with have been kind and considerate, and do not deserve to be reamed out in front of customers. read more

Never been too impressed as it was but sometimes it's easier than whipping something up in the kitchen, but after tonight I will no longer support this business. I placed an order at 8 pm to be delivered on a Friday night and everything seemed fine til nothing arrived. They apparently stopped delivering even though it was an option when I ordered. So they said I could have it delivered for the next day??? I'm hungry now. Don't like wasting my time and that's what this place did. Awesome Caseys. Everyone that works there is friendly. The gas prices are about the same as the ones near the toll road which are really lower than most. The pizza is really really good even though they use that little oven. They have delivery on their pizzas. If the pizza gets too old they make fresh so all the food is basically pretty darn fresh. They have a whole bunch of different kinds of coffee I'm not a coffee drinker so I'm not sure what they are. Donuts are made fresh every morning. Bathrooms are clean floors clean they clean the machines for the pop which hardly anyone ever does that. I come here as much as I can. It is very busy at times so if you want to pizza fast one that they cook for you you better call and then come pick it up or just have it delivered. read more
