I was very dissapointed and did not ask for money back or another pizza got an attitude anyway. This is the Loves Park location. They sent a replacment . Did not get to ask about the processing fee or the difference in the Specialty Pizza price and being charged for each topping? If they do not have the specialty pizza anymore than say so. I simply stated I would not order there anymore. Yes they sent me an replacement Pizza on Monday when I called and the price was listening to someone berrate and beliitle you, ALL FOR A PIZZA. Just fair warning you always have 50/50 chance bad or good. Does not seem to be the same as it once was. read more

I have never in my life have had such a disgusting tasting stuffed pizza , what the hell are you putting oregano on top of a pizza for ? Thats not how it is meant to be used . Never again. You need to search for a better cook . Felt sick after one piece. Also the box was so full of grease it was falling through the bottom . Never again. read more

I have lived here for 2 years and yet to find a good pizza. I have really tried hard to like Napoli's. My son begged for his birthday to order from here. So we did $24 for a medium pizza and a medium pepperoni. For 2 medium for almost $50. Disgusted it was soggy too much cheese and hardly any vegetables. I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking. read more

Pizza is one of the better one around here. Im from Chicago land and have tried a lot of places over the years. Moved out near Rockford and MOST of the pizza places around kind of s-ck read more

We placed a phone order for 2 pizzas and we would pick up. When we went to get the pizzas, they forgot to make the second pizza and we had to wait another 20 minutes. So 30 minutes later we got our pizza with the cheese slide to one side. The pizza had no taste, none what so ever. The cheese was soupy and they were skimpy on the sausage. On a positive note the additional salad we got was really good and flavorful. This was my first and last tIme going to this place. read more

This is a decent place to get lasagna. I'm not a big fan of their pizza but I'm not sure what exactly it lacks just not a place that comes to mind when I want pizza in fact it is the opposite I would rather not. My family doesn't really like their wings but this place has a good meatball and tasty lasagna. I notice they have specials for pizzas and even lunch specials which is a plus as that is hard to find now days at local pizza shops. This is a carry out or delivery service only - employees have always been very friendly. read more

Ordered a large thin crust pizza, sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was inedible. It was burnt and had so much Italian seasoning, so that we couldn't eat it I called to complain, first complaint since they opened, they will not replace it and deliver it. They expect the customer to pay for the inconvenience and make us pick it up. It was not our mistake read more

We have been getting pizza, sandwiches, pasta and salads from Napoli's for a long time. They have excellent food. Every once in a while something might taste different. So 95% of the time the food is great. They don't skimp on pizza toppings either. read more

So I placed on online order with these guys today at 5 pm. I received an order confirmation email and guess what....81$ is missing from my account. The order was supposed to be delivered at 655 pm. I patiently waited until around 725pm. At this point I make a phone call. After a couple tings someone picks up and I explain the situation. At which point I'm told that my order didn't go thru. Apparently order confirmations go to my inbox but failed orders go to my junk mail. That's what they told me anyhow. Long story short I received no food and was told the order didn't go thru. Missing 81$ tho for an order that didn't go thru. Cool won't be calling them ever again. Great business. Didn't even offer to fix the situation. Don't say the word shit if you call either. Real sensitive. After reading the other reviews below the "girl" sounds just like the one I talked to. They don't care about customers so let them sink. read more

So I decided to order pizza and wings & when I call to place my order the person on the phone told me they close the kitchen an hour early.. it's a Saturday night 10:30 & they don't close til 11:30. Very disappointed. read more

When my Calzone was done a Very Nice Young Lady brought my calzone out to me, and proceeded to to say that she had put a cup of extra Peppercini's in my order and that she Agreed with my concerns and was going to talk with the powers that be! STILL BURNED!y Won't go Back read more

We had a pizza delivered several weeks ago and it was WONDERFUL. We were so happy because we thought we had finally found a pizza we really liked. We ordered one last nite (4-27) and it was very disappointing -- all mushy from about 2 inches from edge -- absolutely could not pick it up and eat it without making a huge mess. Probably won't be doing this again anytime soon. read more

Most of the time the pizza is good, just got home though and the pizza wasn't hot....even though I got there to pick it up early. As well as the breadsticks are burnt, not just a little burnt...black. Why would you risk someone not buying from you over $3 breadsticks. Called back to let them know that the quality wasn't up to par. Was met with a rude employee, who claims "the breadsticks are always hard"....really? I won't be back over breadsticks, of all things. read more

No pizza after an hour and a half. Called back and was told they had the wrong phone even though they have caller ID. Also couldn't find the address even though they have delivered here before. VERY RUDE girl on phone when I called in. Was told even after their screw up it would be another 45 minutes to an hour like I was originally told. Customer service is NOT her specialty. Will not do business with them again. read more

Pizza was not great. Crust is not Napoli style. Will have to keep looking in rockford for excellent pizza.

Horrible service waited two hours for a delivery. Called three times food was cold and terrible. They gave me a free pizza which I ordered for Monday night football again late and cold. This is after the told me delivery times were 25 35 minutes. Very rude girls on the phone would never order from again. Many better places to choose from read more

They have great pizza if you like a thinner crust like i do. Sauce isnt too sweet like some places. And the cheese they use tastes Fresh! I recommend the pizza. read more

If it weren't for the exceptionally rude staff behind the counter this place would get a solid 4 stars. Food is good, prices are reasonable. What isn't good is when you walk in and aren't greeted, then you're rudely shushed because God forbid, you want to pick up your order. Having your card slung across the counter, attitude, need I say more? Seriously, there's literally dozens of other pizza/pasta joints around, why put up with that lack of service? Napoli's lost my business and I hope you'll think twice before you order from them. read more

I have to say until tonight I have always been happy with this place, but Iam very frustrated tonight ordered hamburger with fries and 2 Italian beef with fries picked up in 30 min, checked the order , short a sandwich and no fries at all for all 3 orders. So called the girl and told her and she just said well you didn't get charged for the other stuff and what can I say"sorry". Then hung up. Wow she couldn't of said can I put an order in for the mess up nothing. And also asked to not put the wrapper under the sandwich that always dyes the bread red. read more

Unbelievable rudeness. Lady taking the order hung up on me. Ordered food at 615. They forgot a pizza, told us they would make another, 815 still nothing...called to find out the problem...was hung up on. You need to figure that being rude to customers you just screwed over is not the way to keep business. Steer way clear of this place! read more

This is the third time I have went and been totally dissatisfied...One pizza was ready, but the other wasn't even started, and of course they didn't bother to throw the already done pizza back into the warmer...so now here i sit with a cold ass pizza whilst the other two people enjoy theirs...and don't even get me started on the SUPER bland sauce, the store bought cheese, the mediocre toppings...this place sucks and i will NEVER be going there again...plus the server was totally rude like it was our fault that hanging up pictures in the restaurant was more important than filling an order for a paying customer...go somewhere else and save yourself the headache... read more

This is the first review that I have ever written. Considering when I contacted Napoli's about an incorrect order that was delivered I was lied to by an Adrianna and then mocked by another on the phone. Obviously they don't care about customers and customer retention. I mentioned this on FB and found other friends shared the same experience. My point being, Napoli's food is ok, however, their customer service is horrible. I will not order from them again and neither will friends who had the same experience recently. It is too bad that they care that little about their customers. shame on them read more

Not too bad. Friendly service. They have the beef pie, which is a stuffed pizza with Italian beef, hot giardiniera, and cheese. Au jus on the side. It is AWESOME. Give it a shot!! read more

They used to be great. We ordered at least once a week. The last several months the quality of the food has decreased significantly. I hope they get over the obvious cost saving measures and start making good pizza again read more
