It is unfortunate that the prices are so high compared to local mom and pop pizzerias, but we still order whether or not we have a coupon. This weekend, we saw a coupon good for a $1 cheese pizza with $15 purchase good through the 7th on the app. We attempted to order it and the coupon code didn't work. This was by far the worst pizza experience I've had at a pizza place if I could give no stars I would. First off your website is a rip off... $80 dollars for two pizzas! Get over yourselves. It's not that good... then I call to see if any deals are to be had and am told that if you buy an 18 inch one topping you get an 18 inch cheese for free, at least I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of with that deal, for 36 dollars you could get two pizzas, that wasn't that bad... still pricy for how bad the pizzas were but tolerable, I told the guy over the phone I hate thin crust pizza, so the only option to fix that is "double dough" pizza with an up charge mind you, for what should be considered a normal pizza, thin crust should be half the cost for flat cardboard like pizza in my opinion but I digress... so I order one 18 inch double dough pep and one 18 inch double dough sausage, with that comes two 18 inch cheese for free, roughly 65 dollars for 4 pizzas, that wasn't to to crazy. Now what I got was 4 pizzas, all thin crust, two 18 inch and two 12 inch cheese... clearly something is wrong, I call the store and immediately the asshole starts to tell me that the only way he could give me the two extra pizzas was to make them all thin crust and that I should have known cause he said it... mind you we specifically talked about how much I hate thin crust and how expensive his pizzas are so the only way I was spending money with the store was to get a deal that made it worth it, and what does he do for me after?!?!? Pretty much tells me to go fuck myself. This business is a full rip off, the person working at the store is a scam artist and I will be placing shitty reviews literally anywhere allowed to stop other people from having this experience. This been my go to pizza spot whenever I'm up in the area. Thin crust is good with the toppings but sometimes they do burn the crust. Order online they have multiple specials and it will save you money. The pasta was normal but I would recommend this over the other pizzas in the Belvidere area read more

Always have slices available, the staff are really cool and friendly. The Restraunt is clean and the food comes out hot. The one time I had to wait they apologize and had my food ready pretty quick they said 20 minutes and it was ready and fresh in a little over ten minutes. Pretty good if you ask me. read more

I was excited to visit Rosati's since I grew up with them in suburban Chicago. They've franchised this restaurant out across the country, but our waitress informed us this particular location was family owned. The dining area is a bit small but you dear yourself if tables are open. It took about 10 minutes for our server to wait on us. It is July4th and they just seem busy. The appetizers took a while to come out. I think there is only one waitress working tonight. Well another waitress showed up so that's good. The buffalo wings came out and they are super fresh right out of the grease. They are not too saucy, crispy with salt and pepper besides the buffalo sauce, which is hot and tangy. The garlic bread is garlicky and buttery with a nice toast on top. The marina on the side is killer good. The service is now getting a bit quicker thank goodness. We ordered a 14" thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza, it's been 40 minutes and it's still not out. One kid is eating mac and cheese which is super rich and creamy. It's has really good cheese flavor. It came with four large pieces of garlic bread. The other is having spaghetti which is made with really good marina and four larger pieces of garlic bread. Both kids meals are pretty good size. So 4 other tables that came here after us already have their pizzas. We're still waiting..... Gosh I hate writing bad reviews when the food is so good. I finally asked the waitress what is taking so long. She said there was a problem with the ordering and she would take half off the bill. It doesn't make me feel much better. People in the restaurant are now filling their own refills. The pizza finally came. I asked the waitress again why the delay. She said it was her. The pizza order was lost on the bottom of her order stack. She seems so nice, but it's just annoying. The pizza is super fresh. The crust is thin and very crispy. Heavy cheese and fresh toppings. The Italian sausage and pizza sauce is top notch. The whole pizza could be saltier. I wish this would have been a better experience. We ordered 2 cheef's, a mac and cheese, and a lasagna tonight. Whoever packed the order put the lasagna on the bottom. By the time it got here the weight of everything else pushed half of the lasagna, sauce, and cheese out of the container. Stopped in with some friends for lunch, and was pleasantly surprised! There is a nice sit down area, with great atmosphere - definitely not your run-of-the-mill pizza place! Whoever decorated it definitely had the customer experience in mind! Even the bathroom was nice! Our server was prompt and friendly, upbeat and had great knowledge of the menu. Now let's talk about the best part - the pizza! We ordered a thin crust to share and it came our perfect! Piping hot, cheese perfectly melted, and the crust deliciously crispy. First time ordering from this location a couple weeks back. Ordered carry out which took about 15 mins from calling, which isn't bad. Once we started to actually eat the pizza i could barely eat a single slice. Pizza was soggy and had way too much cheese, which didn't taste right for some reason. Tasted sour. Decided on the combo platter for an appetizer since it's $10 instead of spending $8 on just one. Two of each thing came on it, and the mozzarella sticks literally didn't have any cheese in them. Ordered some pizza the other night and was very pleased with the fantastic service on the phone by a younger gentleman. I'm a regular customer and this kid is fairly new by the name of Adam and has great knowledge of the menu and an outgoing personality perfectly fitting for a restaurant like Rosati's. I also dine in every Saturday and am overwhelmed with the hospitality of the server, I have yet to find out his name but am astounded by his continuous upbeat and enthused energy each and every time. The food is great, the pizza is amazing, best in town. Wish the pizza was cheaper but you can't beat that quality service and food! Two thumbs up! Have been eating here for years, but they have lost my business now. 1st I placed an order for delivery and it took almost 2 hours. That in itself was frustrating. 2nd when I finally got my order they totally screwed it up. I understand things happen, but they gave me a sandwich with no meat! It was literally bread with tomato and lettuce and cheese. I also ordered and paid extra for cheese fries and instead got a few loose cold fries wrapped in paper, not cheese fries. Okay, so I call thinking they will surely rectify. Nope! I talked to person I ordered from on phone and he immediately handed phone to "manager" and she says they knew that the items were wrong yet didn't seem to keep from being delivered that way. Wth! She didn't seem to care. Just made me wait another 45 min for correct items to be delivered, no discount or apologies. They just don't give a damn. I will never be back or order from again.
