Best customer service! Best pizza around town and toasted ravioli I love the pizza here.

I got my gallbladder out last week and my aunt suggested buying us dinner so we didn't have to cook for a few days. She ordered us a Hawaiian pizza, which was pretty good. (They went a little easy on the sauce in my opinion, but the cheese is pretty good- although the crust was kinda- doughy and plain tasting). However, nothing can beat pineapple on my pizza, personally. The cheese and toppings made up for the crust. The pizza was massive! It definitely was big enough for us to not cook for a few days! We're still eating some of it! They do have other options to choose from- I've never ate there before so I'll prob order again. read more

If we could review the Bravo's in Belvidere with zero stars we would. They completely messed up our order. The boneless wings were disgusting. The Greek Salad was not nearly as good as it is at other restaurants. We ordered the Chicken Philly Pita which is supposed to include grilled chicken, green pepper, onion, mushroom and mozzarella but instead we got chicken with lettuce, tomato & burnt cheese. The cashier charged an $8.00 tip on our credit card that we would have paid if they delivered the order but we picked it up. The owner of the Belvidere location was combative and irrational and accused us of lying and stealing and called the police on us for supposedly stealing because her cashier refunded our entire order instead of simply refunding the $8.00. Obviously we did not steal the food. It was her cashier's mistake. We paid for it when we called it in. We paid for it again afterwards without the $8.00 tip. Needless to say we will never order from them again due to the owner calling the police and filing a false report. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a restaurant. After reading some of the other reviews, I see that the owner has berated and verbally assaulted other customers too. She definitely doesn't deserve any business read more

Ordered the antipasto, chicken strips, greek salad, a pesto pizza. Everything was ok/good. The pesto pizza, probably by the nature of the pesto itself, came out with big pools of oil floating on top of the cheese. Not a huge fan of that pizza - it was a little bland, probably could have used some tomato sauce on it.... or something. It was basically just dough, pesto, cheese, and slices of tomato. Bravo to Bravo' s pizza! I really enjoyed there pizza. Some coworkers and I decided we were going to order a different pizza from the specialty column and we were not disappointed with the options. Some of the options we had were a Spaghetti Pie that comes with a giant meatball in the center, Buffalo chicken, Gyro pizza, Chicken alfredo etc... They numerous items to choose from as well. My favorite is the Spagehetti pizza. It is very filling with all the noodles baked in with the meatball pieces. I also have picked up from the pizza location in Belvidere and it is very small inside. The customer service is good as well. One of the girls recommended ways we could even upgrade the Spaghetti pie experience such as making it a stuffed crust with garlic sauce on it which sounds AMAZING if you think about it. Overall, the pizza is visually eye catching and taste delicious. If you live in the area you should give them a try. read more

My husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner. We got sausage pizza bread, bravo sticks, and zucchini chips. The pizza bread had very little flavor. The bravo sticks were essentially Bosco sticks without a ton of flavor. The zucchini chips were crispy and rather good. I will try to make it back to review the pizza but with below average food, I am in no rush! read more

This is nice little restaurant located smack dab in the middle of fast food alley. I normally order food from here at least once a week. Bravo always has great specials in which is the reasoning behind my constant phone in orders. I usually keep to the same type of dishes which consists of their thin crust pizza, spaghetti, or baked mostaccioli. I called in to complain about them and asked if I could get a replacement but the girl on the phone refused. She was very rude and un-cooperative. Avoid this place. I used to order from the Popular Grove location all the time but since I moved to Belvidere I used that location and it was horrible spent 60.00 on 3 pizzas and wasn't pleased with any the worst one was Taco Fiesta when you opened the box all you seen was lettuce it looked like they opened a back of lettuce and dumped it on top the meat wasn't taco flavored and tasted old the crust was burnt and so hard you couldn't bite into it. And to top it off its 5am and I woke up so sick last thing I ate was that Taco Fiesta pizza so needless to say I wouldnt recommend the Belvidere Bravo to anyone!!! read more

Terrible customer service and terrible food! EVERYTIME we ordered food from here it took like an hour for delivery which we are not even 3 minutes away. The food was always delivered cold and our order was screwed up every time. So instead of fixing it for us and delivering the correct and hot food. They made us bring them the food and get the refund. Will never eat there again.! read more

Instead of trying to diffuse the situation in a polite manner the owner berated me! He then went on to make a meme joking about the awful pizza! I've been to the bravos in Harvard,il and it was decent came to belvidere location the service was awful the server just kept saying sorry they're really busy with only 4 tables! the food was absolutely gross I ordered baked ravioli and it tasted sour , my husband ordered Italian beef and said it was nasty as well I definitely would never recommend anyone to come here! read more

The pizza was good, was delivered hot. The italian beef's are really good! I also tried the baked tortellini, and the baked mostaccoli, both were really good, except too expensive since you have to pay for anything extra, like cheese which I thought comes with any dish like that. They should include plastic utensils. The portions are good too. They should lower the prices though because to pay almost 10 bucks for an italian beef is rediculous. read more

I'm giving two stars because their Special Salad is amazing, and if I was basing my review on that alone it would be five stars because I just love love love that salad. However, this killer salad and their awesome specials are the only thing they have going. The pizza is good, but not great, and the quality is not consistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. My ultimate reason for a low rating is their extremely poor customer service. We've been ordering from this location since we relocated to the Belvidere area about 18 months ago and have never been impressed with the service or the quality of the pizza. We recently called to order their special and wanted to add some extra cheese to the pizza. We were told we could not add extra cheese. Um, okay, is a machine making it? You can't tell the macine to add some more cheese? We asked to speak to the manager who immediately gave us serious attitude and not only refused to not add extra cheese, but could not explain why. Really? Are they not in the business of making money? We offered to pay extra, yet the manger yelled at us and then proceeded to hang up on us. I guess their business is so good that they can pick and choose their customers? I will get my special salad somewhere else, thank you. read more
