This is the ROSCOE, IL location sharing the building with Road Ranger. Ordered the Italian Beef Sandwich with Au Jus on the side. Disaster! Stringy, fatty, greasy slices of mystery meat on a sandwich roll, (whatever happened to using "Sub rolls") that was soggy and falling apart, soaked in some liquid (maybe what tried to pass for Au Jus) and no Au Jus on the side. Anna Maria's blows me away! This little joint is tucked in next to a gas station and you wouldn't believe what you get for your money! You can get a large pizza with the works for $15. This is the best Pizza in the Roscoe and Rockton area. Great service, flavor and prices. The other menu items are good as well. They have a drive through for pickup, they do delivery, and have counter service with a seating area. They also have generous slices at lunch time. read more

Received a soggy pizza with approximately 2 cans of wet canned spinach dumped on top (and it seemed like they weren't even drained first, there was spinach juice everywhere). Disgusting. Even Dominos uses fresh spinach. read more

Ordered one pizza at 5:10. Called me back 5 minutes later with the total and told me that it would be an hour and a half. Since we already ordered it we decided to wait. At 2 hours we called and were told that it would be done in 5 minutes and be there soon. I asked if it would be the delivered within 15 minutes since we live only 5 minutes from them otherwise we wanted to cancel and again was told it would be there soon. So I asked again if it would be within 15 minutes or not and he said yep. 10 minutes later the pizza was delivered cold so obviously I was misinformed about the status when I called. We asked for our money back and the driver took the pizza back with him. We will not order from there again. We have had good food from them but I won't give my business to someplace that thinks so little of their customers. read more

This place is okay for the most part, but cheap. Most times its okay when I get a basic thin crust. The pan is not done well. I guess I was expecting something different. Some may like it. Good enough to return though. So tonight I got a calzone. HORRIBLE! The first one was burnt. I tried it to see if I can get through it and all I tasted was burnt. I called and explained and was told to come pick up a new one. When I arrived, I gave the burnt back and was given a "are you f'ing kidding but" look and was told condescendingly, "you know it cooks more on the to"... I had to explain myself that it was burnt again!!! I got the new one home and cut in...the cheese wasn't even melted. I just microwaved it because I don't want to go back a third time. Last visit for me. Mistakes happen. I'm good with that. But the service failed tonight. read more

Really like this place and the people who work there always seem friendly and genuinely glad to see me when I come in to pick up my order. This pizza is fantastic and their pasta sauce is always good. Be careful if you order their ribs though because the bbq sauce they use is a little on the spicy side. The one time they made a mistake on my order I called and the delivery person had the missing items to me in about 15 minutes. Good food, good service, friendly people and decent prices. Used to love place. Now they are a joke, undershirt products, burnt pizza and order a special pizza and because they didn't write it down correctly they said they didn't take an order for that. It doesn't take much of an education to know that just because your staff doesn't listen to the customer doesn't mean they did their job correctly. read more

Poor service. My husband & I recently ordered pizza and a rib dinner. The menu in the phone book clearly states, choice of fries or baked potato, so when I placed the order I said "1/2 slab ribs with the fries". The delivery guy is always very pleasant and generously tipped, but when we opened our order, no fries, just some garlic bread we did not order. I called, the girl said the ad in the book is old and I was told that the dinner no longer come with potatoes, just garlic bread. Then I was put on hold, she came back and said we can give you a free order of fries with your next order, OR do you want them tonight? (do I really need to answer that question?) I responded, yes, tonight please, my husband wants them with his dinner. Then she put me on hold a 2nd time, came back and asked, what would you like us to do? (really?) Do you want to pick up some fries or have us bring them out? (I was dumb founded) The only thing that should have been said when I called was "Geez, we are so sorry the ad in the book is old, but we will get the fries out to you right away!". BUT NO.... Then I get put on hold a third time! (WHILE MY DINNER IS GETTING COLD)and a manager comes on and asks me the same question. "I am so sorry she said, What would you like us to do?" okay, by this time I have had enough. What kind of service is this? I finally said "forget the fries, I just won't order anymore. Seriously, they need a manager who knows how to keep their paying customers happy. If they had been pleasant and just said they would bring the fries all would have been good. (we live just down the street)The food we got was good...the customer service...not so good. We will take our business BACK to Pietros. read more

This pizza joint is not that great to start off with and when you order pizza i think it should have cheese on it. But when i get my pizza the cheese is not even on the pizza or the closest i have had to cheese on it is were it is all on one side. I would highly suggest a place like Peitros apposed to this place. read more

I've had pizza from both locations and have to say that the Roscoe location is better. The crust is thin, but not too thin, and flavorful. Makes for good leftovers since it retains its crunch. The sauce is not as sweet and for me that is a plus. The works pizza (yes that includes anchovies and shrimp) is one of the best I've had. read more
