Great service and great pizza. I am from the Beloit area but now live in California and it is hard to find pizza with this quality.

This is a must-have when I come home. Pizza never fails here. Staff is friendly, service is timely.

The pizza is delicious, the Italian beef beats Portillos on their best day and the chicken wings are absolutely delicious. 9 times out of 10 the service is impeccable but nobody's perfect. Great price, great service and most importantly...great taste. (Coming from a New Yorker). I just wish the order takers understood what a pie cut is, I hate squares. read more

Wow is that bad pizza! Just ordered a heart attack and zero flavor. Also ordered cheese bread and also a no go. Little Caesars does a better job and that's not saying much. Hard pass on ordering from them again. read more

What can I say about Prime Time? Well they have been around for a long time. The best thing to order here is the calazones. Pizza is not great, but not bad either. Pretty affordable prices and value for what you get. If you are looking for pizza on a budget check these guys out. read more

I ordered takeout from this place and seemed fine until after I paid for it and stood there for 20 minutes while other people were picking up their food and leaving. Finally, the gal who was supposed to check the food never bothered to check the name for order. My pizza and calzone were sitting on the stove the whole time! when I realized it, she clearly knew I was unhappy with the way it was handled. She handEd me my food and said "I hope you have a better night " I got home and called and she swore that she told the cooks my name , but she didn't. I was told that I could get a refund or credit or have my food refunded, I would never go here again after this discussion with a supposed manager. this place is unprofessional and the food was dried out and ruined after sitting several minutes on top of stove top. read more

Just a storefront carry out, kind of dingy, and in a slightly rough part of town. Efficient service. We got a good deal- $10 for a large pizza and two cans of pop. We got pepperoni.  It was nothing amazing, but it was pretty good pizza for 10 bucks. Relatively thick but flavorless crust. Very good cheese, a decent amount of pepperoni, very good sauce. All in all a good late-night snack: cheap and quick and very hot. read more

I could not be more disappointed in the service, customer attentiveness, and timeliness in which my order was executed. Was told 20-25 minutes after waiting on hold for 3 minutes. My order sat on top of their oven for 5 minutes while no one tried to close out orders. Only 4 employees seen working and very disorganized. I won't be back ever again. read more

Manager very rude and distasteful, poor customer service! Manager has no regard for customers.They took their own 5.30 gratuity out of my pick up order that was 30$ then got order wrong and manager refused to rectify my order! You need to be careful with this place. 2 stars because the pizza IS good....however, their "specials"....you need to be careful. I ordered a pizza today. Tuesday. Asked if they had any pizza specials. They did. 2 toppings for the price of one on a large pizza. I ordered a pizza with 4 toppings. She gave me the price. Seemed a bit high but I did not have a menu in front of me. Picked up the pizza and went to pay. Asked about the high price and mentioned the 2 toppings for the price of one special. She said I ordered 4 toppings. The limit is 2 toppings. I asked about getting the special price on 2 of my toppings. She said she was told she could not do that because I ordered 4 toppings. So, no special for me. Can't make this crazy stuff up.....nothing stated (nor listed on their specials board) about ONLY 2 toppings. Actually says ANY pizza on the menu board. Could have argued. Did not. Will let my wallet talk. Will not be back here for pizza. LOTS of great pizza restaurants in Beloit. read more

Well lets start at the top when getting my order for my family the person on the line continued to tell us the wrong order till she got it right. They told us an hour wait, drive is about 20 to 25 min drive. Got there the staff was very unsanitary, floors were very messy and dirty counters. Got my order asked if everything was there, (for which they said yes btw.) and left feeling very disgusted. Got home and was missing our salad, the pizza was cold from the extra waiting we didnt have to do, half the order was very wrong, and everything was very soggy. Called to let them know if we possibly could get a discount for next time we order or even we could have the salad for free. The manager freaked out yelling that it was our fault and hung up we called back to reassure them we would never order from them again. read more

Price is very reasonable and it's a good hand tossed pizza. I don't know what's not to like. $8 for a large and two pops.

The pizza was pretty good. The crust is a little too thin for my personal tastes. I'm still getting used to the odd way the local pizza places cut pizza into the checkerboard style pieces as opposed to the standard triangular slices. Not a bad value for the price. read more
