This is my new favorite pizza place. It is attached to a family video which I believe all or most of them are. It's a nice added touch that you get a free movie rental when you order a large pizza. While you wait for your pizza you can go into the movie store and pick out a movie. I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and pineapple on one half and pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños on other half. Classic crust with parmesan cheese on crust (I didn't look at what the extra cost of the specialty crust was, but I wouldn't waste your time, after the pizzas cooked they just sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese onto the crust , and most of it falls off into the box) The pizza was outstanding! I've never had such a fresh tasting ingredients on a pizza and I'm not exaggerating. I have had pizza at mom and pop shops, national chains, nicer restaurants etc. The jalapeños tasted fresh and we're spicy. I decided to stop here since we had a work function a while ago in which they ordered pizza from Marco's. I had already eaten lunch that day but everyone said they were pleasantly surprised by how good the pizza was, because it was a new place and no one had tried it before. The staff was nice, they had The pizza done right about the time they said they would. I highly recommend you to try this place out, don't be fooled because it is attached to a Family Video read more

Marco's Pizza - marco's pizza - Pizza Near Me - Janesville, Wisconsin

It was so-so. I really won't go out of my way for it, but I wouldn't refuse it if it was the only choice. I tried Marcos because another parent from my kids school really pushed to do a fundraiser for the PTO. So I figured; give it a try. I was in the area yesterday and figured it was a good pizza night. I live about 20 miles away; not really a convenient location for me, but since I was in the area I thought I'd try. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza; great quantities of meat, and a pizza with bacon, tomato and cheese. The tomato was a bit soggy; I'd suggest tomato diced vs. slices. I ordered through Yelp- did not know that was an option. Very handy! Yelp worked with GrubHub for the order. I arrived early and watched the pizza maker place the order in the ready area. So I got out of my car went in... ding ding rand the bell. And waited... and waited and waited. The pizza maker saw me and ignored me completely. So I waited more. The delivery person and someone working dough in the back were chit chatting. I tried to step into their view. The lady working the dough finally noticed me. Said, oh... then proceeded to walk to the register; not washing her hands as she had been kneading the dough. Without saying a word, Grabbed a money bag and loaded it up with cash, said here to someone Then.... After all that, busily walked back to the counter area and FINALLY (after about 5-7min) asked me if I was the Grub hub order and my name. Yes; that's me. Handed me my pizza and went back to whatever else. The service was very lacking. I don't plan on returning anytime soon; between the service and really not being anywhere close to my home; it was very inconvenient. read more

The meatball sub could have been a bit bigger but overall good. Pizziolas were pretty good. Not much else to say but should give them a shot

If I could give 0 for the review, I would. My family and I have been long time customers. After tonight, we will not be back! I ordered our pizza at 6:05 pm. At 7:20 we called and they said they got hit with like 60 pizzas but the delivery was on its way. At 8:00 we call again and now they say it was put in as a carry out. Then why did I give you my address both times I called before. They are all liars. Now I'm left scrambling to feed the kids and pits past bed time. Thanks Marcos! Liars! read more

First time at Marco's. Quiet, don't tell anyone or it will become to popular. BECAUSE THE PIZZA IS DELICIOUS.

Marco's has lost my business due to their awful website. I tried to log in this evening but no! After spending I'd say 10 minutes trying to place a simple order, I finally gave up. Thought about calling in an order but why reward incompetence. I've brought up my concerns with the website before. I'll get pizza elsewhere. read more

These guy are obviously not out to please their customers. I ordered a half pepperoni and half mushroom. They delivered a pep and onion. I am allergic to onion, their driver offered to remake the pizza. Their manager refused. So, my pizza went on a 20 min joy ride. Not impressed. I am sure I hit mushroom. But it was online. It is also not the first time their online was a problem. So, I was watching what I did. Oh, well one less pizza place I can purchase form. read more

After 12 years of living between New York and Chicago, I have been supremely spoiled with great pizza. Now living on the south side of Janesville, we've had to become used to sub-par crust, sauce, cheese (Jim's) and lack of delivery (Lisa's). Enter Marco's! It's almost embarrassing how much we love this chain. The thin crust is perfect, the salads are pretty great considering this is not some farm-to-table establishment, and if you like pepperoni, do yourself a favor and get their "old world" - tiny crispy flavorful bits of heaven. AND, you can order online! Yay technology! read more

consistently delicious pizza. fresh ingredients, best tasting sausage I've had on a pizza. really good, somewhat sweet sauce. I always order extra sauce because it's so good. have eaten there a lot since moving to this side of town. free crust toppings if you want them. besides being delicious, they always have online deals that make eating here very affordable, along with punch cards that let you earn free pizza. read more

Cuz they messed our order up big time and they didnt delivery all our food to us. And by time we got it was very cold and nasty. Worst place ever to order food. They have messed up my order two times. Their food taste nasty. I will do business somewhere else read more

We ordered Marco's pizza for a work luncheon here in Janesville. We chose Marco's as it is in close proximity to our business. The order was placed online shortly after the 11:00 opening hour. Delivery time quoted was an hour later, which would've worked for our purposes. We received a confirmation email right away, but never heard a word back. An hour later, I called to check on the status. I briefly spoke with the Manager, Josh. Josh did nothing but make excuses for the delay, "we are busy, short staffed... I've made 75 pizzas since we've opened" AND "it will be another 20 minutes" Were there seriously 75 pizzas ahead of our 2 that were ordered at 11:10? I was appalled to learn that Josh was the manager by the way he conducted himself. When I asked for a definitive delivery time, Josh hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold for several minutes. Josh came back on the phone and did apologize, but then reverted back to his excuse mode and still could not provide a definitive delivery time. I stated that a phone call or email alerting us of the delay would've been helpful. Josh retorted "I don't have time to call people" AND "are you telling me how to do my job?" With that response we chose to cancel the order and will not attempt to order from Marco's again. The main issue with this business is poor management. read more
