The restaurant itself felt pretty outdated, and the decor was a bit eclectic rather than the classic Pizza Hut look you'd expect. It was also an extremely hot summer day, and unfortunately you could definitely feel the heat and humidity inside the restaurant. I honestly felt bad for the staff working in those conditions. What stood out most, though, was our waitress. There seemed to be plenty of people in the back -- we counted at least seven employees -- but she appeared to be the only one actively handling the restaurant. She took our order, bussed tables, worked the register, and even made our pizzas herself. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure everything in our order was perfect. She even helped us apply an online deal in the restaurant, which we really appreciated. We never caught her name, but she had just bought tickets to see Shinedown and was so excited about it, which made the interaction even more memorable.
