Food was fantastic. We had pickle dip. It was fantastic. The bread that came with was fresh and piping hot. The ratio of dip to bread was perfect. Small thing but they had hot sauce and also balsamic sauce. Yum. Nice touch. The pizza was delicious. Fresh and high quality ingredients. Crust done just right. Lovely. I really enjoy going to Dough Bros. Obviously I go there for the pizza and a cold one. It's very good Pizza but really like their sauce. I think the sauce is critical to any pizza. The prices are fair here, which these days are needed to be able to go out for dinner. I also enjoy reminiscing about the history they have filling their walls. Went here for pizza with my niece & nephew while visiting for the holiday. The restaurant itself is very clean with great seating options - full bar. The pizza was amazing - we shared the Terminal Lance & Ninja Punch. WOW! Both so much flavor & with some kick but not an overbearing amount of heat. My niece is 5 & the guys gave her a bunch of dough & flour to keep her busy, which I thought was just great service & such a fun way for kids to interact. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were greeted, given a brief description on how to order, and handed a couple of menus. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff, and the cool ambiance of the decor. We ordered the "smoked dry rub chicken wings", "the street taco pizza", and "the short dawg pizza". We took a seat in the bar stool seating area right in front of the fire pit to watch the show! The food overall took about 10-15 mins to come out, I noticed the cook was checking the temp of the chicken wings which is always a great sign! The wings were awesome and full of flavor-we chose ranch and sweet chili sauce for dipping-yum! The Street Taco pizza was amazing! Just the right amount of toppings, and the pico that comes along with the pizza enhanced the pizza that much more! We also ordered the "Short Dawg" pizza, but instead ended up getting what we think was the Margarita pizza? We aren't much to complain so we just went with it, it was just OK from our standpoint-nothing special. I think we would for sure try this place again, in hopes that the accuracy of our order would be correct next time-that was the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating! read more

Great vibe. You order at the front, the bring the pizza to you. They have delicious chilli garlic oil, parm w/ some special spices in it & chili flakes on the table which is ESSENTIAL for pizza. Loved that! The food was nice and hot. Had many different flavours on the pizzas, nothing bad to say. If you're looking for specialty woodfire pizza look no further! The variety is excellent and the decor is a throw back to the 90s. We spent as much time looking at the decor as we did eating! For the nut allergies out there this is a great bet as well as nothing is nut-forward! My husband and I came over lunch and ordered 2 pizzas, knowing we'd have leftovers but wanting to try a variety and the take home will totally be worth it! read more

We live over an hour from Brainerd/Baxter so we don't get to town often. Discovered this place today. Thanks Associates in Eyecare for the recommendation! Anyway this place is definitely next level in EVERY aspect. Really, the best woodfired pizza I have ever had. No kidding! They make their own hot chili oil and serve it on each table as a condiment. This stuff was the BOMB. Although the owner (a really cool guy) would not give me the recipe (this stuff is that good) he did send us home with about a half a quart of this good-lovin for FREE. Who does that? Place has a reall fun vibe with a full bar. If in Brainerd/Baxter check em out. You won't be disappointed. Just sayin! read more

This is a nice woodfired pizza joint next to Cub Foods in Baxter. Service was friendly and attentive. The pizza crust was better than average but the sauces need improvement. We tried the white sauce on the vegetable pizza and the dill pickle prosciutto pizza but both were bland. The meaty pizzas come with a red sauce that is just okay. I think these guys have the basics to create a good pizza place but they need to kick the sauces up a couple of notches to get to the next level. read more
