Very disappointed in the buffet The pizza was never fresh. The same trays of pizza were out in the 1/2 hour since we arrived ,with stale looking slices. When a new tray of pizza did come out. It did not have a kids favorite. It was bacon cheeseburger pizza that looked like it sat on the warmer for about 30 minutes or so It would of been nice if fresh pizza would be cycled through, just like the commercial shows read more

I was greeted immediately after I walked in the door. The cashier was friendly and helpful. Well this place is certainly not the best pizza ranch I have visited but I certainly did not see the issues reported in other reviews. The place was clean but I was there shortly before noon so it had not been open very long. The employees were right on top of clearing dirt dishes from our table. I requested a meat lovers pizza when I arrived and it was served to my table within 15 minutes. I did notice that the food in the buffet was warm but not the piping hot that I have come to expect at the ranch. Everything looked well kept and was full. I did notice that the chicken was overdone. The cooking of the chicken is one thing I have noticed is the least consistent food item at the ranch. Some get it, some don't. Not over done to the point of dry chicken but could have been taken out a bit sooner. Lots of available seating and this is a ranch with ice cream. Still like these places. read more

WORST MANAGER! we ordered the chicken via door dash, it arrived in a timely manner however the chicken looked like it had been sitting on the buffet under a heat lamp for the day. We politely phoned the manager and were told "I can't help you, you need to call doordash". We asked if he could replace the chicken and his response was "it's not our issue, call doordash". We not only will not be visiting their store nor will the 5 families that were dining at our house. read more

Claim to have buffet all day Sunday however they had no rolls, potatoes were crusty, chicken was empty even after other tables were asking for chicken. Pizza was ok but hardly had any cheese... for the price and the fact that pizza ranch advertising a FULL BUFFET you would expect better! Yes, I am certainly a fan... I go here enough times to be a fan. :) The pizza is always tasty! When you pay for your meal, they ask if you have any pizzas that you'd like to try. So I always ask if the "Bacon Cheeseburger" pizza's available (one of my favs)... it usually isn't, soo.... i get a fresh, hot pizza baked! Mmmmm... Personally.... more than the pizzas, I'm addicted to their cheesesticks. OMG.. they are so good! I've eaten lunch here and supper here several times and have had a great experience each time. It is a buffet, but you can make a request as you come in (the buffalo chicken/jalapeno is awesome!). Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The dessert pizza is great, including a signature cactus pizza. Also includes a nice salad bar and alternative hot food bar (fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, barbecue chicken, waffle fries, batter fried onions, etc). Very reasonable meal/buffet prices. This used to be one of my favorite places to go for family functions because everyone had a choice of what they wanted so everyone was happy. Just now however I was thrown out for giving my service dog a small scrap of my chicken that would have been thrown out anyway. From the moment I walked in the young manager came over and told me my dog had to be in his case on the ground. I said fine and complied. Not 5 minutes later he showed up and told me that my dog was eating off plates. I said we have not yet even gotten a plate. He said that "multiple people saw this". How is it possible that several people saw this when it did not happen. Group hallucinations perhaps? Honestly, I swear to God it did not happen. What the heck pizza ranch? You used to have such nice people working there. Now you hate my service dog? The manager was hovering around staring at me. This was a bit unnerving, and it made me feel awkward to say the least. It made me nervous his hovering. Then I did the cardinal act. The unthinkable. I gave franklin ( my little yorkie service dog) a small bite of the throw away scrap that was destined for the trash anyhow. Because the manager had been hovering and staring of coarse he saw me. If I thought I was doing anything wrong I would have been sneaky. Instead I just handed him a tiny piece of Grisly meat. I was then told that I had to leave. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Both manager working were very rude and combative. The manger Travon got into my husbands face about a pizza order and when my husband told him that he his done talking to him, he continues to argue with him. I finally step in and tell Trevon that we need to speak to a manager. He said he was one of them so I asked him to speak with the other one. Baylie was nice about everything. We sat down to eat and the entire time we ate Travon contuined to glare at my husband and was slamming doors. As we left the restaurant Travon said have a nice day but said under his breath "asshole". Another argument insued and Travon tried to pull off his pizza ranch shirt and acted like he was going to fight us. He kept calling out that we were cowards and I assured him that I in between him and my husband for Travons safety. Baylie comes along and starts yelling at us to get the fuck out. As she does this he get in my face and shoves me. I told her if she put her hands in me again I will drop her. So she get in my face and starts to shoulder/chest bump me. After arguing a little more she goes back in and my husband and Travon are talking about the situation. Baylie comes back out with a towel and starts to get into my face again. Travon get in between us and ushers her back into the building. The food here generally tasted good (except for the tomato soup), I particularly have always liked the dessert pizza. The problem is the place was a disaster. Food all over the floor, spilled coffee at the coffee counter, wrappers laying on the floor in the entryway, crumbs on the chairs. Need I say more. Plenty of staff around just no one to motivate them to keep the place clean. Get a grip Pizza Ranch in Baxter. I regret not getting up & getting my money back & going to Chinese like my 8 year old wanted to do in the first place!!!! It was absolutely FILTHY! We approached four (4) different tables to sit & kept walking away. Why? Because there was so much food under the tables there was no way I was going to sit there with food squishing under my feet. As I waited I noticed no one returning to clean it up. Explains why we couldn't find a clean place to sit. I was just amazed. I kept telling my husband that they must have changed management. With that said, I kept looking trying to find the manager. No where to be seen. Maybe they were running an errand to the bank or something at dinner rush. Wouldn't have surprised me at this point. What did surprise me though?...when I finally found the manager, SHE WAS A CHILD AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT WAS WIPING THE FOOD ONTO THE FLOOR!!! SERIOUSLY?!
