I was thankful that my friend had recommended this place to me as she has been coming here for 3 years. He also printed off a few recommendations with quotes for new tires (mine are definitely on their last leg being 5 years old now). NEVER EVER GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…read more I took my new BMW M sports car to put on the left side of the exhaust hanger. I told the woman in the shop I'm a student and I bought this new exhaust system for $3000. That's the reason she thinks I'm a fool student just having some money. She charges me $160 for just put few screws on my car like the work actually just took few minutes to finish it???????????? The whole work takes like an hour because there are people who keep come in, they just leave my car right there not doing my job first, let me keep waiting. Also, the woman in the shop is the rudest person that I have ever seen. I try to talk to her and ask why it cost $160 it doesn't make sense. She keeps talking about how expensive is the labor cost, I told her there are people keep coming in they just left my job and talk to other clients. My job should not take more than 5 minutes if they keep focus my job. Then she told me they help me to fix my exhaust problem and that's the price. My titanium exhaust cost me actually more than $3000, it's brand new it won't have any problem need to be So i try to talk to the man who is the larbor and also owner of the shop. Guess What?????????? The man said if you keep talking and i will charge you $200. I mean like WTF????? So I figured it out, they just want to charge the extra money. They don't even have a receipt to show why the work actually takes few minutes but charges $160. Their attitude is so bad, my worst car services experiment ever! ! ! ! ! If you are millionaire and don't care about wasting your money. No problem, come to Samsung Auto Care.

A TRUE GEM OF A MECHANIC SHOP - HONEST, SKILLED, AND RELIABLE!…read more I can't say enough great things about Honest Tom's Auto! After a dealership completely misdiagnosed the issue with my car (and quoted me a sky-high repair that didn't even address the real problem), I brought it to Honest Tom's--and I am SO glad I did. Jeremy went above and beyond to figure out what was really going on. He took the time to thoroughly inspect, diagnose, and explain the issue in plain English. No upselling. No guesswork. Just real, honest expertise. He didn't stop until the job was done right--and now my car runs better than it has in months. It's such a relief to have finally found a REAL mechanic shop that not only knows what they're doing, but truly stands by their work. You can tell this place takes pride in their service and reputation, and it shows in every detail. If you're tired of being overcharged, misled, or just don't know who to trust--stop looking. This is the place. Jeremy and the team at Honest Tom's Auto have earned a customer for life.

They have to remove all the intake components to get to the rear bank because it's a transverse engine, so I get there's going to be extra man hours involved. The problem is that the work of putting it back together definitely seemed rushed once I got in and starting looking around. The upper intake manifold has a bolt on the back to keep it stable. That was missing. The foam cover of the high pressure fuel pump that sits on top of the valve cover was missing, and the main underbody splash guard cover was missing. I guess it was too much effort to the put those back. The upper intake manifold bolts had 2 that were heavily stretched and deformed and these are not Torque to Yield bolts. And one was cross threaded. I had to use a thread chaser to fix that one and replaced the others. This all really makes me wonder what else they didn't do or didn't bother trying to do. I'm looking it over really well now to make sure they didn't leave off anything important. They acted like they were doing me a huge favor knocking 50 bucks off the price but honestly I would have rather had them charge $5 more to replace the bad and/or lost bolts.
