2 of 2 Frustrated about Jareds blatant lies and malicious behavior and the volume of text/calls I was getting because of his actions i felt needed to take this matter to his boss (since Jared was working his shift as a armed supervisor when this happened). At 1:23am I called Cascade Enforcement Agency to leave a message that I wanted to make a complaint, at that time Jared answered the phone and pretended to be someone else then hung up on me. After that i sent Jared a text message documenting I was attempting to make a complaint and wanted him to leave a message for his boss to call me to set up a meeting to speak with him about his actions that night. Doubting his boss would get that message i called back the next morning at 7:57am and spoke with Cindy and left a message with her to have his boss call me. My second phone call was to the Hillsboro Police Department, at that time i made a police report detailing the series of events and I explained to the officer what evidence I had gathered that made me believe Jared was responsible for this harassment the officer explained to me my rights and told me what I needed to do and keep the evidence i had, he also assured me he would contact Jared and ask him to stop. Despite the officers attempt he was forced toleave a voicemail stating he needed to speak with him. Jared ignored the police officers call and ignored me when I told him the officer was trying to get a hold of him. On March 15th i called the police again because i was still being harrassed by these messages, this time the officer was able to speak with him and he denied it stating he had no knowledge of it. This morning March 17, 2012, I woke up to more messages of a sexual nature. My life for the last few days have been horrible i cringe every time my phone alerts me of a call or text message. It makes me sick that Jared"ALLEGEDLY" committed these crimes while working for CEA in uniform driving their vehicle. I am shocked and disgusted to see Jareds pictures on the CEA website representing the company that is suppose to serve and protect when he himself is a "ALLEGED" perpetrator. I really hope that CEA takes a good hard look at the allegations and uses all resources possible to prove me wrong. Under these circumstances I will NEVER recommend this company to friends, family, co-workers, business contacts, associates or anyone else for that matter. I think the public should know if they hire this company this might be the type of person they are hiring to protect them or their business. 1 of 2 My name is Casey Day, I am writing this review because on March 12, 2012 One of CEA's employees Jared Herget a armed supervisor did the unthinkable while he was on duty working his shift from 5:00pm - 2:00am. The reason i am posting this on CEA's review board is because he was working for them in uniform and driving a work vehicle representing CEA . You will notice I use the word "ALLEGEDLY" in this review, i am not using that word because i have no proof that Jared did what he is being accussed of, i am using that word because everyone is innocent until proven guilty and even Jared is entitled to his day in court. Jared and I met through a dating website and started dating, soon after things went sour and I ended the relationship on March 12th at 8:24pm. Being agitated Jared "ALLEGEDLY" accessed my email acct i used to join a dating website (a email i started three days prior, a email only he and i knew about, a email i never used until that day and a email he is known to check regularly).March 12, 2012 at 9:50pm Jared "ALLEGEDLY" accessed my dating website profile. This armed employee who is a former police officer and a former correctional officer "ALLEGEDLY" changed personal information about me stating I was looking for sexual encounters with men and women, adding i was a drug user and posted my personal phone number on my profile that tens of thousands of users had access to if they were to look at my profile. Jared "ALLEGEDLY" responded to the emails that men and women were sending to my account after he changed my profile. He "ALLEGEDLY" impersonated me, flirted with and encouraging men and women to call me giving them my name and phone number. He set up dates with some of them telling them to come meet me at specific locations and specific times stating I wanted to have sex with some of them. As a result I have received endless amounts of calls and text messages of a sexual nature harassing me day and night. I did nothing to deserve this type of vicious behavior (except break up with him). When I became aware of what Jared had "ALLEGEDLY" done. I immediately made copies of the evidence prior to confronting him about it (Knowing he would delete them immediately, which he did). I was able to confirm Jared was the one responsible for smearing my name across the internet. I informed him i was aware of his actions and he owed me a apology! He immediately started damage control sending me a text message stating he was at the movies at 11:02pm and he wasn't responsible for the breach of my account or any wrong doing. I wanted to write a review about this company as I worked for Cascade in the past. I will say that this company over all other security companies that I have worked for does it right. What do i mean by that you might ask? Well it is the only company that I know and have worked for that makes the employee do the work that is promised to the client. The owner is on top of operations and if employees think that they will get away with not doing the work they are wrong. The company runs GPS in all the patrol cars so they know if you do what you say you do. They have supervisors that go check on you and actually care. I do know a lot of people did not like working there as they did not get to sleep on the job or have their friends around. The company provided real benefits to me when I worked there and I was treated great. If an employee had a bad thing to say about the company, well I can tell you they did something wrong. I wish I would have never left the company. I loved working the emergency call outs for clients that would call up and then within matter of time we would be covering the client and making the issue go away. A average company. Blake, the owner is OK but a bit full of himself as a former deputy and 'bodyguard' to the creator of COPS. I worked for the company for about a year and found that unless you are former a LEO you have no chance of advancement. The company claims to be a 'private PUBLIC ENFORCEMENT agency'. I have been in security for 20 years and have never found a state license for such a thing. It is a PRIVATE security company just like every other company out there. Next, if you are looking for a set schedule, good luck, all schedules are given out on Friday for the following week and changed often. The supervisors were 'yes-men' to the owner with no ability to lead or inspire.
