We recently had a leaky basement wall that required replacing a large section of the studs and…read moredrywall. Happily, this gave us the opportunity to finally upgrade our 10+-year-old surround sound wiring with a more modern, sleeker setup. We reached out to Intellihome, they heard our ideas, added a few additional quality-of-life features that we hadn't even thought of, and got to work. Im not sure what I was expecting, but the end result exceeds even those vague expectations. The new wiring is a big future-proofing upgrade, wires are tucked neatly into the wall, and as you can see in my photo, there are zero cables hanging from the TV -- a crucial feature when you have four curious, chaotic cats. Intellihome was extremely easy to work with, exceedingly professional, and they do great work. When we eventually opt for further surround sound upgrades, we'll be calling Intellihome.

I was happy to find them still in business. We had a need to install two new Ethernet lines and ports to a few rooms in our home due to multiple family members now working from home. They gave me a detailed cost per hour, we set a date within a week or so and they were very punctual. The team arrived as promised, they were very professional, even removed their shoes as they worked inside our home. They completed the work within the timeframe and more importantly the Ethernet installation was completed as desired. We now have the needed ports to our rooms. Thank you for doing a great job!

Curt and…read morehis team fully lied about their abilities / skills and in the end did a lot of damage to our lighting, sound system, and processing system. They quoted fixing various items and in the end fixed NONE of them. Imagine paying thousands for nothing. We have already hired another company who highlighted all the areas Lewis Audio damaged our system. The incompetence is unreal. Curt is an absolute liar and is always trying to charge you more to fix one small item after another - only to not fix anything at all. Con artist. In the end they damaged everything - so we paid for nothing. There are other companies in Portland - shop around as you can find a company worth working with.

I had to reschedule my install multiple times because of the delays. Luckily I was able to purchase incredible definitive technology speakers directly though Lucas far cheaper than I could find anywhere else. I also had a bit of a special request, I wanted my TV mounted over my fireplace but I knew it would be too high and give me and my family neck pain, I was able to order a nice drop down mount and Lucas was a bit hesitant of doing it but he said he would try his best if it's what I really wanted, it totally worked out, Lucas was able to unpack and install it perfectly and I can't be any happier with the final product. I'd highly recommend Nexus to friend and family. Lucas is a true professional and works hard, I tried to get him to take a break but his work ethic is tenacious. Thanks Lucas for helping me out!
