Despite this, John answered my call earlier this morning and was at my front door before 2pm this afternoon. A loose wire in an outlet knocked out 1/2 the power in the house and John and Hunter had it traced down and repaired/replaced in no time, (for real under 20 minutes!) They were courteous and kind and reasonably priced! Also, I appreciated Shelley keeping me updated as to the timeline for their arrival as my situation was very stressful and involved a tight timeline for the repair! Many thanks!! 10/10 recommend Pacific NW Electric!!

Over the years they've handled everything from a same-day emergency thermostat replacement to installing an EV charger, upgrading my electrical panel, wiring my entire workshop with a new subpanel, installing ceiling fans, and more. No matter the size of the job, the quality of their work is always top-notch. They're a family-owned local business that truly takes pride in what they do. Their reliability, craftsmanship, and customer service have earned my trust to the point that I never even consider calling another electrician. Highly recommended!

We were experiencing an issue where half our house was losing power. We already had another…read moreelectrician out a few weeks prior, and 3 days and 1k later, the problem still existed. That's when we called Unity. Brian was out the same day. I regret not making them my first choice. They are transparent about pricing, keep you updated as the project goes along, and just overall very professional. Brian has about 20 years of experience and it shows. He was in and out of our house so fast. Even though the job was a bit more complicated, his expertise shinned. What took the other person (literally) 3 days, took Brian a total of 3 hours. He was intentionally trying to find ways to save me money on labor, which made me trust him. The company and Brian exhibit good character and integrity. This is now my go to company and Electrcian. Finding a reliable tradesman/company isn't always easy, and I'm thrilled to have found one.

I needed my panel reviewed and reworked because the plumber had told me my water heater was not on its own circuit and that concerned me. Brian came over for a consultation and I showed him around and all my concerns and how it would be nice to have more lighting in the kitchen since the condo is so dark and the kitchen is in the middle of the unit not near any windows. Brian and his apprentice were punctual, and they only took 2 days to do all the work that was needed. Brian is a gem of a human being, kind, patient, and very well educated. You can tell he knows his stuff and that he enjoys the work. Much to the chagrin of the spiders under the crawl space. Our crawl space is not the easiest to get to but instead of complaining both Brian and Wes treated it like an adventure and I appreciated that that attitude because I felt really bad anytime one of them had to go down there. Brian is our forever electrician now, anything we need in future we will be calling him/Unity first. The work is solid, my kitchen is the brightest it has ever been and I have so much real-estate on my counters now because I can see it's crazy! We won't live in this condo forever but I'm so happy it will be all set for the next owner to enjoy a kitchen they can see in, and an electric panel that won't harm them or their appliances. Can't sing Brian's praises enough. Thank you thank you thank you. I'm a happy camper in my tiny little condo with lots of light in her kitchen now. Thanks again!

Electric Norm had great reviews and seemed to be a local, one-man operation. An eager fellow working hard to run a local business... just the sort of firm I prefer to give my business to. No idea what the history on this operation is but I gather there is no Norm just like there is no Sara Lee or Oil Can Henry. Not a huge deal but... I used the yelp "get a quote" feature which has served me well in the past and sent "Norm" a detailed description of what needed to be done. Basically a simple 15' run of two GFI circuits terminating in a couple of quad receptacle boxes. Probably a couple of hours work at most. Phil, who is apparently the owner responds telling me to call him. Sigh.... if I wanted to call I would have not taken the time to type out such a detailed scope of work message. That and I am hearing disabled and don't have a phone. I inform Phil thusly and am given a list of his requirements to come out which includes providing a mobile phone number to text. I'm wondering what part of "hearing disabled, no phone" went over Phil's head. So minus stars for lack of basic intelligence and reading comprehension skills. And minus more starts for being a "my way or the highway" proprietor who seems to lack basic customer relations. skills. Your experience with this place may well differ from mine. And based on the glowing recommendations here on Yelp it was my expectation that "Norm" would come out, give me a competitive bid and then execute the project quickly and professionally. I wasn't even planning on getting multiple bids assuming the bid I got from "Norm" was in the sane range of a few hunded bucks. So major disappointment there. Extremely rare to be let down by Yelp. Perhaps Phil just has more business than he can handle now and doesn't really need or want mine?
