I went to the Tire Center and met Richard, who took the time to review my previous tire order from five years ago. While looking it over, he noticed a discrepancy between the tire size I had purchased and the recommended size for my car. Instead of just relying on what was in the system, Richard had me pull my car around to the back so he could personally check the recommended tire size. That extra step really stood out to me and was above and beyond what I expected. He confirmed that the previous set of tires I purchased here were actually not the correct size for my car. We picked out the correct tires, and just my luck, they were in stock! Even better, it was only an hour before closing and they were still able to get me taken care of. I walked in expecting to place an order and come back later, and I'm leaving today with a brand-new set of properly sized tires. I'm thrilled with the service and really appreciate Richard's attention to detail. He could have easily just sold me another set based on my previous purchase, but instead he took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what my car needed. Excellent customer service! In CA, the creamer is in the dairy freezer room, but not here. The food court has a Caramel Brownie Sundae that we do not have in CA. It's $2.99 but huge and looks yummy.
