One thing that immediately stood out is that this location sells hard liquor, unlike Costco locations in my home state of Virginia. Their selection was impressive, with everything from everyday bottles to higher-end spirits, and the prices seemed very reasonable for the quality offered. The store itself was well stocked, clean, and organized, making it easy to find what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even though the store was busy, the checkout lines moved quickly. Another plus was the parking. There was ample parking available, and the spaces were laid out well enough to make loading purchases into the vehicle much easier. Overall, we had a great experience at this Costco. I appreciated that the DC Metro Police were onsite and it made us feel good to see them; instead of the Natl Guard. Our shopping was seamless and quick. There are items here that are not in CA Costcos. We were happy to see how organized and well maintained the merchandise is here. The only thing that we couldn't find was coffee creamer. In CA, the creamer is in the dairy freezer room, but not here. The food court has a Caramel Brownie Sundae that we do not have in CA. It's $2.99 but huge and looks yummy. We ordered a half cheese half pepperoni pizza and a chicken bake. Waiting on the pizza is a long 15min from ordering but I am sure it is worth the wait. I will update the review if it's not good.
