When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!

Returns are painless if your prepared with unworn clothes with tags. I love their selections. If I know exactly what I want, I use their online service to pick up at the store. Why wait? Now I knocked a star off because their cozy socks that goes on sale $1 are off cheap quality. After a few gentle wears, my socks had holes l. I dont recommend walking around in them. They wear out quicker.

Hey, PG needs love too! I rarely find anything in here. There's usually stuff all over the place and too few cashiers. This happens to be the closest old navy location to my house; but the convenience comes with a price. The staff generally look miserable which speaks to management ( usually). You can tell that morale is low here. Makes me never want to go in there again and just stick to some of the more lively and organized ON locations.

We're on the journey.) And then another gentleman showed us shirt options. We were in and out in no time at all. Very professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. We were VERY impressed and appreciative. Perfect example of good customer service all businesses can stand to mimick around here (PG county area).

When an hour went by, he was still on the phone and outside the store, I waited some more. I was a little too patient with the whole thing so I waited again. By that time it was 2:30 when I checked the time, and he was still on the phone. I then went up to an employee and asked if there was another manager or someone else besides him that I can speak to about a future interview, and to my disappointment, there was no one else besides only him. So I ended up cutting it short and left and never really went back for another shot at scoring an interview with that business. I would like for the management to be a little bit more professional and have a valuable worker to be at attention when the manager is tied up in certain time pulling situations. Thank you

For once I'm extremely happy I didn't. This store was the ultimate one on one experience. The sanitizing protocols made me feel very comfortable. If you're a girl like me who has/ had constant issues with being in between bra sizes this is a store for you. My experience in detail: -I walked in the store, was greeted by the lovely Aiesha. -Temperature check and sanitizer as a requirement -Aiesha quoted me at a 15-20 min wait for a sanitized room (ok fine let's check out a restaurant shall we) -my daughter and I decided to show up exactly in 20 min -I immediately grabbed an item to try on. Sanitized station along with some history of the owner and store. The owner is a doctor Ok... just fabulous -I was measured! And guess what my bra actually fits perfectly! I made my simple, contactless purchase. Oh and I forgot to mention the bling bling pepper spray and little accessories for your purse ;). This gal over here left with a few bags and a smile. I'm ending this with ( You won't be disappointed) I will be back!!! Hey Aiesha :)

You would think with this much experience she would know the many different forms in which people can make payments. Apparently having a debit card is not enough to purchase an item at this store. The manager even asked me why I am using debit instead of credit (are you serious)? As a Manager you cannot dictate to a paying customer how they should spend their money. And If you have a Temporary debit card w/ ID forget about purchasing from this store because they don't accept it! "For Liability Reasons," Maybe they can invest in a sign that states this policy near the cash register. Just a suggestion ;-) and while there doing that they can go ahead and inform this to the various banks, nation wide that issue these Temporary debit cards because apparently they are not accepted at stores! My sole purpose of getting anything form this store is for medical uniforms/ accessories! This purchase was for school.
