When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! She got angry and started singing, took 8 minutes to return the shoes, then she walked around the store telling all of the people that worked there (darker skinned African male, African female in home section, heavyset light skinned cashier sitting on a stool, and she called for the shopping center security monitor to come and guard the exit! After I noticed that they were following, I went on a tour. They original cashier with the short curly wig said that it is "store policy " to call manager for any return over two hundred dollars. I read the back of the receipt and have returned an item that cost over $300 and have never experienced this. I think this is because I am on vacation as of 6/23/2023, had surgery on my thigh Monday, 6/26/2023, and was not dressed to impress and no make up. Black people love to judge people based on how the look. I own a home near Wegman's, earn $170K yearly, have credit score of 780, completely debit free besides small remaining mortgage, have more than $29k in my checking, and I don't go around judging people based on how they are dressed, because none of that matters!!! As a 6'0", 270-pound man, finding stylish, designer clothes that fit isn't always easy, but Burlington has consistently been one of the few places that offers options for people my size. That said, I've noticed a frustrating trend--this "Coat Factory" no longer sells coats. On my latest visit, I found only two lightweight Puma jackets--no winter coats, parkas, or overcoats. This isn't very reassuring, especially given the store's name. If you won't sell coats, maybe it's time to rethink the branding. The inventory is messy and items are frequently out of place, which I've come to expect, but the lack of coat options is something new--and frankly unacceptable. I found a few shirts, but I'll try them at home, as the in-store fitting experience leaves a lot to be desired.

When an hour went by, he was still on the phone and outside the store, I waited some more. I was a little too patient with the whole thing so I waited again. By that time it was 2:30 when I checked the time, and he was still on the phone. I then went up to an employee and asked if there was another manager or someone else besides him that I can speak to about a future interview, and to my disappointment, there was no one else besides only him. So I ended up cutting it short and left and never really went back for another shot at scoring an interview with that business. Unfortunately, not a single regular checkout lane was open--only self-checkout was available, and those machines only accepted debit or credit cards, no cash. Of course, I only had cash, so I was forced to check out at customer service. While it did take a little while, the wait wasn't extremely long. Still, the experience was inconvenient enough that going forward I'll be sticking strictly to online orders only, which is always a wonderful experience.

Then she left us to choose our color suit. Once we got the suit picked, we were directed to the fitting room where the tailor took further measurements to adjust the suit to fit my fiancé (who is shaped like the lovable Po of Kung fu Panda right now.
