I like this location because its always in decent shape. I love the location because its barely congested. The store isn't crowded like other locations. The employees are friendly and keep their store clean. I hate to walk into a store and see a store in disarray. Clothes and merchandise on the floor. Messy displays and clothes not in their proper areas. Checking out is always a painless wait. There couid be 20 people in line but you wont notice because they move fast. Returns are painless if your prepared with unworn clothes with tags. I love their selections. If I know exactly what I want, I use their online service to pick up at the store. Why wait? Now I knocked a star off because their cozy socks that goes on sale $1 are off cheap quality. After a few gentle wears, my socks had holes l. I dont recommend walking around in them. They wear out quicker. read more

It's not this locations fault--but it saddens me that other old navy's have way more of a selection. The locations in northern VA and northern Maryland are much better stocked. Hey, PG needs love too! I rarely find anything in here. There's usually stuff all over the place and too few cashiers. This happens to be the closest old navy location to my house; but the convenience comes with a price. The staff generally look miserable which speaks to management ( usually). You can tell that morale is low here. Makes me never want to go in there again and just stick to some of the more lively and organized ON locations. read more

The only reason I'm giving this store 2 stars is because of the convenience of the location and they occasionally have something I like. But it stops there. I'm am so done with stores coming into Prince George's County and not giving us the same quality that they do in "other" areas. The racks in the children's section are never full. They always have scarce quantities in sizes. At first I was thinking maybe it's because it's a holiday or maybe because it's the weekend or maybe because school just started. But then I'll go to Crofton or Tyson's and their racks are flourishing with choices right after I've left the Woodmore store. The line here is always ridiculous. Today I was at my wits end. The small quantity of things I did find wasn't worth me wasting my time. I was in line for over 10 minutes and there was only 1 person in front of me. I took pictures of what I had in my hand and left my stuff on the counter and walked out. I'll make my purchase online. Note: There were only 2 of us in line and when I left there were over 10 with only 2 cashiers. No calls for more cashiers to the front or anything. This seems to be standard practice for this store read more

I came here because it was convenient but now I should've just considered inconveniencing myself and going to another location. This place was trashed and it was only 10 am. The girls section had nothing in order. All the jeans they had laid out were only sizes 8,12, and 14. There were two cashiers (one was on the phone) and the line had more than 8 people waiting. For this store to be in this location, it was unacceptable and next time I'll travel further out. read more

I like this location, there are lots of pros... The staff is friendly, the store is usually clean and well organized and it's always full of inventory. All that being said, for some reason I can almost never find what I'm looking for when I go. Idk what it is. It just doesn't seem to work for me. This is not a knock against this store and I'm certainly not saying they're doing anything wrong, I just don't have much luck here. They'll have sandals I want for my daughter but none in her size or shorts I want for my son but none in his size. I understand that this is the way in-store shopping works but the scales just don't often tip in my favor here. I'll probably just do my shopping online in the future rather than hoping my luck changes. read more

This Old Navy location needs some significant improvements. It is unacceptable to have a line that wraps around twice at checkout and there is only one person at the 5 registers. I am currently here to return two online items and had planned to look around afterwards to make a few purchases but with the poor and excessively long wait times to checkout, it is not worth it. This repeatedly happens when me and my family come out to this old navy. There appears to be poor organization and staffing here despite the potential to be a great location. read more

Terrible! This place is under staffed. There is one cashier at 11a on a Saturday morning. The very reason I dont shop here usually.

Again, this is NOT Lanham, but I am trying to calm down. I only went into this establishment to get my godson a gift card. You would've thought you stepped into a movie theatre because there was trickling of popcorn all over the floor. I soon realized that they had a popper and were giving all patrons free popcorn. I declined as this is the year to De-Fluff. I proceeded to get in the long line to get just a gift card. There were about 4 cashiers and they move expeditiously. When I got to the register, I was nicely greeted and rung up quickly. The only quirk is that the cashier attempted to pick my gift card holder for me - I was like(in my head) - hold up Joe - I am paying for this! I'd return and you should try them out! read more

This Old Navy is alright. I can sometimes come in and find cute things but you have to search. They often have misplaced clothes everywhere and if you go into the dressing room there is usually a mountain of clothes in the associate area. The most aggravating thing is that you have to wait in line FOREVER to checkout. I feel like there are typically only two people working in the store so only one can manage the register. I've seen countless people become frustrated and decide their purchase isn't worth the wait (I've done it a couple of times). Just pack your patience! read more

I had to come twice because the first time my son was with me & distracting me, but this is a pretty standard Old Navy. The associates are cordial & prices are cool. I don't give them 5 stars because the organization of their stores never makes sense to me. I can never find a nice little dress in store & it's irritating. *sigh* read more

Worse experience EVERYTIME I come here. The line at this very moment have 9 people waiting and only two cashiers. Ive been online for 20 minutes. I just dont understand. Lol...1 cashier just left. Only reason I'm still waiting is because I'm returning items and want my money back.... read more

Tired of coming to not only this one, but others and jeans look like a bomb went off or no one paid any attention when putting jeans away. I was told they trying to get back from xmas. That was over 10 days ago. What happened to closers organizing and straightening out shelves and stuff. Plus their prices went from 20 to 25 to $30. If I'm going to pay that much i don't need to feel like I'm at ross or Marshall sifting thru stuff. May have to consider a new company to shop at. This one never has the sale items, and seem to have more men clothes than women.... read more

Store is usually clean and well organized but they rarely have enough cashiers and those that are working move super slowly. Maybe they're stalling so you buy more crap? They really need an express lane:( read more

I love this location and the staff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about sells and the inventory. I have never had a problem at this store. The floor will always get on a register when there is a long line. read more

Lazy employees and not enough registers open, but what do you expect, you work at old navy for a reason...

This location has good customer service and is clean. The floor staff were knowledgeable. However, there were only two people working the registers on a Saturday afternoon so my wait was longer than I would have liked. read more
