When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!

When an hour went by, he was still on the phone and outside the store, I waited some more. I was a little too patient with the whole thing so I waited again. By that time it was 2:30 when I checked the time, and he was still on the phone. I then went up to an employee and asked if there was another manager or someone else besides him that I can speak to about a future interview, and to my disappointment, there was no one else besides only him. So I ended up cutting it short and left and never really went back for another shot at scoring an interview with that business. For once I'm extremely happy I didn't. This store was the ultimate one on one experience. The sanitizing protocols made me feel very comfortable. If you're a girl like me who has/ had constant issues with being in between bra sizes this is a store for you. My experience in detail: -I walked in the store, was greeted by the lovely Aiesha. -Temperature check and sanitizer as a requirement -Aiesha quoted me at a 15-20 min wait for a sanitized room (ok fine let's check out a restaurant shall we) -my daughter and I decided to show up exactly in 20 min -I immediately grabbed an item to try on. Sanitized station along with some history of the owner and store. The owner is a doctor Ok... just fabulous -I was measured! And guess what my bra actually fits perfectly! They keep the store clean and organized. The location is pretty good because it's near a Shoppers, Pizza Hut and CVS so you can take care of other things while you are in the area. I was hanging up my clothes as I've seen messy dressing rooms when the rudeness started. I try to support inner-city stores, but there's almost always drama/rude employees. The young woman was upset about money problems. Everyone could hear her entire conversation. Next time, she should handle her problems at home to avoid taking it out on her customers. Great customer service mean more to me than clothing so I left the clothes and kept my money to avoid an arguement. Never again.

However, I did not like that it's one desk with 2 computers so you're sitting there conducting your business while someone else is conducting theirs and you can hear everything. In fact, I visited the location earlier today and was told to he would call me, but I had to call him. This place is terrible. Do not shop here. Do not rent from here.
