When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!

The employees are friendly and keep their store clean. I hate to walk into a store and see a store in disarray. Clothes and merchandise on the floor. Messy displays and clothes not in their proper areas. Checking out is always a painless wait. There couid be 20 people in line but you wont notice because they move fast. Returns are painless if your prepared with unworn clothes with tags. I love their selections. If I know exactly what I want, I use their online service to pick up at the store. Why wait? Now I knocked a star off because their cozy socks that goes on sale $1 are off cheap quality. After a few gentle wears, my socks had holes l. I dont recommend walking around in them. My experience in detail: -I walked in the store, was greeted by the lovely Aiesha. -Temperature check and sanitizer as a requirement -Aiesha quoted me at a 15-20 min wait for a sanitized room (ok fine let's check out a restaurant shall we) -my daughter and I decided to show up exactly in 20 min -I immediately grabbed an item to try on. Sanitized station along with some history of the owner and store. The owner is a doctor Ok... just fabulous -I was measured! And guess what my bra actually fits perfectly! I was hanging up my clothes as I've seen messy dressing rooms when the rudeness started. I try to support inner-city stores, but there's almost always drama/rude employees. The young woman was upset about money problems. Everyone could hear her entire conversation. Next time, she should handle her problems at home to avoid taking it out on her customers. Great customer service mean more to me than clothing so I left the clothes and kept my money to avoid an arguement. Never again.
