When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured). I also appreciate that the price sticker comes off smoothly. In the past I've needed hired staff to get the sticky stuff off from the tape!! Lol I also appreciate their line of Philosophy Beauty/ Bath items. I am definitely a Nordstrom Rack Snob and I can't wait to return back! This location is now in my Top 2!

When an hour went by, he was still on the phone and outside the store, I waited some more. I was a little too patient with the whole thing so I waited again. By that time it was 2:30 when I checked the time, and he was still on the phone. I then went up to an employee and asked if there was another manager or someone else besides him that I can speak to about a future interview, and to my disappointment, there was no one else besides only him. So I ended up cutting it short and left and never really went back for another shot at scoring an interview with that business. My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. When I returned to pick up my shoes on April 4, 2026, I forgot that I had prepaid the $40.00 requested repair fee to the owner and paid another $40.00 in cash at the time to picked up my shoes. I wasn't given a payment receipt at the time for the second payment. When I returned home, I remembered that I had already paid for the shoe repair services via American Express as requested a week before the shoes where resoled. I immediately returned to the store. Before I could enter the store, he saw me before I could open the door and locked it. It was near closing time. It was the weekend, so I returned on Tuesday April 2, 2026, with my shoes in my hands and told second him of my repair payment for services rendered.
