I was looking for a replacement pendant because the kiosk had scratched up the gold really bad, I didn't notice until after I had picked it up... the manager Dylan was the one helping me, and he asked if he could take a look before I looked into replacing it. First off, he took off the jump ring they had put on that wasn't even circular because it had been messed with so much and he made it into a nicer circle, and then he polished my pendant and took out all of the scratches that the other place had made. He informed me that if I wanted to replace the jump ring properly they could send out my necklace and do that too. He helped me completely for free and the necklace wasn't even purchased there, and then so nicely polished my wedding rings too. I was having a crappy day and they really turned it around for me, so I'll definitely be going back when I'm looking for jewelry in the future. Thanks for brightening my day, guys.
