I came in search of a specific tea set that I have not been able to find for sale at any Tiffany store I've visited anywhere in the world. I've only seen it in videos of the Blue Box Cafe in New York City and I've been searching for it for well over a year. Marie showed me a few other tea sets while trying to help me find the one I was looking for. They were pretty, but not my taste and couldn't compare to they set I was looking for. After a bit of research, she informed me that the specific set I'm looking was created exclusively for the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe and is not for sale to the public. I resisted the urge to shed a tear, but I was grateful that I could now end my search. Personal disappointment aside, the store is absolutely beautiful. Aside from the jewelry, this location also has a small collection of dishes, flatware, miscellaneous decor items, a small collection of glassware, a few baby gifts, and a decent collection of bags and wallets. And of course, the staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming. Even though I didn't leave with the tea set I wanted, I still enjoyed my visit.

Walking around the store is a little reminiscent of Hollister & Abercrombie because of a faint scent from one of their perfumes spritz around. My husband got me one of their beautiful ESV 2 column cloth-bound journaling Bible and few little decor pieces from them. I'd never seen anything like it. Prices are a little on the pricey side (e.g. dresses are averaging over $100). Service is fantastic--attentive and friendly. While browsing around, a lady approached me (with a floral crown) and asked if I needed any assistance. And my husband was able to get 15% off the retail value of the Bible he got me because there were a few minor imperfections, like a frayed corner. Worth checking out!

One of the bracelets I purchased was the "Path of Life" bracelet ($40 value) and the charm had some crystal stones on it (an upgrade from the one I was replacing). By the time I got home, 2 of the stones were missing. The next day I went back to the same location. Immediately there was a different vibe. A woman named TYRICE appeared out of the back room, stood still and folded her arms. No welcoming gestures at all. I explained to Tyrice that I purchased a bracelet the previous day and stones were missing. She explained that maybe it was just that one and they could possibly replace it IF I had a warranty. Although she offered to replace the bracelet without the warranty. I told her I didn't want the same bracelet. It seemed that I would lose stones with this design. I offered to purchase more bracelets with the price difference. She said okay but still pushed to replace it with the same design. She finally let me get the "Path of Life" bracelet that had no stones on it but lied to me and said this one costed more than the one I was returning. She switched the bracelets and when I asked for a receipt... refused to give me one. I'm assuming this was so I could not see that she was charging me the same price for a cheaper item. She told me several times that I shouldn't be able to exchange because I didn't have a warranty. I understood the policy but was willing to purchase more with the $20 price difference. I ended up ordering online. Unfortunately, I will never shop in your stores anymore. Tyrice was so dishonest. I felt like she wasn't welcoming at all. While she was trying to avoid an exchange/return she actually made me not want to purchase anything else.

Fast forward to mid-October, and we got a small placard engraved with my birthday 2022, since my propeller would've had to be sent off for wood engraving. The plate was done within 30 minutes, and was self-adhesive. I could tell the young girl on duty didn't want to be there, but we were all young working retail at some point in our lives. So I understood. My friend and I got back home, I hung my propeller in its rightful spot, and my apartment, after five months, was officially christened. Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience…read more What should have been a joyful engagement ring shopping experience turned into an incredibly frustrating ordeal. I was required to open a line of credit in order to place an order. After doing so, the store never actually placed my order. I was repeatedly given the runaround--first being told the order had been placed, then being told it hadn't. At one point, staff couldn't even locate my account, despite the fact that they opened it. When I asked to close the credit account due to their mistakes, they refused, yet still asked if I wanted to continue purchasing a ring with them. That alone speaks volumes about their priorities. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic organization was shocking. This process was stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. Engagement ring shopping should be exciting and meaningful--not riddled with confusion and frustration. I would strongly advise others to think twice before opening a credit account or trusting this store with something as important as an engagement ring. This experience has completely ruined what should have been a special moment.

This is the 3rd time I've dropped my wedding ring and band off for repair. It was at this point I was told the type of prongs on my ring are prone to breaking, why this information wasn't disclosed before we purchased the ring, I have no idea. At least we would have known what to expect. Furthermore, they told me the ring would take 2 weeks to fix. I allowed 2.5 weeks to pass and heard nothing. I called them and they let me know they sent my ring to a platinum specialist, which would have been no issue had they set the expectation of the timeline for return, which was 1 month. This was a red flag because my ring had never gone to this platinum specialist the other 2 times it broke. So my guess is they were fixing the ring with the wrong material. After 1 month passed, still no ring. It's been two months and counting and I STILL don't have my ring back. As a person who loves their ring and values customer experience I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication of this store. I will be filing a formal complaint with Corporate and perhaps the BBB. To add, I was told I was not the only person waiting for their ring to come back. Which tells me this is a very known issue and not an isolated situation.
