Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Vision Christian Store. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction with the owner. The most frustrating part is that the store did not honor its own return policy as it was clearly printed on my receipt. I relied on the policy provided by the business when making my purchase, only to be told something completely different when I attempted to return a pair of gloves. If a business chooses to print a return policy on its receipt, customers should reasonably be able to expect that policy to be honored and all exclusions to be included in the receipt. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the owner (Robert) was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. He made it seem like he couldn't afford to perform the return. To make matters worse, he complained about how as a brick and mortar store, it was difficult for the store to compete with online retailers. I found that particularly ironic considering that the item I was attempting to return had actually been purchased from a beauty supply store, not an online retailer. He even advised that I go there instead. As a small business, I understand that competing with larger retailers can be challenging. But blaming customers or becoming confrontational when they simply expect you to follow your own stated return policy is not the way to build customer loyalty. I was able to find two pair of gloves for the price of one. Who wouldn't attempt to return the originals Being a Christian bookstore makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will be treated with basic courtesy, honesty, and respect when they walk through the door. I would strongly encourage the owner to review the store's return policy, make sure employees and management are following it consistently, and reconsider how customers are treated when they raise a legitimate concern. Or better yet include the specific items on the receipt that are not eligible for return or place signage in the area so there are no questions: I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. A business cannot expect customers to support it while simultaneously refusing to honor the policies it gives those same customers in writing.

This merger saved 1,700 jobs and a number of stores. This place has a lot to offer for just about any occasion. I do like the gift wrapping station offered in the store. Comes in handy should one be bringing a gift(s) to some in this shopping area...or anywhere else for that matter. The staff members seemed happy without any fake smiles. The ambience felt good as well. Selections for Christmas items this time of year were at an all time high. The prices for all the merchandise were pretty fair too. Check this place out when you get the chance. Oh!!, and there is no surcharge for using your checkcard/credit card here.

I didn't love anything and was about to leave. I got sucked into a display up front by the door and questioned if I wanted anything. I was looking at something. I heard an employee say hi to someone. Then I was ran into hard by a metal hand truck handle right into my back. I said ouch what the heck?! Turned around and said you hurt me! You ran right into me! This old guy said he didn't see me. I'm not small. I said to him I was standing here the whole time. He said again. I didn't see you. How?! No employee even acknowledged or even asked if I was ok. I even checked on exit you can see clearly into the store. Nothing is obstructing like tint on the window etc. I wasn't standing in the way of people entering. I was standing in front of a table display. In my mind why have deliveries in the main customer doors if a delivery person is going to not look when entering. At least the employees could've asked if I was ok. After waiting to see if anyone was going to address the guy who ran into me after they just said hi to him I just left. I STILL have my men's satchel briefcase from college. Back then the leathers were super supple buffalo hides. I also still have a checkbook holder and a few other zippered pouches and such that I no longer use. Today's Coach isn't nearly as nice, especially the men's line. Around 2000, the company shifted its offerings from simply designed, neutral-toned leather purses to bags made of mixed materials ― that is, leather paired with canvas or nylon ― available in an array of colors and logo prints. Simply put, in order to keep up with "trends" they started selling crap. Called the Tyson's store last year to ask about having the straps replaced on my briefcase and was told that they didn't even repair bags (outside of warranty) anymore. Turns out that wasn't exactly correct since I just found a shipping and repair label on their website. Hmmm.... I guess the person I spoke to on the phone was probably too young to know what she was talking about. Ended up using a local cobbler to replace the straps (which don't look as nice) so I may just send my bag in to Coach now after all. Anyway.... Their quality fell off and I had long since moved on so I really didn't care. Flash forward to the year 2022 and I was considering something nice for my daughter's 16th birthday. Something nice but not "too" nice if you catch my drift. Something a 16-year-old girl would appreciate and I wouldn't be pissed if she lost or damaged beyond recognition. Someone sent me a gift idea of a Coach keychain pouch - from Bloomingdale's, for $65. Remembering that there was a Coach store down at Tanger Outlets, I decided to check them out first. Fearing online fakery and running out of time as her birthday approaches, I knew I wouldn't have time to get anything shipped. Another deciding factor in going to Tanger. Disclaimer: Since it opened a few years back, I never really have gone down there to look at anything. Plus, I'm suspicious of "outlet centers" conspicuously placed in heavily populated areas. Glad I went to check this one out however. Although the selection is somewhat limited versus main line department stores like Bloomingdale's, I was able to obtain a keychain ID pouch for less than half the Bloomie's price. This place even offers a 10% military discount. Deal was so good even got one for my older daughter. Two ($78) keychain pouches for $59? Yes please, and thank you. Side note: the floor plan of this outlet center needs some work. By the time you see the big American flag and the building (in the very back of the mall) with COACH on it, you've already passed the actual store. I was about to give up when I walked into the Nike store - saw the ridiculous line - walked out, and looked ahead on my right and there the store was.... finally. I'd been walking around for close to 30 minutes...didn't see a security guard... didn't see a directory...or directional signage.... and was about to go home. I was having a conversation with the associate inside and she said, "yeah people get confused all the time." Speaking of associates, the ones here greeted me quickly and repeatedly, so service is super friendly and efficient. Maybe I'll check out a few other stores at Tanger Outlets now. If you are looking for the Coach store however you'd better bring a compass and coordinates, lol. I was so turned around after my "stroll" around Tanger Outlets that I couldn't even find my vehicle - which took me another 20 minutes to locate as I retraced my path - which was all kind of a blur at this point since ALL the stores now looked familiar. Had Blue Bell ice cream in the trunk that I'd just picked up from Walmart 30 minutes earlier. Luckily it was chilly outside this afternoon or I probably would have met a milkshake or two. This 5 stars is specifically for Vi, who did my makeup for me before my engagement portraits. She did a great job finding more subtle/natural shades since I don't usually wear a ton of makeup. She was also fun to chat with! I let her make the decisions about how heavy to go on makeup, since I knew I'd be slightly uncomfortable with a lot on... but if you're doing portraits, you look much better from far back with professional makeup so your eyes pop, etc. I didn't feel pushed to purchase any products but I ended up spending $150 on them because I love the shades she matched to me, and the liquid blush from the Selena Gomez brand. She also (with very little direction from me, other than "not gloss") picked a beautiful shade of matte lipstick that she said is commonly used for bridal looks. Finally, I noticed Vi and the other makeup artist working next to her paying attention to when people walked in the door and greeting them, which I thought was nice. When I returned the next day to get some eyelash glue (since I wanted to reuse the eyelashes I bought), the line was long so a gentleman who worked there took me aside and checked me out via a mobile app. All in all -- very happy with customer service here.

You can pick your bear, give them a heart, give them a voice, dress them, and buy them furniture. Soooo much to consider! My niece finally honed in on the purple kitty (I can't remember her name there were so many). It was a Halloween kitty that we could dress in a Halloween get-up with a witch hat and broom. So cute. The store employee filled it with stuffing and asked if we wanted more. The baby chose the heart and handed it over to be placed inside. The outfit came separate. Once purchased the store employee asked if we wanted him to dress the cat. Lol.... Too cute. They were very helpful. You could easily spend hundreds of dollars in here if you purchase more than one outfit, furniture, voice options, etc. But it's a key memory for the baby and she loved that cat.
