Huge thank you to Matthew at Gold and Diamonds for helping me get a stuck ring off my finger. It had been on for almost 7 days, and with the snowstorm, I wasn't able to take care of it sooner. Matthew was patient, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I truly appreciate the care and kindness. I would highly recommend if you ever need help in a situation like I was. read more

Gold N Diamonds - After the ring was removed. So grateful - Jewelry Near Me - Greenbelt, Maryland

Hannah is a honest, professional and trustworthy saleswoman. I highly recommend her.

Professional and helpful. I had a gold chain necklace that I wanted to determine whether it was solid gold, gold plated, or fake. I first went to another jeweler in the same mall but they directed me to Gold N Diamonds. Once there, they promptly did the assessment and gave me a verbal estimate of the value even though the store was already busy with other customers. They didn't charge for the service since I wasn't asking for a formal certificate of authenticity. read more

Gold N Diamonds has a beautiful selection of jewelry and watches, at every price point. I visited to have a battery replaced in my Elgin (yes, it is ancient), and left with an exquisite watch that only requires indoor or natural light to power it - no more batteries! I also discovered the wide variety of services they provide, in addition to their top-notch customer service. Vino and Raja took their time with me, answering all my questions about jewelry and watch repair/cleaning (they provide both), as well as educating me about the difference between automatic and eco-powered watches. I returned several days later to have a ring repaired. This time, I left with sparkling diamond earrings that I can pay off over time with no interest! Throughout the sale, Vino and Raja patiently showed me many earrings of differing quality and value. Their prices are quite competitive, plus they stand behind what you purchase. Unlike the internet, if a problem arises, I have people with integrity and honor to contact. I can't say enough about their superb customer service and knowledge about all ins and outs of the "Gold N Diamonds" business. read more

I visited the Jewelry store today and was assisted by Humu and Vino. I was provided with excellent service. They have a nice selection of jewelry, specifically diamond bracelets. Vino and Humu were very helpful and knowledgeable about the quality of various pieces. I only went in for repairs but ended up purchasing three items. This is the only jewelry store, from which I purchase. It is always very busy but you will receive personalized and professional customer service. Mr. Aziz and the other lady, cannot think of her name is wonderful. The entire staff is first class. I would recommend this jewelry store. read more

I have been spending a fortune with Gold N Diamonds over the past 15 years. I honestly viewed them as family. They were always so kind and generous, especially to my family. Recently everything changed. During covid quarantine, me and my brother spent approximately 20k. He was sold a Rolex with an aftermarket band and low quality diamonds. The salesman did not disclose this information prior to the sell. In fact, he was lied to. then comes my "custom order." I paid $5,200 plus $100 shipping. When I received my order months later than the agreed upon date, all jewelry was tarnished and after 1 week multiple diamonds fell out of the pieces. i once again traveled back (15 hour round trip) to have my jewelry order corrected. I was promise my order would be done once again in a couple weeks. This was months ago. No answers. Finally I decided I would prefer a refund, due to the fact I have never been able to wear the jewelry and the company has had it longer than I have. I only asked for the price I paid and the shipping cost to be refunded. They only agreed to cover a portion. Just a few miles down the road you can get better quality and better deals, still I wanted to stay loyal to the team that for years showed love. Now I have to pay to file a civil lawsuit. This sucks. Like I said... I considered them family. read more

The nicest folks in the mall!! I've been to this store many times and have nothing but great things to say about the manager (Aziz) and his staff. When it comes to customer service, they are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. They never rush or pressure you into buying anything. They have a wide variety to choose from, and are willing to take time with you to make sure you find what you're looking for. The prices are also competitive and the financing options are a big plus. I would gladly recommend Gold and Diamonds to my family and friends. Sean D. read more

I purchased a battery for my favorite watch at a small kiosk in PG Mall and when I got home I realized it didn't work. I called them and they said it may need work, to take it back to them and they would send it out for repair. I called Gold N Diamonds in the Greenbelt Mall and they said they didn't do onsite watch repair, but they would check to see whether the battery may have been put in wrong. And if it needed repair they would tell me of a person here in this mall that does on site watch repair. Azi helped me and checked my battery and showed me how it was fine. So he put it back in and it works perfectly. He was gracious and very helpful. They only charge $6 for a watch battery. I will definitely refer people to them and return myself for any repairs or lovely jewelry purchases. read more

I was referred to this jeweler by a friend and they exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a Gucci link chain and found it nearly impossible to find one in the DMV, but they had one 18kt and a lot more. The manager was exceptional and so was Mike. I ended up purchasing more jewelry than I intended to buy because of the great customer experience and no pressure to sell. Go here!! don't let the fact that it's inside of Greenbelt mall allow you too miss out! Z even gave me some tips for a cruise that my wife and I are going on as well. Can't say enough good things about this place...huge selection even if not in the store they can get it for you. Make a call or take a trip over to the store you won't be disappointed. I got lifetime guarantee on my diamonds too. read more

Gold-N-Diamonds is more than just a jewelry store, they are family. The owner Aziz knows all of his customers by name and provides the absolute best and highest quality product. From the time I began wearing jewelry, my mother purchased my first diamond earrings here, a gold charm necklace for a middle school graduation gift, my wedding ring, and even mine and my husbands wedding bands! Gold-N-Diamonds is certainly a family business in which My family and I will be apart of for a long time to come. I would highly recommend Gold-N-Diamonds for any of your jewelry needs. read more

Very satisfied with Gold N Diamonds Jewelry store located in Greenbelt Mall.We have dealt with two different sales people. They are very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I've bought from Gold N Diamonds on several occasions and I must say it was the ultimate experience. The customer service is top notch and the jewelry selection is like no other. I've seen unique and exotic pieces that you wouldn't find in any other jewelry stores. Considering my husband and I are from the Caribbean where exotic pieces are brought to life, Gold N Diamonds selection is comparable or perhaps better. My husband is a regular customer and Aziz always gave him the best deals for 14K gold jewelry. As a result, I purchased his wedding band from Gold N Diamonds and for the price I paid, just know it isn't your average man's band. Make Gold N Diamonds your preferred jewelry store for affordable prices and outstanding customer service. read more
