One of our favorite spots for legit street tacos. Tonight the place was empty, but clean, warm and inviting. The food was amazing as always. If you enjoy real barbacoa, you have to try the their tacos. Truly legit and tasty!

    Huevos rancheros. Delicious. !

I had the Huevos rancheros. Best I've ever had. I don't get it much but if I lived in Mansfield I would. Don't pass this place up. I can tell all the food here is good.

Oh my gosh, this is my first time at casa jacaranda in Mansfield Texas! I fell in love with the ambiance, the music and the food the second I walked in and took my first bite. It's the most delicious, exciting and authentic Mexican food I've ever had in the usa. It makes me feel like I'm on vacation. Marcella is an amazing chef and the staff are so kind and sweet. I can't wait to come back and try more delicious mouth watering favorites. The four salsas are so different and packed with flavor. It's going to leave you wanting more as it did for me today!

I stopped in for lunch after a spa visit in Mansfield and it was great! The prices for value I thought were very fair. The presentation was lovely (see photo) and the food was great! I'd definitely go back if I was in the area!

The food is fantastic!! I highly recommend going and checking it out. I had the street tacos and my sister had the huarache.

Visited here one Sunday afternoon. It's a small place with counter service but the decor is colorful. They don't serve alcohol here so if you're looking for that, you'll need to go elsewhere. Ordered our food at the counter and it came out pretty quickly. Started with chips and salsa along with queso. Queso was okay and salsa was flavorful. Entrees were shrimp tacos and sour cream chicken enchiladas. Hubby loved the flavor of his tacos but my enchiladas were just okay. Prices are reasonable so if I needed something quick and didn't want to travel far, then I'd come back here.

First visit. Easy to find in a little strip center in front of Tom Thumb. Easy parking. Clean restaurant. Go up and order cafeteria style then have a seat while food is prepared. Everything was delicious. Great service. Nice friendly staff. No issues and I'll be back

Went for a late breakfast on a weekday. Place was not busy but it did have more people coming in as it got closer to lunch time. You order at the counter. The hand held menu is kept at that same counter which did make it more difficult to review in advance and not hold up the line. Luckily I reviewed on Yelp in advance so I already had an idea of what I wanted (I could not find the menu on their website easy to navigate/view). We got chips & salsa that came with a small portion of red & green salsa. Both were flavorful - the green was spicy and my favorite, the red had no heat. I got the huevos a la mexicana with side of bacon. You choose how you want the eggs and whether you want corn, flour, or mix tortillas. It also comes with rice & potatoes. My husband got a breakfast burrito. The food came very quickly and I enjoyed being able to watch her make most of the food. We devoured our meal and look forward to going back. Service (ordering & food being brought to table) was a little slow as they were clearly training someone who was brand new. I was tempted to knock a star for that but that's just part of it and help is hard to-get these days. Everyone was smiling, friendly, professional, working & the food was great - so for all that, I can easy have patience & grace!

Genuinely the best authentic Mexican food in Mansfield. We had the Huarche, barbacoa burrito, and the kids had the Quesadillas. I'm not easy to please and everything, EVERYTHING was good. More detail below, but down to their garnishes, this place is fresh to death! You wouldn't think I'd be complimenting pico de gallo, but it's so good, I put it on everything. The staff was very helpful and they have all the traditional drinks and meals. Menudo, pozole, and tamales. Apologies for no pics but we're coming back tomorrow for brunch and we will update .

The service is not worth the visit. Very arrogant kids running the place, dirty tables and bad attitudes that won't let focus on the food.

They were stuffed with tender meat and were not excessively greasy. They come with onion and cilantro and three different salsas. Kind of embarrassed to say I ate it all but I couldn't help it. Service was friendly although they gave my plate to the person next to me, they went back and brought me my food fairly quickly. The horchata was also very good.

The service is great, and the Chicano art painted throughout the restaurant gives the whole place such a cool, authentic vibe. Mariano's Hacienda Ranch is my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant. I've eaten fajitas all over Texas, and…read morein my opinion they have the best fajitas in this galaxy. No exaggeration. Everything starts with the fire-roasted salsa. That stuff is ridiculous. I'd pour it over a 2x4 and eat it. Smoky, fresh, and addictive. I have to stop myself from filling up on chips before the food arrives. The fajitas are the star of the show. Tender, flavorful, and consistently excellent every single time. This is one of those places where you don't need to study the menu. Just order the fajitas and thank me later. The service is always good too. The staff is friendly, attentive, and keeps everything moving without hovering over your table. If Mariano's ever changes their fajita recipe, I'm prepared to testify before Congress. Until then, this place gets an easy five stars from me.

Mariano's Mexican Restaurant…read more My bestie treated me to lunch, and we instantly agreed on Mexican food--our favorite! Mariano's never disappoints, and this visit was no exception. We started with the complimentary chips and salsa. They offer both a house salsa and a hot salsa, so there's something for everyone depending on your spice preference. We spent so much time catching up that we were probably talking more than eating at first, but our waitress was incredibly patient and attentive throughout our visit. We've been here multiple times, and one of the things we always love is the atmosphere. It's lively, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax with friends. Of course, we had to start with Mariano Margaritas, and let me tell you--they do not play around! These margaritas are strong, flavorful, and honestly one is enough for most people. For lunch, I ordered the beef enchilada plate with rice, charro beans, and a beef crispy taco on the side. My bestie went with the fajita combination plate featuring shrimp, chicken, and steak, along with rice and charro beans. Everything came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Somewhere along the way, we decided a second round was necessary and ordered house margaritas. Between the great food, amazing drinks, and catching up with my bestie, we had the best time. By the end, we were stuffed! In fact, I went home, took a nap, and woke up devastated because I realized I had forgotten my to-go box at the restaurant. Those margaritas were definitely doing their job! Great food, great service, strong margaritas, and a fun atmosphere. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to come back!
