For the price, you are 100% paying for the experience and NOT the quality of the food. The best experience you can have at this restaurant is to forgo the "full experience", go during Happy Hour, sit in the bar when they have live music, and order some of the yummy appetizers they have at Happy Hour prices. What's not to love about all the meat you can eat seared to perfection available from rare to well done! I know that most people go here for the beef however, my favorite part of this restaurant is their salad bar. As a salad lover, I can't tell you how much I enjoy sampling some of the delicacies they have available. I'm a cheese head so their variety of cheese never disappoints I also love their wine selection and their dessert menu. Service is amazing. It's good to eat at a restaurant where the employees are actually happy to be there lol. It really does make a difference. The ambience can be romantic, fun, private... whatever you're looking for there are so many different options for seating and lighting and ambience that you can go there for pretty much any occasion. Came here for the first time with my mom celebrating our 26th year anniversary. I got the Full Experience and my wife got the Chef's Special. They're both the same except, my wife only has lesser meat options. We've never been here so the little tab that they leave in your table is for you to flip to the green color indicating you want more food or the red color indicating you want the food to stop coming for now or for good. If you're a heavy eater like me, the Full Experience is awesome, but based on today's experience, I really loved the top sirloin or Picanha cut the most and you can get this with the Chef's Special which is cheaper. They had a regular version, spicy, or garlic flavor Picanha. Both come with unlimited salad bar, but I didn't touch that except for the roasted garlic cloves and some bleu cheese crumbles that I ate along with every bite of my steaks. The grilled pineapple that comes out was super delicious, but I honestly stayed away so I can smash all the high quality meats to make my money back. The Picanha, ribeye, filet mignon, shrimps, and lamb was all I was devouring. My wife of course had no buffet strategy so she pretty much got full off of 1 full plate of salad and some meats lol. We also got a complimentary anniversary dessert and because this was on a Monday, we got another free dessert. We got the coffee flan and the tres leches cake. Both were flavorful. For drinks, we had the Toasted Coconut which was pretty good. We also got some complimentary cheese bread poofs and some kind of corn bread sticks, but we just had a small bite. For the family dinner where we all celebrated both of our graduates we decided to go to Casa de Brazil. Always a favorite. I could just live off their salad bar, especially since we ate so much last night but the meat going around was so tasty. The filet mignon, the bacon wraps steak was amazing the garlic skirt steak and the pineapple is not to be missed. It is coated in butter and brown sugar and then cooked like the meat and it is so tasty. You should just have that for dessert. The service was amazing. They were so attentive and were there whenever we needed anything. Even though it was very crowded because graduation weekends, they were not skimping on the service at all. And of course it's a beautiful restaurant it always is. So we enjoyed it very much and rolled out of there trying to make sure we weren't caught by any Oompa Loompa's looking for us... We had a great experience when we went to College Station's Casa Do Brasil. We asked around where is a great place to go if only here for a few days and somebody suggested here and we are glad they did. The food was great in a buffet style and you can choose just the salad/soup/cheese option or choose the option to also go with 15 different kind of meats so we went with the latter choice. Every minute or 2, the servers kept coming up to us and giving us a new meat option to try and it was all great (including filet mignon!). They were consistent with bringing us new options of meats to try and I was impressed considering they were closing but we didn't feel rushed to leave. Only bummer is that you can't take your leftovers home when choosing the "experience" option but we understand why. We will certainly be back when in town. read more

Really delightful experience. I like the format of the dining experience. The salad bar was full of options. It was honestly so overwhelming as there is so much to choose from. I really enjoyed many of the cheeses. And the staff constantly were coming out to replace the trays. One weird combo that I really enjoyed was the bleu cheese and grapes. The gauchos were also walking around a lot with sticks of meat. It was a cool experience to watch them carve the meat in front of you. Great lunch spot! A couple times per week I'll stop by and have their salad bar for lunch. Everything is always fresh and cold, and they have rice, black beans and a couple soups at the salad bar as well.. From time to time I'll have the Executive lunch or full experience if I'm really hungry and don't expect to have dinner that night. The meats are better than Fogo De Chao and the service is way better. If I'm having the salad bar and water I'm out of there for less than $25, and that's a good value for what they are offering. Be aware that they close at 3:00 for a couple hours, but if you are still there eating at 3:00 they will not rush you to leave!! I absolutely love this Brazilian steakhouse. In comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses like Fogo de Chao this by far is the winner! To start with their salad bar in my opinion has more of a unique variety. My fav's are the ceviche, shrimp cocktail and candied bacon. They also have a good array of soups to choose from. The broccoli and mushroom soup is scrumptious. When it comes to their meat it is packed with flavor and tender. The Espresso Martini's are also delish. Love all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse. The servers walk around with the meat and ask you if you want some or specific type of meat. Otherwise the salad bar is right in the middle. EVERYTHING on the SALAD BAR was fantabulous and if I wasn't there for the full experience, it would quite honestly be enough. Watch out for those free extras. They are delish and can fill you up quick. They served a grilled cheese slice with honey and I honestly could stay fat and happy on that side dish alone. Don't forget those amazing dinner rolls!!!! Light and just the right amount of bread to have served with the rest of the meal! Before we received our check they had asked if we were celebrating anything and of course we needed to celebrate the woman that helped expand our family just a little larger! There are so many different kinds of items that just melt in your mouth - from all the meats, to the grilled cheese with honey drizzled on top, to the grilled pineapple and their salad bar - which is far from an ordinary salad bar. You need to hungry when you go!!! If you are going to be doing the "full service" - which means salad bar, soup bar, meat and family sides - go easy on the salad, soup and family sides so you can try all the meat! They initially make it rare to medium rare, but you can ask them to cook it longer - for those that prefer. The staff will treat you like royalty and you'll need someone to roll you out of there when you're done eating. We often go just for the salad bar - which is a meal in itself. read more

It was my first time ever having this type of experience--the Casa do Brazil experience. We came over during the weekend for the full experience. Everything from the salad bar to the meats to the desserts were great. The service was also fantastic. If you've never been to Casa do Brazil, I highly recommend you try it at least once! Although the price is a bit steep, I believe it's worth trying. The meats and side dishes were really good. Personally, half of the time I didn't know what I was eating--I just kept saying yes whenever I was offered some meat, and I think that's the typical response. Jordan, on the other hand, knows what he was getting. He's the one who recognized that they were bringing out the same meats that's on the lower end--meats like sirloins--instead of filet mignon, ribeye, or New York. The higher-end meats would only surface every 10-15 minutes or so. So as an advice from us to you, keep watch of what's being offered so you don't eat everything in sight. Try all the meats from the menu! Lastly, we ordered their Homemade Brazilian Flan, which is to die for. I highly recommend it because it was definitely really good. Additionally, if you're of age and like wine, try their Vino Dei Fratelli Moscato D'asti. Our friend, Jose, loved it! For the meat, never been to a spot that gave you a "level" of a card to use which was weird. The issue here, I'm with my son that is totally in tune and realizes his level had 9 meat choices and he was offered 3-4. The cuts the family was offered were ok. Nothing really delish.
