Not only poor customer service (i.e. car not being on site, salesman will disappear on you for hours, and snide remarks from employees), but they will try their hardest to upsell you on warranty and unnecessary fees. One customer warned me of their shady tactics. They asked him to leave a $500 to come back "tomorrow" to test drive a Durango. That should tell you everything you know. My temporary plates are expired, and the car is just sitting in my garage, useless. I was also promised a second key, which of course never showed up. Every time I call, I'm told, "We'll call you back in 10 minutes" -- and shocker -- they never do. I've called more times than I can count, and it's always a different person answering who has no clue what I'm talking about. You can never reach a manager because apparently, they're all in hiding. I've repeatedly asked for proof that the plate request was submitted so I can at least contact the DMV myself. They say they'll email it -- they never do. It's just lie after lie after lie. This isn't just terrible service -- it feels like fraud. I bought this car to use for work as a salesperson. Now I've had to rent a car out of my own pocket just to do my job, while this dealership shrugs off all responsibility. I'm beyond sick and tired of being ignored and strung along. This place is full of liars and scam artists. I bought a Subaru CrossTrek XV 2014 from them about a year ago. The reason I waited so long is because I was hoping things would get better with the car. Firstly, they agreed to putting 4 new tires on the vehicle before I drove it off the lot. They had me wait for over an hour supposedly putting said tires on the car. My fault for believing them. The week I bought the car I got an appointment right away to have a mechanics look it over. I was informed that I needed 4 new tires that they were all used and not a single one matched. Meaning the brands. I had to fight with them about replacing the tires that they had said they had done. They even kept trying to lie and say they were...they sent me to some shop in the middle of Paterson and provided me with 4 of the cheapest tires they could get. Since the tires issue I have spent more than I did on the car in repairs. Even new brakes which they had said had just been done also. I would avoid this place at all cost if you can. Of course they are a necessity if you need a used car quick, but honestly it was a mistake on my part. I didn't read reviews. Also disclaimer they had me do a "review" at the sale of the vehicle and take a picture with a giant key. I did not write the review the sales person did, from my phone. They charge you to 'prepare' the vehicle... anyway, I had to get it inspected in my state to legally drive on the road, and the vehicle failed New York State safety inspection on 2/17/25 due to the frame being ROTTED! I contacted them, on multiple occasions, finally got an email to send everything to. Made an appointment 2/24/25 to return the vehicle, just to drive the 2.5 hours for them to tell me they can't do anything and called the cops on me. The cops said this dealer is known for this type of business. BUYER BEWARE. I'm now out $5k, 3 days of work, and a road legal vehicle!!! AVOID!!!!!! They have now blocked my email address and keep having my google reviews removed. Beyond frustrated. What a poor business tactic. Now I have to waste even more days and time in smalls claims court for my down payment back. The dealership confirmed my appointment this morning at 9 AM, so I paid for an Uber to get there and also brought my mechanic with me (at my own expense). When I arrived, they told me the car was sold yesterday. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer's time and money. If the car was sold, they should not have confirmed the appointment today or wasted my time. I do not recommend this dealership. I want to provide a balanced review because, while the experience wasn't terrible, there were some notable issues. The dealership charged a significant "dealer prep fee" yet they did not complete the license plate processing, which seems to be a standard service provided by many other dealerships according to my acquaintances who purchased cars recently in NJ. After the sale was finalized and they received payment, their customer service declined. I paid nearly $2800 for the dealer prep fee, but then had to handle the license plate and title transfer myself. Had the dealership provided more comprehensive post-sale service, including taking care of the license plates, I would have likely recommended them to at-least 2 folks in my friend list who were looking to buy cars in Summer. Nobody wants to do License plate processing by themselves. For long term success, I think people should do business to build long term trust rather than turning cold the moment they get the money. Future customers -Make sure they do your license plate works if they collect dealer prep fee! Also they hide a lot of issues on pre owned cars very cleverly. But the main issue is that I purchased a vehicle here 8 months ago and I still can't get it registered because of a junk title that was on it that I had no idea about. They said they would fix the issue but every time I called over the last months it was " oh yes we forgot" or "it should be a couple more days". I was told repeatedly that the car was "thoroughly inspected" by a mechanic well it wasn't. There is no way that a mechanic wouldn't catch both front and rear suspension, front and back breaks shot. Andrea and Sammy both seemed irritated just taking the calls and stated they will call me back and never got a call back. I am a single mom and need a reliable car for work. I very well expressed this to them. My daughter and I were In the car in the middle of the highway when the car began to stutter and gave out. It turned off in the middle of highway. I had to try and to turn it again and was able to kick start it. I had to put the blinkers on and prayed to get to the safe zone. Thank God no accident happened!!!. After being unable to contact Manny for 10 days, he called me back within hours of my posting a Google review. I live 1hr20m from the dealership and Manny told me to take the car to a local mechanic for diagnostics. He agreed to cover the fee during two calls and via text. I made it very clear that I did not have the money to lay out. When I first texted him that the car was ready, he told me in a text he would Western Union me the money. He never did. For days he ignored all texts (all show read). I finally had to take my grocery money to pick up the car & avoid storage fees. In a time where most people in our country are coming together to help one another, Manny & Carz 4 Us are screwing people over. I purchased an '09 Town & County w/ 85k miles. List price$5800. The "deal" they gave me was $6150, w over $1000 of that being document fees. Keep in mind, you'll also be paying sales tax when you register your car: Prep fee $319 Temp tags (told me I could not transfer my plates) $195 Clerical fee: $395 Document delivery fee: $183 Current Repairs needed on what Manny referred to as a "solid reliable car"; broken transmission mounts broken heater bundle air bag module hood pin switch WGR Valve and gasket valve cover gaskets fuel injector injector seal leaking engine pan transmission cooler lines leaking Power Steering PSI rack  LF directional socket and bulb and  a few other minor things I have a useless, unsafe $6K CAR NOT a Solid reliable car! When we test drove the car & when I picked it up, it was already running so we did not see all the warnings that come up on the dash (left turn signal out & hood ajar b/c the pin is broken),once the car is on, you can hide them by selecting a different screen be shown. They were not visible & the check engine light was NOT on. Manny assured me all electronics had been checked, were working & they "stand by their cars". All of the electronic issues we've had are features that were listed in their ad. I asked Manny if all electronics were working. I specifically asked about the DVD played. He said it was checked along with everything else. He assured me it was a "solid, reliable car". When I picked up the car, it was already on the lot. As I was doing paperwork, Manny said they went to put gas in the car. When he got back 20 min later, The car said 6 miles til empty. I also noticed the clock was reading a little after twelve & there were no presets on the radio. My question is, what were they actually doing? I have my suspicions, but I want to keep this factual Over the next few days, the car started running very poorly, especially at idle. The DVD player doesn't work right. The remote start would turn off after 1 min. While driving, the RPMs would drop & the car would stutter. I was told it sounded like the car was misfiring. The car is now also leaking antifreeze all over the engine (new issue as of tonight).  I tried calling Manny NUMEROUS times over the next week. He was always unavailable or on a "very important phone call and would get back to me" He never did. After ten days of silence, I wrote a review on Google. Within hours of posting it, Manny called me back. He seemed genuinely upset that no one had given him my messages. His EXACT words "If you take down the Google Review, I'll send a tow truck today. Everything will be fixed. I'll give you receipts for all work. If the car needs a new engine, it will get a new engine. We stand behind our cars. We would never do a customer like that." I edited the review (it seems to be all he cares about) and he called me back. We ultimately agreed on having a local mechanic look at the car instead of having it towed so far. Because the car was having so many electrical issues, we wanted Chryslers opinion. When I called Manny, I told him I knew their estimate was excessive & we were not looking for all of those repairs to be made. Several could be done by a friend for me at a later time for a lot less money. I understand this was a used car and the risks that come with that and ultimately they are in the buisness of making money. But the thing wrong with this car are numerous and serious safety issues. I told him we really needed the things fixed that were causing the car to misfire and making the check engine light come on. He didn't want to hear any of it. He told me he'll "have his guys" look at it when quarenteen is lifted. Since he wouldn't even cover the diagnostic fees as promised, I find it unlikely he'll fix anything.
