Price advertised and deposit put down on.

Absolutely terrible! With so many other car dealers and cars, choose somewhere else. It's just not worth it. Even after reading other bad reviews, I thought my deal was pretty simple and I would be the exception, I was wrong. They tried some funny business with me, then refused to return my deposit.. ( I am out of state, I put a deposit down on a car listed for a certain price, then they gave me the the contract to sign and I noticed they changed the price of the vehicle, I'm not talking about the fees and other costs associated with buying a car. I'm talking about the actual cost of the vehicle) When I called them out on it, they made excuses and we're not willing to give me back my deposit despite their change in price that was already agreed on being the reason I canceled the deal... That's real shady! Shop elsewhere don't do it to yourself

Salesman ghosted me despite making an appointment & being more than patient. I didn't test drive the vehicle until after close!!

Awful establishment. SHADY & DISHONEST. Not only poor customer service (i.e. car not being on site, salesman will disappear on you for hours, and snide remarks from employees), but they will try their hardest to upsell you on warranty and unnecessary fees. One customer warned me of their shady tactics. They asked him to leave a $500 to come back "tomorrow" to test drive a Durango. That should tell you everything you know. Not only did i waste 3 hours speaking to 4 different employees for a single car (which i test drove in the latter half of the 3rd hour) but when I finally got the Out the door price, a 13K turned into 19K after fees! Truly a horrible experience and serves as an example of why people do not trust dealerships, let alone walk into one.

Proof that they lied about the vehicle's history.

Lied to me about a vehicle's accident history. Initially said it had no accidents on record, but when I reviewed the CARFAX report THEY GAVE ME, it very clearly showed multiple mild-moderate accidents.

Purchased a car 2/12/25, first red flag was them taking my phone for a 'picture' and posting a google review on my behalf giving themself 5 stars, sold me the vehicle without cleaning it or putting gas in it, the old owners gym shoes were in the trunk. They charge you to 'prepare' the vehicle... anyway, I had to get it inspected in my state to legally drive on the road, and the vehicle failed New York State safety inspection on 2/17/25 due to the frame being ROTTED! I contacted them, on multiple occasions, finally got an email to send everything to. Made an appointment 2/24/25 to return the vehicle, just to drive the 2.5 hours for them to tell me they can't do anything and called the cops on me. The cops said this dealer is known for this type of business. BUYER BEWARE. I'm now out $5k, 3 days of work, and a road legal vehicle!!! AVOID!!!!!! They have now blocked my email address and keep having my google reviews removed. Beyond frustrated. What a poor business tactic. Now I have to waste even more days and time in smalls claims court for my down payment back. The bank ended up taking the car back since the dealer failed to respond or sell a road legal vehicle that's able to operate on the road.

Shopping for a used car around the 80k to 90k range is a scary ordeal. I found this business from the website cargurus and luckily it was only 10 minutes from the George Washington Bridge which was kind of important because I was coming from Long Island. When I got out there they had a good assortment of vehicles including suv's , luxury sedans, minivans, and lesser expensive cars. I was shopping only for a Cadillac STS under $9,000 and under 90,000 miles. They had one, but it had been sitting on the lot for 7 months. I'm sure they picked it up at auction and while they weren't very negotiable with the price they were accommodating when I asked for some repairs to be done as well as allowing me to take it to a Cadillac dealership 20 minutes away to get a full diagnostic done on it (on my done of course). My salesman Benny worked with me for about a week to facilitate the sale and overall I'm pretty happy with the service I got. The one thing that disappointed me was even though there was no rush, on the first day after the test drive I was asked, "so you wanna to buy the car today?" I explained to them that's not how I do business and over the next week there was no further rush to complete the sale. I'll update in a few months though. ...

The cars they sell are very clean, seem to be in good shape. Just bought a van there only 21000 miles, clean and in good shape. I am happy with it. I had lost my title to my trade-in, and didn't have my ins. cards. The office guys helped me get the docs I needed and I could take the van with me the day of trade-in. Thanks, guys!

So just want to leave a review as a caution for others to check for discrepancy. Gave 3 stars for their benefit of the doubt. However, it's been 30 days since I purchased my 2019 Audi Q3 from Milan Motors and I have nothing but great things to say about my car and my experience with this dealership. I did a lot of research when it came to my car search. I knew what I wanted, but as they say there's no such thing as a cheap Audi, so I wanted to make sure I did my due diligence when it came to this purchase. So when I came across the listing, I was hesitant because of the reputation and also my personal experience with two previous Little Ferry dealerships that shall remain nameless but Milan Motors and the team here far exceeded my expectations. Going into a dealership as a woman can be intimidating but I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase instead, Dante was patient and answered all of my questions. I also walked in with a pre approval from navy federal and had no interest in financing through the dealership but after running the numbers they were actually able to beat my APR with NFCU so I ended up getting a great deal. I have so much more I can say about my experience here but I will end this review with a thank you to the to the team at Milan for your honesty, hospitality and professionalism. If you are in the market for a new car skip, the other shady dealers in this area and go here. I wish I could remember everyones name that helped make this purchase possible but every single person here was exceptional. Ask for Dante if you come here, he will make sure you are taken care of and drive off the lot feeling great about your purchase.

A tire went right away and needed to get the oil changed from the jump. Milan did give me what they would pay at cost, but since then the turbo charger went, the oil gasket broke, the belt went, the battery went, and then the fuel sensor wire went. I'm over $5,000 out of pocket after my purchase, so be aware y'all will have to factor in the same expenses on top of the car cost. I know buying a used car is a roll of the dice, but this is too much and not just costs - I have been at the mechanic's 6+ times since purchase (over 6 months). In my experience, buying a car here is your future nightmare.
