In late August I purchased a truck from carz are us. Unforeseen by the dealer or myself the engine in the truck was failing. shortly after my purchase the truck was constantly overheating and hardly ran. I took the truck back to the dealer and after some negotiation they agreed to make things right and replace the engine. It took some time but I picked up the truck yesterday and everything seems to be good. If you are able to... deal with Kevin or Rony both seem to be stand up guys who are passionate about there dealership and its reputation. I want to thank both of them for their help. Sincerely Brandon

It would've been higher if there weren't so many problems or if the problems were my fault and it would've been one star but they did try really hard to get me this car. But. Two days after I drove it off the lot my whole brake came off and I almost crashed getting off the freeway(they forgot to put the bolts on the brakes) and now it's two months after driving it off the lot and my transmission is done. There was also no heater, the powered seats don't work, needed an alignment, tires showing wire and left blinker didn't work. Just let us know before hand so we know what we're getting ourselves into (: I'm thankful my brother is a mechanic but soooo many problems soooo soon. Just make sure you bring someone that knows about cars or take it for a test drive. Don't make the same mistake as me!! Other than that. They were super nice and I love the car!

Never got title or tags! Went to dmv and they said the title isnt in my name and they closed down…read moreand I gotta keep buying 90 day tags until I can get them for fraud. As of now I got to jump threw 100 legal steps just to hopefully not lose my car and money. Btw same sales guy as last review Mel Stewart sales manager

Buyer beware! Let's just start with saying this was a hassle from the get go. From finding the ad…read moreto the vehicle on Facebook market place know it had a bad engine( I was fine with that) to finding out it was a fake Facebook account fake name. I go to check out the vehicle and purchase all cash no financing. Mel takes care of the paperwork for me and tells me the title is in Florida and will be overnighted/ expedited and will have in a day or so. First red flag. I tow the vehicle out of there. Get home and go over the paperwork to find out the wrong vin and vehicle are on the paperwork ( my fault for not checking). Call back the following day and set it up to come back in to get the paper work sorted out. Got the correct paperwork finalized. Now here come the excuses. I call a week and a half later asking where my title is for the vehicle. Was told by Andrew that I was told when buying the car it could take up to 30 days per Arizona to give me a title. 2nd red flag. I contact them again stating I never got registration on the vehicle when purchased. Finally they get back to me to send me over "registration " for the vehicle. They send me a temp tag in a email. Contact azmvd and was told that's not a valid registration. Third red flag. Texted Mel calls and informs me the title is in and needs to go to the mvd for transferring. I stated I would pick it up. No response. I have my finance call again and check the status of the title and Mel tells her he dropped off the title at the mvd and would call us back when it's ready to be picked up. Me knowing 3rd party mvd is a in and out process I texted him back saying I'm coming up there to pick my title up or the title they have on hand and to sign it over to me. I drive up there and another guy in the office states Mel's at the mvd he will be right back. So I waited. Mel shows up runs inside grabs a title and says he will be right back. Drives to the mvd actually gets it transferred and registered with legit plates this time. Glad it's over with. No surprised how they are even in business. From the run around games to the not responding to the lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them. Word of advise. You would do better in business if you had integrity and not play games. I have all emails and texts and voices mails if they try saying anything I said was a lie!

I purchased a 2008 Ford F250 from this dealership for around $10,000, but with financing the total…read morecame out to nearly $16,000. Less than three weeks later, before I even received the license plates in the mail, the truck was already having major issues. The truck started displaying a "drive to clear exhaust filter" message, so I took it to a mechanic. After inspecting it, the mechanic informed me the truck had a cylinder misfire and warned me that it would likely be a very expensive repair. He recommended that I contact the dealership since I had just purchased the truck from them. He did fix the exhaust filter issue, but the engine problems remained. I then spoke with the owner of the dealership, who asked me to take the truck to his trusted mechanic so they could perform their own diagnosis. He assured me that if the diagnosis confirmed the issue, he would do everything he could to help with the repairs. At that point the truck was still running, and I only agreed to take it there because I was led to believe the dealership would stand behind what they sold me. After his mechanic confirmed the engine issues, I was told to look into the cost of either repairing or replacing the engine. Based on the promises that were made to me, I agreed to move forward with repairs at that shop because I needed my work truck fixed as soon as possible. During this process, the mechanic also informed me that the truck had an axle problem that he had already brought to the dealership owner's attention before the truck was ever put up for sale. According to the mechanic, the dealership owner ignored the issue and still sold the truck anyway. I ended up having to pay for that repair out of pocket as well. After spending over $12,000 on parts and labor, and being without my truck for almost two weeks, the truck still was not properly fixed and the dealership completely backed out of helping me in any way. The promises they made meant absolutely nothing. Had I known they were never going to help, I would have taken the truck to my own mechanic from the beginning and likely paid far less. Instead, I was persuaded to move forward with repairs under false pretenses because the dealership owner acted like he was going to help make things right. The next time I spoke with him, his attitude completely changed. He told me he could not help me at all and claimed that if he helped me, he would have to help every customer. He also tried to justify the situation by saying the truck had been driven over 7,000 miles in less than a month, so lemon law supposedly would not apply. This was purchased as a work truck, and a diesel truck like this should be able to handle that kind of mileage without catastrophic engine failure almost immediately after purchase. Their business practices are deceptive and dishonest. Selling a truck with severe engine and axle issues, while allegedly already knowing about some of the problems beforehand, then making false promises of assistance after the sale, is completely unacceptable. This experience has been financially draining, stressful, and one of the biggest purchasing mistakes I have ever made. Please do your research before buying from this dealership because you risk being scammed just like I was. In response to the owner: It's inaccurate to say the mechanic was simply a recommendation. Your dealership specifically asked us to take the truck to your trusted mechanic for the diagnostic, and there were conversations about helping with some of the repair costs. Now it feels like all responsibility is being denied, even though the mechanic himself acknowledged how serious the issues were. This was not a small repair or normal wear and tear. The truck had major engine-related problems almost immediately after purchase on a vehicle that ended up costing nearly $16,000 with financing. Even with an older diesel truck, buyers should still be able to expect honesty, reliability, and a vehicle that lasts longer than a few weeks. We tried to handle this reasonably from the start and hoped the dealership would stand behind what was sold. Instead, our concerns were minimized and dismissed. At this point, this review is simply meant as a warning to future buyers so they can make informed decisions before purchasing.
