O my im just reading about all the bad reviews on where i bought my vehicle, my experience was…read moregreat & the gentleman who was are salesperson was absolutely great. I truly recommend this place. The salesmen is named Richard. I just pray my experience doesn't end up with a sad story yesterday when I purchased the vehicle we were told to come back today because it did have a chipped windshield while we went back today just to have to turn around and come back. We were told to come back again on a Saturday which is an hour drive over there in an hour drive back. I just pray I do not get the runaround, but I will keep you all posted. I shouldnt of rated this dealership a 5 star just yet

Disappointing out-of-state purchase experience…read more I purchased a Lexus from this dealer and had it shipped out of state. After raising concerns, management did respond and offered $500 as a goodwill gesture to help offset some of the immediate out-of-pocket costs, which I do appreciate. That said, the experience was still frustrating from beginning to end. I was explicitly told a visible spot on the hood was not damage, and it turned out to be a deep gouge requiring repaint. The car arrived dirty inside and out, with dog hair throughout the interior, far more paint damage than disclosed, almost no fuel (I ran out of gas trying to reach a station), and a flat tire that required replacement the next day. These are not minor oversights for a remote transaction where accuracy, transparency and preparation are critical. The paperwork side was equally sloppy. I did not receive fully executed documents until I requested them, even after my funds had already been received. And because the bill of sale was not itemized, I ended up paying Michigan tax on the shipping and fees as well -- roughly $120 that could have easily been avoided with proper documentation. The goodwill payment helps, and I appreciate it, but it doesn't fully offset the frustration or the immediate expenses that followed delivery. This felt misleading and careless at best, and it took away from what should have been an exciting purchase. If you're considering buying here -- especially from out of state -- verify everything, get photos of every flaw, and insist on clear and complete paperwork. Assume they do zero dealer prep or inspection.

Never got title or tags! Went to dmv and they said the title isnt in my name and they closed down…read moreand I gotta keep buying 90 day tags until I can get them for fraud. As of now I got to jump threw 100 legal steps just to hopefully not lose my car and money. Btw same sales guy as last review Mel Stewart sales manager

Buyer beware! Let's just start with saying this was a hassle from the get go. From finding the ad…read moreto the vehicle on Facebook market place know it had a bad engine( I was fine with that) to finding out it was a fake Facebook account fake name. I go to check out the vehicle and purchase all cash no financing. Mel takes care of the paperwork for me and tells me the title is in Florida and will be overnighted/ expedited and will have in a day or so. First red flag. I tow the vehicle out of there. Get home and go over the paperwork to find out the wrong vin and vehicle are on the paperwork ( my fault for not checking). Call back the following day and set it up to come back in to get the paper work sorted out. Got the correct paperwork finalized. Now here come the excuses. I call a week and a half later asking where my title is for the vehicle. Was told by Andrew that I was told when buying the car it could take up to 30 days per Arizona to give me a title. 2nd red flag. I contact them again stating I never got registration on the vehicle when purchased. Finally they get back to me to send me over "registration " for the vehicle. They send me a temp tag in a email. Contact azmvd and was told that's not a valid registration. Third red flag. Texted Mel calls and informs me the title is in and needs to go to the mvd for transferring. I stated I would pick it up. No response. I have my finance call again and check the status of the title and Mel tells her he dropped off the title at the mvd and would call us back when it's ready to be picked up. Me knowing 3rd party mvd is a in and out process I texted him back saying I'm coming up there to pick my title up or the title they have on hand and to sign it over to me. I drive up there and another guy in the office states Mel's at the mvd he will be right back. So I waited. Mel shows up runs inside grabs a title and says he will be right back. Drives to the mvd actually gets it transferred and registered with legit plates this time. Glad it's over with. No surprised how they are even in business. From the run around games to the not responding to the lies. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with them. Word of advise. You would do better in business if you had integrity and not play games. I have all emails and texts and voices mails if they try saying anything I said was a lie!
