I called three companies for a quote to remove four white oaks and one pine tree and Cary Tree Removal responded the quickest and scheduled a consultation with me. During the consultation, I pointed out the trees that I wanted removed, and any questions that I had were answered, and I felt very comfortable with how the tree removal was going to be managed. This is the first time that I have hired a company to remove trees, and the estimate that I received was much better than I was anticipating. I was informed that if we hired them to perform the job, they could start at 8:30 the next morning, but I felt absolutely no pressure at all. I went ahead and hired them on the spot. They arrived promptly the next morning and went straight to work. It took them about three hours to cut down five trees and to grind one stump. They did an excellent job and I couldnt have asked for anything better than what I received. They cleaned up the site when they were complete, and were very professional from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company and I will call them again for my future needs. After the job had been completed, I received a call from one of the other two companies about the quote I had requested, and still have not received a call from the third company. I do recommend that you do your due diligence and request multiple quotes for your job, but I suggest that Cary Tree Removal be one of the companies you consider for your job. I contacted Cary Tree Removal to get a price for removing two trees (one a large maple leaning towards my house, the other a pine tree crowding other pines along a new fence), trim limbs to raise the canopy on six pine trees and a maple overhanging the house (where a limb broke off during the late February wet snowfall), and to have a 40' long row of Nellie Stevens hollies cut down from 30'+ tall (and overhanging my house) down to about 8'. Isael responded the next day and came by to give me a quote. The price was so good, I accepted on the spot. Isael and crew came to do the work on May 26, 2020, and they knocked it out in a full day, including grinding the stump for the maple tree. The crew was professional--they worked hard, they were very careful, and they were a joy to talk with during moments when they could. Roberto had the job of climbing the trees to get the limbs, and I swear, he could moonlight with the high trapeze act in a circus. These guys are flat out good! I cannot say enough about the quality service provided by Cary Tree Removal. First of all, I do not live in Cary. I live approximately 45 minutes away in Johnston County. The owner, Iseal, personally stopped by on a Sunday to give me a quote on three trees that were leaning toward my fence. He was very professional and after looking over the work, quoted me a very reasonable price. Two other quotes I received were well over his. I asked him, when it could be done and he promptly scheduled me for 3 days later. On the day of the work his crew arrived exactly when they were supposed to and took extreme caution to do the work professionally and with an eye to safety and property protection. They took every bit of time necessary and did not rush the job. After the trees were down, another crew came approximately 30 minutes later and ground the stumps. Isael and his crew did a great job on the shrubs and trees around my house. The foliage had overgrown and was blocking light into the windows, as well as overhanging the city sidewalk. Isael is very knowledgeable and came out to give a quote and advice on how to deal with specific shrubs/trees, and then was able to schedule the work a few days later. The crew cut back all the shrubs and trees, removed a small tree, and cut down the overhanging limbs and vines. They also brought a mulcher to deal with the foliage that was removed, which they hauled away. The speciality of this company is tree removal and they had removed a very large branch from a tree overhanging my garage a few years ago. I recently had a large dead tree removed from my yard, along with a pile of limb debris from a recent storm. I was extremely impressed with the work of the crew from Cary Tree Removal. They were able to quickly come out to provide a quote and performed the work within a week. In fact, they would have done it sooner but held off at my request. It was clear that they took safety very seriously and discussed with me the best option to fall the dead tree without risking any of the other trees in my yard. Contacted Isael re: removal of 5 pine trees in my back yard around my pool and large limbs overhanging the pool deck. Isael came out to take a look, and I had a very reasonable estimate the next day. We scheduled the work and the team showed up on time and ready to roll. I was a little concerned about working around the pool / pool cover, but that was short lived. They took great care in removing my solar lights and pool furniture out of the way so that nothing would get damaged and did an amazing job of removing the trees and limbs as requested. After the work was complete, they completely cleaned up the job site, blew off the pool deck, replaced the lights and furniture and everything looked better than when they arrived. We recently purchased a home that had three very large trees within 5 foot of the home. I got at least five other quotes before calling Primo. Isael (the owner) was polite, and patient with me, and he came out to give us an estimate within two days. Many of the other companies couldn't even get us an estimate for a few weeks. He explained what was going on with the trees, two of which were dead. His estimate was the second lowest, but the lowest one didn't have insurance and I wasn't even sure it was an actual business. I had a nice large white oak right in front of my house die over the winter and wanted to get rid of it before it became a hazard. Isael came out and gave me a very good quote to remove the tree and was able to get it taken care of the same week with no issue. His team spent almost 7 hours carefully cutting the tree down in pieces. I have a fairly new holly hedge running next to the tree and they managed to not even hurt it. To keep the cost down I opted to dispose of the wood myself yet they still cut it into small manageable pieces and took the time to pile it neatly. Top notch hard workers! I hired these guys to remove 14+ trees from my property in Durham and they did an awesome job. I had estimates from multiple tree companies and this was the only one who provided a written estimate of the work. Isael and his crew were friendly, efficient and thorough, getting the work completed in one day from early morning til sunset. They removed trees with power lines, cable and telephone wires running through, as well as trees overhanging neighboring houses without any difficulty. It was impressive climbing and pulley rigging to control the fall of the trees. They even accommodated my request for some logs to be cut into 8 stool heights, as well as keeping the chips for mulching. I had an overcrowded small stand of pine trees adjacent to my house which were starting to lean and would actually sag on my house during snow/ice storms. I called Cary tree removal and got a decent quote from a knowledgeable tree expert, Isael. They emailed me the quote and scheduled the appointment in the next few days. The crew showed up on time and removed 3 large and 3 small pine trees on a tight lot. I was amazed how they were able to fell the trees where the house are so close together. They even cleaned up some limbs on the remaining trees that had low lying or dead branches. Completed the job, cleaned up after they finished and packed up in about 2 hours total. Isael and his team are incredible. He knows trees and what should be done to ensure they are trimmed correctly. His team was on time and did an amazing job. I can't recommend them highly enough. The stump grinding they did was perfect, even grinding surface roots 6 feet from the stump. More impressive, they cut the trimmed branches just beyond the edge of the branch collar so they will heal quickly. This isn't trivial, done poorly it can lead to disease. The price was fantastic, spending time with Isael was also tremendous. I will tell everyone in the neighborhood. Spread the word Cary Tree Removal Service is the best. Over 20+years we have had a few different tree companies on the property to do work. There has always been "something" about the job that was not 100%. Not so with Cary Tree Removal. Professional company with skilled employees who know what they are doing. We needed a 15 foot dead branch removed that was hanging about 40 feet up on a red oak. I wrote emails and texts to 7 different tree companies. I needed the bottom 12 limbs of a very tall pine tree removed so that my satellite dish could get a signal. These limbs were 25-45ft off the ground. Cary Tree Removal was the first to respond and they were very reasonably priced. They showed up when they said they would. They were very professional. Cary Tree Removal is awesome! We wanted to have 14 trees removed from our backyard. Several were BIG. Isael came out and gave us a very reasonable quote beforehand.
