I went to this store knowing what I wanted to buy, but the lady at the door had a bad attitude. She gave look like can you even afford it? Then I told her I am there to see Jenny. Jenny was very welcoming and didn't give me any looks or attitude. She was very professional and very patient with me. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted, but she was really nice about it. No attitude or making me feel rushed. I picked what I wanted and she answered all my questions and explained how I can take the items back to store for cleaning and polishing. Amazing customer service. Richard helped me to pick out the ring that will go with my bracelet. He's very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. I bought two bracelets at the Wynn but never felt welcome over there. This one in Bellagio is amazing. I didn't feel intimidated when I got to the door. Sometimes, I'm scared going into these expensive places because of the guard or they look at you like "can you afford this place ma'am?" As a long time client of Cartier I was offended and disappointed by the store manger Michoux. She solicited me for a very nice watch (about 67,000) , which I will include a picture of below. I agreed to buy the watch site unseen and attempted to make arrangements to send a payment. She sent me an unusable pay link which I could not open on my cell phone and had no access to a computer as I was on a overland trip. I explained that I could not use the link and asked if I could call her the next day to use my credit card over the phone, or for other options to make payment. Instead of working with me the next text I received from her stated I can no longer hold your watch. A total waste of time and energy! I have been a loyal customer and spent well in excess of $150,000 in Cartier. I would expect to be treated with more respect and care. The customer experience was truly dreadful to add insult to injury I contacted the Western Regional Director, whom I have know from LOUIS VUITTON, at Crystal's, His name is Peter,absolutely no help and defensive. After speaking to him, I'm shaking and scratching my head as to how this gentleman ended up as a Director for Cartier. If anyone has any questions or doubts to this experience, please contact me. Let me be clear, I want nothing from Cartier now or in the future. The arrogance of the sales people and especially Peter have left me dumbfounded and disgusted. read more

My experience at Cartier was amazing. I came in with my mom and brother (with a full yard of some rum drink in hand) and not looking very high class at the moment. We were still greeted and shown all the jewelry that caught our eyes and not once did I get the feeling we were wasting anyone's time. We left and thanked them for our time and after walking maybe 100 feet, my mom could tell how much I had my heart set on the Trinity ring. I fell in the love with the ring several years ago, but when life and responsibilities happen you tend to forget about the "wants" and have no choice but to focus on the "needs." We turned around and went back to get it. Marcus made my first ever Cartier experience one to truly remember. He was funny and genuinely interested about our time, asked about our plans in Vegas so far, told us about the ring, what to go check out, etc. Yes, we ended up becoming customers, but even when we were just "looking around," we were treated well. Also, we weren't spending thousands upon thousands of dollars. We ended up getting a ring, the thinner version (cheaper), with no diamonds. I'm sure there are people who go in spending a LOT more than we did, but we were treated just the same. They gift wrapped it and everything for me (even though it was clearly not a surprise) and really kept the magic of Cartier alive until we walked out the door. Marcus was so great. She was very helpful and although they didn't have the piece that we came in for, we ended up getting the diamant legers necklace and matching bracelet. I stopped in quickly to have my ring cleaned (the steam cleaning process only takes a couple minutes) while I was in the area for lunch. There wasn't anyone else in the store at the time, so I was assisted promptly. My interaction with the gentleman was literally just Hi, I would like to have my ring cleaned, thank you, bye. I may have been there for a total of five minutes. I haven't shopped at this location, so I don't experience with that type of interaction, but I'd assume it would be as professional as any location. Worst luxury buying experience. Promises not delivered and so much back and forth. I worked with Melinda C. and I DO NOT recommend her at all. Purchased a necklace there and was told it would take a week to add an extension. Turns out she gave me the wrong information about the complimentary extension. Then a week turned into over 3 weeks. During this time, the communication back and forth was always via text and I had to ask for an update each time. Customer service 101- she should have called me and let me know the status even if there was bad news. We spent thousands, not hundreds. It felt like she didn't care and it was frustrating. This is my third time in the store, always not planned, and each time I walk out with a great find. Three years ago I got a fabulous pair of Cartier aviator sunglasses that are still my favorite. Last year I fell in love with an amazing bracelet. Every time I wear it I get compliments and I just ordered the most amazing watch. I love my Apple Watch, but laugh that I truly only use it to see the time. If it rings I always tell the caller to hold on while I get my phone. So I decided to go back to the traditional watch. I wasn't watch shopping but when we stopped in a gorgeous watch caught my eye. I loved several features of a few and was assisted to order the watch I wanted exactly the way I want it. This has got to be one of my new favorite Cartier-stores on so many levels! I was having some timekeeping issues with my Santos and needed to take it in to get serviced; apparently it has went through a magnetic field or something and needed to be demagnetized and restored to regular working order. While I initially ordered my watch through Hyde Park here in Denver, I got a personal recommendation to take it to Cartier directly so that they could perform the correct servicing - since it was probably going to have to be sent out anyways. Long story short, I had a Vegas trip coming up and decided I would take it in and have it looked at. I gotta say that I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that was carried out from all levels of staff. You would expect this level of service aptitude to be standard, however, I have experienced not so great service at other high-end establishments when making big purchases. Even though I was in typical "Vegas" attire, everyone in this store - from the security and the doorman to the sales associate to the serviceman - was extremely courteous and professional and was more than welcoming! Also, even though I had forgotten to bring my service warranty information with me, they were able to contact Hyde Park and get the verification needed to start the repair! All-in-all, I am very happy with this visit and most definitely recommend this store over the other ones in Vegas. My watch was shipped out and returned to me in tip-top shape and faster than the delivery estimate I was given! read more

Went over to the forum shops at Cesar's to add the yellow gold love ring to my collection. I did go in 20 min. Before closing but was super bummed when I go inside and 5 people just stared at me instead of simply saying "hi, how are you?" Or "how can we help you?" I get it, I look young, I'm in a high end store and I'm sure people drop thousands daily so they probably aren't worried about getting my business or not. However I already knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't going in to waste anyone's time. (Plus it doesn't matter what anyone looks like, never assume people don't have the money to spend) After feeling pretty uncomfortable to have all these eyes on me, the security checking his watch and just giving half ass smiles to get me outta there, I asked if they had any other locations. This is really the best Cartier salon you could ever step foot into. I was immediately greeted upon entering and asked if I'd like assistance. They lady that helped me had a french accent, she was lovely and patient. After choosing the entrelace ring, I was told they didn't have my size but she offered to have it brought in within a couple of hours. Which was wonderful as I was leaving Vegas that day. As soon as the ring arrived I received a phone call, picked it up with a side of Cartier mints.
