I am not a watch aficionado, but I can appreciate cool watches and these ones are cool. They come with watch faces and watch bands that are interesting and unique- famous art pieces, pop art, Simpson's, Peanuts, etc. The people there were helpful too. I just remember these watches being affordable on a yearly basis - in the 1980's you could get one for $15 at Kmart. Now, the cheapest I could find was $60. Yes, it's clearly not the 80's anymore and prices go up and it's on the strip and they are guaranteed for life, yada yada yada... but still, it's expensive. Swatch is back. With limited edition watches and very cool designs, Swatch is even better than what it was in the 1980s. More than that Abigail at the New York New York Las Vegas store is freaking awesome. What a brand ambassador. You may be distracted by her smile but make sure to look at the eight to ten Swatch watches she's wearing. With four to five on each wrist it's simply awesome. She was very smart and sweet. This specific swatch store is so comforting. Ive been a swatch fanatic since the late 80's and ive never been to a store with such amazing staff like this one. Since the first time i came here on 2023. I dont want anywhere else. Sorry i didnt get the name of the first person that helped me that time. This time its Michael. He replaced my batteries for 2 of my swatch. Fixed one of my swatch and buffed it. Bec it started to get moisture inside. Then replaced bracelet on ome of them. He helped me picked a perfect one. The Swatch store at New York New York was incredible. I called ahead to ask if they had a particular model and was greeted by a cheery salesman who informed yes, they did. After I arrived in Vegas a couple days later I went to the store and was pleased with the aesthetics. The store screams Swatch in the best of ways. It is so bright and colorful, laid out in a way that it is easy to view everything. I was greeted cheerily again and they recognized my voice! I bought two watches and then I left. Shocked that I've never reviewed this location before. It's become a tradition that my wife and I visit and pick out Swatch watches on our trips to Las Vegas. My addiction started back in high school. I saved up my own money and bought my first Swatch watch (a black and white masterpiece called X-Rated) at the Broadway Southwest at Los Arcos Mall in Scottsdale, AZ. Marco, Ariella, Igor, and all the other associates are so nice and friendly and we have great conversations as we browse their selections. The store is located inside the New York New York Casino and you can enter from the Strip-side sidewalk (through a cool revolving door feature) or the casino floor itself. It's been amazing to watch our collection grow over the last few years. Helps that my dad and his wife now live in Vegas - more trips equal more watches. You can't go wrong with their high-quality watches. They have something for everyone. The new moonswatch released for 1 day only on August 9. The store had hundreds of people waiting outside in 100 degree heat. Inside the store they were taking 1 person in about every 5 minutes. While I appreciate the experience they were trying to give. It was completely unacceptable for the people waiting outside. It was too hot for them to be going that slow. There had to be a better option than making people melt in the heat. read more

Victoria...you embody outstanding, genuine customer service skills! Just a short shout out to this Swatch store, located inside New York New York. Although I wish this West Coast Flagship Swatch store was not located inside NYNY, for as a Vegas local I kind of hate having to go into NYNY...I'm just saying....it is what it is. And for a committed, connoisseur of the brand, I double masked up and ventured in when my regular Swatch store at Fashion Show did not have batteries. I know it is only a little battery for a watch and I can buy anywhere, but I enjoy this Swatch perk. It also forces me to go into a store when I so often buy Swatch watches on-line. And I was soon to discover that not only at the Fashion Show Mall location, but at this location as well, batteries are simply in short supply across the country for Swatch right now. So although this store was only able to replace one of my batteries, I was helped by Victoria, who was lovely, charming, welcoming and knowledgable to the Swatch brand. She made it worth stopping by. This store looks great. Big, spacious and loads of watches. Special limited edition, the New York City swatch and also the Swatch x You customizable watches as well. It gets natural light from Las Vegas Blvd as well, which really makes the space welcoming. So although I will still be loyal to the Swatch at Fashion Show, it is the customer experience provided by someone like Victoria that will make a Vegas local like me suck it up and haul through New York New York to visit this location again sometime in the future. read more

I love this store. It is one of the final few remaining in the world and apparently is the largest one in the US. We stopped in to see if they had watch bands for my friend's watch. Unfortunately, there is quite a shortage of straps both here and at the San Francisco location. I can imagine Swatch watches are a popular Christmas gift, but the rest of the store seemed chock full of inventory. The guys who were working here were super friendly and helpful, and I asked them a bunch of questions. I've been to a handful of Swatch stores and I can confidently say that this store has been the best experience. The store is super busy but the team here is patient and kind. We were lucky enough to get to work with Michael. Michael is an exceptional employee and higher ups at Swatch should know that employees like him are what make the store and brand successful. Michael took the time to tell us about the Omega X Swatch collection, give us his opinions, and honestly was just great to work with. We even went home with one! Yay - made our day and we felt so lucky to get one. He made the purchase feel special and added an extra exciting factor to our Vegas trip. It felt better than winning slots! At the end of the day, I do want to remind folks that people in this store are doing their best with the traffic, especially around these Omega watches. Morning headline from Bloomberg News was that the MoonSwatch is now harder to get than the $13,000 Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. Apparently the MoonSwatch is "more exclusive" than even Breguet or Glaschutte Original. I dropped by this store with some friends to try for a MoonSwatch. Well... None were in stock. We'll have to visit again later. But we did end up buying some other Swatches. Ana in this store is the person to see. She was great in every way, including her energy and knowledge. So me and my friends called a few times regarding the omega x swatch planetary collab. Two representatives assured us that there are about 1000 watches in stock. We made the 5 hour commute and got here at 4am. Waited for 4ish hours and was told they ran out of watches and only had about 200-300ish in stock. Why is there a range? Also how did it go from a thousand to two hundred? If they told us upfront that there was only 200, we wouldn't have wasted our time as we could count that we were at about the 250 mark. read more

Went here twice over the past couple days with excellent service both times! The first time, Igor and another associate (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) helped us out to purchase a watch and included a gift box for us to package said watch in. Sadly, that gift had to be returned the next day, but we exchanged it for 2 other watches! That time Erik helped us out. He was also patient enough to help adjust my watch despite how indecisive I was haha! He also let us know that they do free battery changes forever as long as it's a Swatch! Holy cow, how have I never reviewed this location????? I LOVE this store, I love swatch, I love the people that work here. I could be gone for months, and I come back, and they just pick up our conversation right from where we left off. I find the selection of watches to be fun and colorful, but serious and work appropriate too. I wanted one for years and years and now I have several favorites. The best part of coming in, I know that they will have something brand new to show me. So I will always have something to look forward to each visit. They will always try and help me find something new, repair old watches, and fix dead batteries, but they are not high pressure sales. Just friendly chats and how ya doing. I love that as well. Walking along the Strip with my three teenage daughters, I got all giddy seeing the Swatch store, bringing back memories of my teenage years. They wondered what was so exciting so we went in. Just browsing. But 30 minutes later, each walked out with their first Swatch. This store is located inside New York New York and I had not owned a Swatch watch since about 1990 but decided to stop in to see what designs they now carried and was very impressed with the overall quality and look of some of the new Swatch models. They are no longer only the colorful, juvenile style watches I remember which would look odd on an older man like myself but they also had some amazing "adult" looking watches as well. I had heard they had an automatic watch and that was what I originally wanted to see but among the many different styles of watches I saw a battery powered, black faced, three dial chronograph watch which caught my eye. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I had a lot of fun reminiscing about my old Swatch watches with the staff who were likewise curious and did not make me feel old. I now have a new Swatch to add to my wristwatch collection and I am very happy with this purchase. Of particular note, Marco and Ivan (I believe that was his name but I could be wrong, however he was working on August 23rd, 2020) were both very friendly and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed my in store experience with these two. read more
