Lana was even gonna come in on her day off to handle the sale ( OMG AWESOME ) but I indicated she enjoy her day off and I'll pay for it when she returns. Lana contacted me a few days later when she promised and I purchased the watch. Great customer service throughout the process. One of the rare sales people who actually understands the sales game.. A couple of weeks later, there was a particular watch I wanted to buy my wife for our anniversary, I texted Karan and he happened to have just that watch in stock. I needed some special handling with the shipment, and even though he was out sick, Karan made it happen flawlessly. I've purchased watches at stores locally here in Silicon Valley, and no purchase matched the service I received at Horologio and specifically from Karan. Not sure why I would ever buy one locally again, when I can get anything I want overnighted from Horologio. He had 0 intentions of purchasing and truly just wanted to browse. Once we entered the store, we were greeted warmly by Brad. He gave us the freedom to browse without feeling suffocated. He asked all the right questions and made my husband feel listened to without pressuring him. He was patient and kind and took his time showing us multiple different watches from different designers. Brad encouraged my husband to try things on and really get a feel for the watch as if it were going to be his. There was a watch he really liked, but it was just a 38 mm face, and my husband is a bigger guy that needed a 41 mm to look right. Brad pulled a watch from the case just for a size comparison and it ended up being something he absolutely fell in love with. Brad was patient and not pushy at all, (despite us declaring how much we loved it) while he waited for my husband to call someone whose opinion he values before purchasing. I was looking for watch that reflected my personality, arrogance and desire for the finest things in life. Located in the causeway at the Wynn Hotel shops is where I walked into for that experience on the way to lunch. Upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Qusey ( BTW he didn't give me the stink eye cause I wasn't in Wall Street 3 piece suit ) and asked if he could assist me. I said give me a moment to to gather my thoughts and he obliged. After 5 or 10 minutes of eyeing my choices I then asked for further assistance. I pointed to 6 watches of my desire and he laid them out for me. One by one I tried each watch one on and till I decided on two that I would want. I snapped a photographs of each watch on my wrist to help decide which timepiece was for me. After much deliberating I made my decisions and settled on the GMT Black Dial. Great for everyday wear and yard work. My other indulgence was Da Bling watch an 18K Gold with diamond crusted bezel DAY DATE, and damn it looks amazing. I'm so happy with my choices and the service I received. Qusey causally mentioned to me that if he shipped the watch's to my home I could avoid paying the sales tax and he would provide free shipping. Well, that was it "Cha Ching" he made a sale and I had 2 new Rolex watches for my collection. Now that I'm a player they move you into another room for some personal pampering while they fit your watch, offer you a beverage , kiss your a$$ and yes take your money. Qusey gave me all my paperwork and thanked me for my patronage. I then shook he hand and shared my thoughts on his professionalism and kindness. Now it was off to lunch with a huge smile on my face. Now the next day the amazing guy texted me a Thank you and shopping information. In this day and age Qusey proved customer service still alive and well. Your the best my friend. It's unfortunate that Qusey has moved on but MANNY has taken over the as my new AD and has acquired me several new time pieces for my collection. For my birthday recently he was able to get me the coveted ROLEX GMT ( Red / Blue ) bezel aka "THE PEPSI"... It touched my heart he got this for me..... My last two salespeople had left or been let go. I'm not sure the exact reason.  So I went into this store to see about finding a new sales representative. I spoke with Tim Gotzinger, the director, about getting in touch with a new sales representative. I also asked about watches, and his awnsers were not only rude but extremely short and condescending. He offered no help or direction and was not professional in the least bit. He acted as if I should be grateful that he was talking to me and in no way, offering any kind of customer service and was extremely disrespectful. I understand Rolex watches can be hard to get, and this will definitely hurt my ability to get watches in the future. But the way i was treated was not right. Tim  should have shown some appreciation for a returning customer and represented Rolex in a respectful manner. I am not sure why this man needs to act like this, but one thing is certain. Tim Gotzinger should not be in the position he is in. He clearly does not know how to treat customers and does not appreciate nor respect the title of director. If i was rolex, i would strongly suggest looking into this location as  this kind of behavior puts a tarnish on this store and the brand as a whole. I will be filing complaints with corporate as well and Rolex. Regardless of your position or the demand for your product Tim, you do not have the right to treat customers like this.
