He shared that he learned how to untangle from a mentor, so every time he does it he feels like he's honoring that person. Seth finished my "puzzle" within 10 minutes, leaving me very impressed. I also thought it was nice that they let me throw away my coffee cup in their trashcan, I assume not all businesses would (instead they'd tell you to use the public ones outside).

Gorgeous displays, stunning pieces everywhere you look, and it's honestly just fun to wander even if you're just browsing. Each floor is basically a little runway of gorgeousness, and I kept catching myself doing slow laps like I was at a museum of handbags and shoes. Everything is styled beautifully, so even if you don't plan to buy, it still feels like a full designer experience. There is luxury pricing, but even if you want to just browse there are tons of options and so much help in the store for your budget. What really made it stand out though was the service. I only had an actual consultant in Chanel, but everywhere else in the store I still felt taken care of. Staff were attentive and kind without hovering, and I never got that awkward vibe of being ignored or followed. I got to browse with zero pressure, which makes all shopping so much more enjoyable. Even the parking feels fun with palm trees out front. If you're going for a certain brand or inside boutique (like Chanel), give yourself extra time to explore. However, the associate told us that whoever helped us must not have logged the inspection, -- so now my warranty is void because of their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, she just kept giving us excuses and pushing us to buy a new ring. What's even more disappointing is that we've always bought our jewelry here and have been loyal customers for years. You'd think they would value that and take some responsibility, but instead, we were met with excuses and pressure to spend more money. Really frustrating and disappointing experience.

She even asked me what my budget was and when I told her, said replied "that's not gonna happen," (but I never even asked for a discount!!) The second another guest walked into the empty store, she immediately told us to wait while she helped the other woman (also very rude--I was there first). We walked out. The pricing here is very affordable, and the customer service was excellent, they were there to answer any questions you had, but no to overbearing on your pressuring you with anything. We learned afterwards that this was the original flagship store, kind of a cool detail. I would recommend this spot to anyone, it's very affordable and had lots of options too. As a bonus there's a coffee shop inside also, they've got snacks/treats to go along with the coffee options too, I'm guessing people stop in here for coffee just by itself.

I'm big on customer service and I can say my experience here wasn't the best. While the store was slightly busy, workers can be identified in white button ups and blue jeans. Had I not flagged someone down for my pickup, I probably wouldn't have been serviced. There were several employees standing and observing. The store itself is beautiful with pieces on display. They also have different sections for engraving as well as a color bar. From what I read, you can customize your own piece by selecting your metals and gemstones. I was interested but again, no one really cared to assist me so I decided against it. After picking up my order and making it to the car, I decided to check out my earrings. Luckily I did because one of the earrings was actually broken so I decided in that moment to take them back and get another pair. I explained this to the first worker I encountered and she went to get me another pair without a problem. However, the lady assisting me at the register with the exchange (who was the same lady I'd just picked up my order from) actually retrieved pliers and attempted to fix it. After a few moments, I had to tell her that I didn't want this pair fixed but a brand new pair considering I literally just purchased them and didn't have a chance to "break" them myself. After that, she agreed and simply swapped the earrings. The line for the café was long so unfortunately, I was unable to try it. I love the pieces offered and the community partnerships Kendra Scott has but customer service could be better.
