The first time I called he answered with just a "Hello" so I asked if I was calling The Fresh Sweep and he responded with "Who's this?". I told him I just wanted to make sure I was calling The Fresh Sweep and not dialed the wrong number and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said the called had dropped. I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. If this is the kind of customer service they provide we definitely don't want a business relationship with them.

Found this fantastic business on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The rep reached out, got my info, and set up the appointment. I was even able to send them a list of things I'd like to include for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised when told this is possible. Their rep provided updates every step of the way, making this a stress-free and VERY simple process. We have a big house so I know it'll take time to get everything done correctly. When the cleaners realize they couldn't finish it within the initial quoted time frame, the rep called and ask if it's okay to extend the cleaning time. This is true customer service and an honest business practice! I have now found my favorite house-cleaning provider and will setup reoccurring services with them to keep my house clean. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommending this company and their services!

This company is absolutely FRAUDULENT! DO NOT, and I repeat…read moreDO NOT request cleaning services from them. I'm an active short term rental host and I trusted them to do a routine cleaning. Before the "cleaning" was done they cancelled on the agreed upon date, I had some flexibility and moved the scheduled cleaning. The next day someone was in my unit to clean. Words cannot explain the level of disgust I experienced when I walked in to my home. There was myriad of issues however the most glaring issue was the shower. The shower was untouched from the previous guest (10-day stay). Dirty footprints, grime, and hair all over the shower floor. Not to mention hair strands sticking up out of the drain. The bed was sloppily made, stains on the kitchen countertop, hair & crumbs on the couch, sticky floors throughout, etc. They did agree to do a free redo. The next day someone was sent to my home. Thank God I decided to go drop some essentials off at the place before my next guest was slated to check-in. Mind you, I was about 47 miles away. First red flag was my unit was left unlocked (keyless entry pad). Once I entered the unit I headed straight to the shower (while walking over sticky floors) to my surprise the shower was left exactly the same. As a business owner I had to do what I had to do in that instance since I had a guest arriving in a couple of hours. Several other places in the unit were left extremely disgusting. If I would not have went to audit the job my reputation as a host would've been tarnished. The owner did not allow me to send pictures of the job so I will leave them here. We were told initially that if we were dissatisfied, we would receive a full refund. Not only did they not honor that, the owner proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. Treacherous business practice, unprofessionalism, and no integrity. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ever use this "company".

After getting the runaround elsewhere, Carlos was a complete shift. He responded quickly, came out to assess the home, and explained what's typically included (and not), which helped me understand the process, pricing, and personal needs right away. We booked for the next day with a clear quoted price (I really appreciated that transparency). The team arrived on time, completed a full deep house cleaning, and finished when promised. The quality was incredible. I also received my invoice immediately with follow-up from Carlos. The communication was excellent from start to finish. Finding cleaners who match your standards is not easy and this team does. The combination of professionalism, speed, and quality is rare, and they genuinely cared about our situation. I'll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend . Thank you ALL so much for getting us launched into our home projects faster.
