It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. Many areas remained visibly dusty, including the floors, baseboards, and window sills. When we contacted the company to discuss our concerns, rather than acknowledging the deficiencies, they suggested our expectations were too high and did not take responsibility for the quality of the work performed and offered a lousy 10% off. Additionally, we were charged for the higher-tier service package despite requesting the lower-tier option. We initially did not object to the additional cost, assuming the enhanced services had been completed. However, after reviewing the scope of work, it became clear that many of the added services associated with the higher-tier package were either not completed or not completed to an acceptable standard. As a property manager who regularly works with service vendors, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
