The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, with plenty of opportunities to explore the store while enjoying the activities. The plant pop-up was a nice touch and fit perfectly with Whole Earth's outdoor lifestyle theme. I also enjoyed seeing the updates to the Lamar location, including the refreshed store layout. Whole Earth Provision Co. has always been a great place to find outdoor gear, unique gifts, and adventure-inspired products, and events like this make the shopping experience even more enjoyable. While trying on the suits, the associate checked my progress and brought me different sizes and other suits to try based on things I was discovering. I was really pleased with the things she brought to me to try. In fact, it was a selection she brought to me that I ended up purchasing. The selection of two-piece suits offered various degrees of coverage and support. I didn't check out any of the one-piece swimsuits, so I cannot comment on their quality. There were many colors to choose from, but sadly the truly vibrant colors I was searching for appeared to be out of season. Items are sold separately, so it's easy to mix and match items, and even buy two tops with one matching bottom to leave with two swimsuits! While I was browsing, I heard a few people come into the store and leave shortly thereafter. I can see that this would be very frustrating if this was the routine that happened throughout the day. I imagine some people walk in and get sticker shock, so they don't stick around. I mention this because this store sells quality swimwear. If you want to spend less than $20 on a swimsuit, go to Walmart. But this store will sell you items that will hold up longer than one season and stay in great condition. Nothing makes fitness better than comfortable fitness clothing. Despite today's sales, nothing caught my eye. Net, net, no sales purchases for me today. I absolutely love their fabrics which conform to your body. Lululemon's clothing items are moisture wicking which allows sweat to wick away from your body, so you do not have a totally sweat-drenched look...not pretty. I first started shopping at Lululemon 20+ years ago and I still have those pieces. Their pieces are long-lasting continue to look almost brand new. The sales staff at Lululemon are always extremely helpful. Every section you walk through folks asking if you need help...a store friendly approach. I love the messaging that Lululemon puts on its shopping bags and on the inside and outside their stores. Super positive...

Both pairs were brand new, unused, straight from the delivery box. I tried to return the larger size and was told I couldn't... because there was no RFID tag. Seriously? There were no tags on either pair when I got them--how is that my fault? The employee acted like I was trying to scam the system with used shoes, even though they were clearly unworn and just delivered. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. I expected better from Lululemon--won't be ordering again if this is how they treat loyal customers making honest returns. Do better.

I don't mind though--I've found super cute outfits, one of my favorite downtown attires came from this place! The jeans are cheap, ranging from $5.00 - $24.00, I myself own at least (6) pairs and they've lasted me quite a while! I love the pre-assembled outfits hanging from the walls; somehow it gives me a better notion as to what I need to buy when I don't have my shopping buddies. I dig Rue's jewelry too, it's cheap and it works with my outfits--only problem is this location is limited in the accessory section. They also have a decent selection of perfume for a mere $10.00. I walked into the store (where there were maybe 3 customers shopping - none being helped) and standing at the front was a worker leaning on the display looking at her phone. I was not greeted, but I needed help so I walked up to her. I told her that I have never owned a 'real' bra and that I did not know my size or anything. She LITERALLY just sent me to the back of the store (pointing and could not even bother to walk me 20 feet to the section I needed), and offered no help with sizing etc even after I told her I did not know my size. I walked around aimlessly (unsure of what section she suggested I look at) while another worker joined her at the front to chit chat. After about 5 minutes of looking around (still while the workers were gossiping at the front) I left and walked to Nordstrom where the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The staff at Victoria's Secret at Barton Creek Mall is a joke. Whoever is paying their hourly wage should know that they are paying employees to stand around and gossip. I'd go back and see which workers were on shift if I were the owner/manager! Awful service and will be going to Nordstom in the future! - Sidenote, I never write reviews... this was a pretty bad experience. One younger associate was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the other associate was very different. I believe her name was Lol, and she was much older. She appeared annoyed from the moment I explained why I was there and did not make me feel welcome. After retrieving the bag I wanted to see, she quickly disengaged and seemed uninterested in assisting me further. When I asked about another tote so I could compare it in person, she appeared bothered by the request and was reluctant to check availability until I described the tote to her again. The contrast in customer service between the two associates was striking. I ultimately decided to keep the bag I originally brought in, partly because the bag on hold was the last one available and I no longer felt comfortable continuing the interaction. As someone who owns many Tory Burch items and has been a loyal customer, I found this experience disappointing. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location.
