Experience here was nothing short of remarkable. Someone sideswiped me in a parking lot and scratched up the front of the bumper on the driver's side of my Tesla model Y. I filed a claim with my insurance company who offered CARSTAR as an option. I noticed the good reviews and decided to roll with the insurance company's suggestion. Glad I did! I had planned to leave my car for a few days and pay the $500 deductible for the $1500 dollar repair. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon speaking with Jerry for a few minutes, he said "Do you know what I would do?" He explained that they could buff it out and apply some touch up paint and knock it out while I waited that day rather than the full blown paint match and repaint I was planning on[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I asked him how much, to which he replied, "I'll do it for you for free." He said to wait 30 minutes. He returned with the we in about 10 minutes and as promised, the damage is barely noticeable and likely won't be seen by anyone but me. Wish I would've taken my Tesla elsewhere. I'm super sad. Steer clear. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here if you expect quality work. I came here because they're State Farm approved and Tesla certified. Their best is just not good enough in my opinion. The panels do not line up correctly. I attached some photos of the finish which I'm not happy with. I communicated my concerns and this was the "best they could do. I brought it back twice and now I'm going to try to resolve with State Farm. Not sure if they're going to be able to help me get this corrected though. read more
