Terrible terrible lasagna, dry with noodles, sticking together, an overwhelming, cinnamon taste.

Upon arriving, we noticed the huge enclosed patio area with full bar, ample parking, family friendly atmosphere in the heart of Westerville. Service was amazing in the bathrooms were extremely clean. My Parmesan fries couldn't have been better but I think my favorite thing was the coleslaw as it tasted just like my mother's. Also, I enjoyed having a window seat where I could see all the locals shuffling in on a Friday after work. The owner even stopped by our table to say thank you for coming in.

Soooo we order the original Stromboli and the fish platter. Stromboli made to absolute perfection. The dipping sauce very good. Tried the fish platter with fries and coleslaw. Both pretty good but not the fish. Pieces of the fish seem not chewable. Didn't like it but will definitely try something else next time. Topped off the meal with Canoli and I must say it was delicious.

Always the best stromboli in central Ohio . Can't go wrong with it. They say they have the best fish in Columbus and I disagree strongly.

Great Food, Greatest Service! We reached out to David at Carsonie's to be our caterer for our wedding in Delaware, Ohio on May 31st. We got everything we had hoped for on our wedding day, David and his son came well prepared to serve our guests (130) with a pasta buffet and appetizers! We had absolutely no worries about timing and food prep the day of and received excellent dinner. Everybody has been asking us where the food was from to go try some more ! We are so happy we reached out to them, and thankful for the exceptional service that was provided on our special day! Thank you Carsonie's!

Pros: Good location and lots of parking Decent Menu with lots of options Amble seating Has a full bar Cons: Wait staff not very friendly Wait times can be long for larger groups Not much light in dining area Pro tip: Leave plenty of time if you are placing a carryout order. They can get pretty backed up.

I have always heard rave reviews on Carsonies food. Since I did not have a car and did not feel cooking. Had a taste for lasagna I decided to order delivery and see what all the hype is about. I have never been so disappointed in a food order, I could have ordered from Fazoli's, received a much better lasagna with garlic bread for $10.49. I could have ordered from Angie on Karl Rd, they have a great lasagna with lots of cheese, a nice piece of garlic bread, plus a salad for less then $14.00. Carsonies lasagna, I could not find any meat or cheese other than on top of sauce. I am not sure what kind of dry bread that came with the meal, that I paid $17.00 for. I guess it is more of a bar then a real restaurant, if I was drunk the food have might have tasted great. Don't waste your time if you have a taste for pasta.

I have been a fan of Carsonie's for so long! Their Strombolis were one of my favorite items to get. Our most recent order of Stromboli's was not so great, we couldn't figure out why at first....but it's the bread! They used to use actual good quality dough, and it was chewy and dense in the best way. The current dough just reminds me of those pillsbury dough rolls at the grocery store. Taste and texture was completely off. Not sure if the cheese changed as well or it the new dough made this Stromboli meh. I'm really hoping it was just a fluke but if this is the new recipe they're using, I'll get off my Stromboli train. The quality is just not worth it for the price.

Great Stromboli! They have the best Stromboli crust around. This was a good rainy day lunch treat. They were very busy for lunch and the service was still excellent. Very authentic atmosphere here.

My experience at Carsonie's was okay, which is why I'll give it a 3/5 stars. I wouldn't recommend nor not recommend coming here, it was simply average. They are known for their Stromboli's which is why I decided to try this place. Mine came out between cold and lukewarm even though the restaurant was empty so I don't know how that happens unless that's just how they come out of the oven. The Stromboli itself wasn't anything to write home about, would rate it a 6.1/10 because it had a nice crispness to it. Tasted closely like any other Stromboli I've had before. They are on the expensive side, $14 for a small and $24 for a large. I completely ate my small Stromboli and could easy still go eat another meal so I don't know if it's completely worth the price. Overall, my experience was just average and would probably go somewhere else in central Columbus that is cheaper and better.

1st time trying food here. Pros: Portion size is great Cons: Chicken was burnt Food had no seasoning (I had to add SPG) Not enough sauce Overpriced I'm glad I had the foresight to order extra Alfredo sauce as it was definitely needed. Visually, everything looked great. Disappointing that there was no flavor. Well I guess I can't say "no" flavor if I acknowledge the burnt flavor from the chicken. I had to scrape off the breading. I don't foresee myself ordering from here again.

They make their dough the prior day. It makes for a nice thinner crust on the pizza. The sauce was a nice flavorful sauce. The cheese on the pizza was a blend of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Provolone. On top of that some nice spices. The pepperoni was super flavorful and there was PLENTY on the pizza. It was super flavorful, I was only able to finish about half of it. I also ordered a cherry and apple pastries to take home. Oh my!! The pastries had plenty of fruit filling in them and so tasty. On to service, Lisa is definitely a superstar. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Checking with me a number of times to see if I needed refills or anything else. Even did some talking about the current restaurant businesses. Great personality. I'll definitely be back. You should check them out too.

We first discovered Pasquale's Pizza + Pasta a few months ago while visiting an Asian restaurant…read morenext door. While waiting on our food we kept noticing a lot of customers coming and going from Pasquale's and thought, they must have something good going on there . We made a mental note to try them out one day... Well that day finally arrived . We decided to give them a try for our Friday night dinner. We placed an order online for a Large pepperoni + sausage pizza. Their online portal was very user friendly, which made it easy to place an order + pay. We were advised that our order would be ready in 15 to 30 mins, and it was. We don't live very close to Pasquale's so it did require us to take the freeway to get there, however no more than a 15 minute ride. When I went inside to pick up the pizza, I noticed this place was jumpin' . It's a very small mom + pop restaurant, however it didn't stop them from having a dining room full of customers who were dining in, and about 15 staff behind the counter completing orders. I approached the counter and was pleasantly greeted by a happy, smiling young lady. I received my order and made a mad dash out the door to see how fast I could get home before this pizza turns completely cold. ‍ First impression was that this pizza smelled great! It was evenly layered with pepperoni + sausage, and just the right amount of cheese. PROS: Not overly salty; pleasant sauce, not too tangy or overbearing; this was truly a large size pizza, more than enough for two people to share. CONS: Some of the pieces were burnt on the edges; the pizza seasoning is a little too strong for our taste buds. Overall Pasquale's Pizza + Pasta has pretty decent pizza. I would definitely like to try them again to sample their pasta. Something tells me that's where I'm gonna find a hidden gem .

We ordered a 12 inch pepperoni and a 14 inch heritage honey. I didn't clock that the heritage honey had sausage on it, or I would have left it off. It was fine enough, just didn't add to an already pretty good pizza. The super picky pizza lovin kid enjoyed her pepperoni for sure and we were happy with ours. It's a not thin, not too thick pizza that's cut tavern/square style. I'm a traditional wedge pizza girlie so next time I'm going to ask for that. But still very good pizza with an immaculate number of epic cheese pulls. Very generous and yummy toppings. The service was pretty exceptional for quick service. Someone came around and asked if we wanted our salads first, and we did, so they brought those to us. I really loved the Greek salad--my fave Greek salad at a not-Greek spot--and husband was ok with his Caesar, tho he could live without the bacon. He just prefers a traditional Caesar. Our salad delivery also came with a napkin dispenser and thank goodness because the heritage honey pizza is messy is the best kind of way. The salads came in to go containers with lids, in a convenient style that would make walking around with a salad or taking a salad to a pedicure easy breezy. Our pizzas came to the table in the box (excellent!) and we were provided paper plates, cheese and peppers on request. The music was pop with lots and lots of Taylor Swift and by the time we left it was packed with people looking for takeout. I'm excited to try some other things.
