If you need dry cleaning done quickly, they are incredibly efficient and the turnaround time is fast. Unfortunately, the customer service is nonexistent. On my first visit, I walked up to the counter with my receipt in hand and the employee just stared at the screen without saying a word. No greeting, no "can I help you," nothing. After standing there awkwardly for a while, I finally asked if he needed my receipt. Only then did he ask for my phone number to look up my order. It was a pretty ridiculous interaction. Another downside is parking. The lot gets very busy and congested, especially during rush hour, which makes getting in and out more frustrating than it needs to be. Six months ago they raised the price to $2 per piece. Last month they raised it again to $2.25 per piece yet the sign outside still reads $1.89 per piece.
