Small, casual, amazing! Went with a group of four, a gluten free vegetarian, a Weight watcher and a foodie. Everyone was thrilled with their dinner. Bryan the owner goes above & beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Love this place!!

Staff were beyond friendly. Cons -- THE FOOD!! We had pork belly and duck confit appetizer. Pork belly was drenched in sauce and overcooked. Duck dish was good but was a spread and served with such a small amount of bread. Main courses -- presentation was terrible -- i ordered NY Strip with french fries and veggies. Hubby ordered jambalaya -- both dishes were served luke warm and looked as though they had been sitting. French fries were all tiny pieces as if they were at the bottom of the fryer. The steak was a poor cut. The jambalaya lacked flavor. The protein on the dish was all overcooked. Dessert THE Elvis -- sounded sooo delicious but was basically a spoonful of peanut butter. Even the ice cream they served with it could not drown out the overpowering peanut butter flavor. I did enjoy the cappuccino. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and he didn't even eat his meal. It was that bad. Sadly, one and done for us. I know they changed their menu so perhaps this is not their best lineup but I cannot forgive the terrible presentation. The price point for what they are presenting its insane.

We started off with appetizers- which are really great for sharing- perogies for the Hubby and I had the liver dumpling soup- both were fantastic. Hubby had the German mixed salad with his meal, the special was sausage with both chicken and pork Schnitzel and potatoes, I had the sauerbraten with potatoes and we both had a side of the sauerkraut. We took a To-Go of the stuffed chicken breast with mozzarella and spinach and soup, with broccoli and an order of perogies. 2 Root beers, and he had the apple strudel and I ordered the Bienenstich. Our server was Karen- I want to give a huge thank you to her, she was an absolute delight, sweet, friendly and made sure our dinner was perfect, she is wonderful and next time we come for dinner, we hope she is our waitress. Food was incredible, I have not had "family" style German food in probably 13 years if not longer- I used to eat all the time at Alpine Village in Torrance Ca and at Phoenix Club in Brea Ca- both I was a long time foodie at, and never had a bad meal! It is so great to know that Sebastian's is our new place for delicious German food. Dinner for the 3 was roughly $180.00, but before you say "that's a lot", the food is delicious, the wait staff is amazing and both my husband and I gladly pay good money for fantastic food, like what we had here at Sebastian's.

Either way your taste buds will appreciate your visual endurance. I had the Polish platter dinner special. It stared with a German pickled salad with a delectable and refreshing assortment of pickled items. Next, the perogies were delicate and homemade. I only wish they came with more butter and caramelizes onions. The main course was the largest stuffed cabbage roll I've ever laid eyes on with traditional German Spatzle. The stuffed cabbage and creamy tomato sauce were fantastic from flavor to texture. It was deliciously homemade. Our server was attentive and patient. She answered all of our questions and offered suggestions with the dinner specials. Bring cash. It's CASH ONLY.

My fiancé had a sour beer that tasted like sangria and I had a sour beer that was a take on mango sticky rice (such a unique beer). My fiancé had a fruity white lager that tasted a bit like a margarita. I had the patty melt with onion rings (up charge) and my fiancé had the steak sandwich with steak fries. Heads up their steak fries are actually potato wedge; still tasty but a pleasant surprised. Both of our sandwiches were delicious. The steak sandwich came with a delicious garlic aioli. Our server was great. She mentioned that a lot of their beer is from Icarus brewing in Lakewood and suggested we check it out. We don't live too close but if we're ever in the area we'll be sure to come back. A lot of the beers were calling my name. A great local place. It's located on a somewhat busy street with street parking but there's a municipal about a minute walk.
