Sold my daughter a weed smelling piece of junk that didn't last for a week. Motor gone. Dana the sales manager has no customer service skills at all. Just a hustlers ambition. Hung up in my face when I tried telling her about the car because she was mad about the review I wrote about them on google. Daisha the account person had a nasty attitude as well. I requested the owners name of this business and she refused to give it to me. As I went in several sites such as facebook and their instagram page, my reviews were blocked as if they have something to hide along with a message as to me leaving and going on different websites not doing anything and that I've been rude to her since the beginning. Never was rude to them until they lied about this vehicle. I asked Dana several questions about this vehicle and she assured me nothing was wrong with it. At first we went there for gray Honda accord and was told it needed a compressor for the A.C. Dana said it would only take an hour but instead took three days after we came back and forward based on the numerous times we were told it would be ready. Finally got to test drive the Honda and it didn't blow cold air and started overheating. Dana complained about how long it took them to so call fix the compressor. Dana said mechanic told her car overheated because we drove it too fast!!! Come on now what real mechanic says some foolishness like this???? Inexperienced ones that's who. Do not buy a car here. They sell you cars that they know are in bad condition and when it breaks down keep your money and you're stuck with a broke car. Go look at BBB reviews about Carpro and how rude Dana is to past customers. Unprofessional and very Ghetto. Not even worth a star

What was the source of my coolant leak

Let's talk about the fact that less than a month ago I purchased a vehicle from these individuals. They were very pushy and annoyed when I asked questions which was a red flag that I decided to ignore when I discussed having an inspection done on the car first they replied rudely and instead gave me a copy of a recent inspection it had ran on it , like an idiot I accepted this. After being rushed to purchase this car, i left with even more red flags and unanswered questions. They had replaced a flat tire on the vehicle and my low pressure light remained on. They said it just needed to be reset. After a week of this I took it into a tire shop for them to tell me that none of my tires have the legally required tread for safety and that 3/4 sensors are dead and the last one is just about dead. Roughly $600 later I have 4 new tires and 4 new sensors. I'm told my car is aligned but it's driving funny and then my thermostat says my car is overheating. I take it to the mechanic and I have a coolant leak, a major coolant leak. $350 dollars later and that's been replaced. The mechanic graciously told me that the reason my car is rattling and it's driving weird is because my CV axles are leaking grease and need to be replaced. So I give it some thought and some new eyes and this is indeed an issues .... $800 + dollars to repair and this car dealership still can't be bothered to return a phone call. Don't get me started on the fact that they didn't even offer a warranty or that they have some insurance this with car protection pros that is less than adequate. Do not. I repeat. Do. Not. Go into business with these people. They are scammers

Christina's customer service is absolutely subpar the owner Red Aissi I reached out too personally and via phone several times they ignored and/or blocked my calls. This business left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope no one buys a car from them. Long story short the owner yelled at me spoke very vile derogatory remarks to me and said that I'm a bitch and needed sex.... if they are willing to lie about their practices with false advertisement I'm Sure they will lie to you about the transparency of your vehicle it's all about the money for this business not the customer satisfaction. My experience 2/23/2021 I inquired about this dealership for a 2011 white BMW that I was interested in I found on www.truecar.com I received an email about an hour or so later from Christina (carpro auto sales representative) stating that I can contact her about the vehicle for more information and it's available. she never mentioned once I called the first time about leaving a message for the owner or asked for my phone number so he could get back to me about the specific information I wanted, once I began to dig deep about the car and it's arrangements from VA to CT my options in purchasing etc I was told RED would be back at 4 PM to call back so he could help me. she never took my number down she never relayed a message so I was not happy with my 1st interaction initially. I called back an hour or less after receiving a text message from RED (it may have been automated text message) advertisement offer about a different vehicle (black BMW higher in price) it had nothing to do with the initial vehicle I want so I figured to call because if this person RED is sending me a text message about a vehicle I don't even want or did not inquire about then he must be in the office...low and behold I called again 2nd time spoke to Christina and she told me that he had just walked in the office and after expressing my frustrations from the 1st reaction she told me the car had other leads on it (people interested in purchasing) ...(the time frame literally was 1hr 40mins later) him being the owner she told me she doesn't know his exact schedule so I asked to speak to RED she told me he was in the bathroom this time's he'd give me a call back in 20 minutes or less. Granted RED he did call me back (1st interaction) and told me the information about the 2011 white BMW that I had called for, shipping information, costs and we disputed financing options only because he told me his business does not accept financing and that it is CASH ONLY .. he told me to have a nice day and dismissed me when I was not done speaking ..I tried to say well that's confusing because on your website it says something different I had already took the initiative to get approved by Westlake financial and they told me to speak to dealership they'd do the application for me about the car loan mind you RED he just told me no they don't do FINANCING (when it's on their website as an option) and hung the phone up in my ear RUDELY after an hour or less I called back Spoke to Christina and she's put me on the phone with red again (2nd interaction) we disputed the advertisement on the website and I wanted further clarification as to why I was dismissed for wanting to have a finance option he told me that they indeed DO HAVE FINANCING!! (Why did he tell me they do cash only? Hmmm) it's on their website it's on truecar.com he told me for this to be possible I would have to reach out to the bank and they do it for me so there's definitely some misleading information I'm being told and something is not right he told me that the bank does it and that westlake financial is incorrect I guess he got frustrated from my constant badgering I was completely respectful I just wanted to know why and how to best apply for this car he took it upon himself to yell at me completely rude tell me that I'm a bitch and that I need sex and that something is wrong with me then proceeded to hang up the phone once I mentioned a formal complaint I am now in the works with true car about escalating this

I didn't think much of it but my fiancé told me to get it checked out. I never did till it got really bad. One day I'm going on a lil trip with my car & my 2 yr old son was with me. So I'm on the interstate & my engine light just starts flashing & it wouldn't go no faster than 57 miles. I had to pull over on the interstate & turn on my hazard lights. I had to drive an hour & some minutes back home only going 57 miles on the interstate just so they could tow my car from home. Mind you, the day after they "claimed" they fixed it my car did the same exact thing not even 24hrs of me having it. Recently my car stopped on a stop light because it was over heated & smoking. Now you may be thinking "what could cause that" well my c-h cooling ruptured all over my engine so i didn't have any cooling on a 81 degree hot day. Now they're saying I'll have to get a whole new engine & this is only the second month I've had the car. The worst part about it all is, i don't even want the car anymore it's putting me into financial stress. It's been in the shop more times than I've driven it.

Save yourself the time go ahead and add another $1600 to that vehicle price before the taxes, processing, or any other unavoidable fee, you'll then have the out the door price. You go further down in these reviews you'll find that the "ETCH" fee is now called the "anti theft protection" fee of $600 (more than likely because of the amount guys that walk out on the deal as soon as they find out they're being charged for it); this is something you can find a kit for on Amazon for 20$. Not to mention the PD will have services or seminars to do it for you FOR FREE. To even further the humor, you'll have another add on "preinstalled appearance protection" which is $400 and the vehicle is covered in pollen and/or dust. They say that these items are add-ons "are what they are" and are non negotiable. Their lenders are probably the only ones that want trackers/gps on the vehicles because they are probably thinking the REPO is going to be easier once they slap you with a ridiculous APR. Appraisals? Not a shot, go ahead and get a carmax offer before even letting these guys appraise your vehicle for a trade in. Only reason for two stars was because some of the employees were great, nice and communicative. Some were less attentive and could care less about making a deal. Hopefully you have a better experience because they'll be in the dire need of some deals. Bring your own financing, make sure you do thorough research on the car you're getting into.

Normally with car inspections, I have to drop my car off at an auto-body shop and pick it up the next day due to the "first come, first serve" policy but I didn't have that option so I booked an appointment with 17th Street Automotive for the same day. As soon as I walked into the office, I was happily greeted by Kristen and another worker. They both were extremely pleasant and personable. I was quoted a service time of about an hour and a half and was offered beverages while I wait, which was a very nice gesture. My state inspection was completed after an hour and a half, just as they quoted me. Kristen was very informative with the things they found during the inspection and with how amazing their customer service was, I would definitely return to get my car serviced with them. I was given a free car freshener once the service was complete and told them I would tell everyone I knew about the exceptional experience I had with their business. If you are looking for same-day inspections or in need of any car services, I highly recommend checking out 17th Street Automotive.

Completely unacceptable, frustrating experience…read more I paid $1,338 for front brakes and calipers, and within six months I was still having braking issues. When I returned, they replaced only one front rotor under warranty. After a third visit for the same braking noise/vibration, I was told the problem was my rear brakes, even though those had been replaced only three months earlier at another shop. I then went to three independent shops, and all confirmed the real issue was a warped front rotor (the one not replaced the second time I brought it in). This should've been fixed the second or third time I brought it in. Instead they shifted blame to another shop, in which their work was confirmed to be fine. And for the price I paid, I shouldn't have had to bring it in multiple times for the same issue. Still after three visits and over $1,300 spent, my issue was still not properly fixed. The only good thing about this experience was that it was under warranty, and another shop was able to fix my brakes properly. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop, and if possible save your time and go elsewhere.

And I've bought numerous cars over the years. Buckle up, it's a somewhat long story, but I have to share it. I bought a used 2021 Toyota Corolla from these guys recently, and made my mistake of not test driving it first, and trusted their word, and trusted that a Toyota Corolla is a reliable car to purchase. When I received the car, I didn't even make it out of my neighborhood before noticing it grinding gears when downshifting into 2nd and it didn't want to stay in that gear. Coming from a previous car with endless issues, my heart sank. I called the dealership and the manager (John, I think?) dismissed everything I said and hung up on me. I called Moose again and he gave me the owner Tim's number. Tim was more responsive and understanding and they sent someone to come pickup the car, who also confirmed the issue. Since it was under their 3000mile warranty they decided to put another transmission in it. He claimed it was a new transmission. He offered to put a new clutch in it also, as long as I paid for the parts, which I agreed to at the time, but his "transmission guy said the clutch is fine," so they opted not to. Now, here I am less than 10k miles later, and the clutch has failed. The trusted mechanic I took the car to also told me that they installed a "junkyard transmission." I respectfully and politely called Tim to get some answers and see what they would do about it, and he still claims it's a new transmission, and that he would talk to his transmission guy again, but hasn't sent me any proof of that, and has now stopped answering phone calls and hasn't returned any calls. I do not have and would've never expected to put $3000 into repairs of a car that I just purchased. A 2021 Toyota Corolla with transmission AND clutch failure within 10k miles seems like something an experienced car dealership and "transmission guy" should've been able to catch before it got to my hands. I bought this car for the sole purpose of having a reliable vehicle for my family, and it's been a nightmare since day one. I was (and still am) only hoping they would do the right thing and handle this issue. Incredibly disappointed.

Soon as it was returned, we picked it up but it had a hard shift going on reverse and or drive. I had it looked at by a mechanic and they said that it was idling too high and told me I should just return it. Told Mike about the issue and he had the idling issue fixed. I decided to have it looked at by Toyota and they showed me that the brake calipers need to be replaced, rotors changed, transmission line fixed, and they also showed me the heavy rusting under carriage and how some of them were masked by having paint over some of the rust. Now I'm just wondering how this vehicle passed inspection, which most used car dealerships do. I told him about the problem and we decided we didn't want the car anymore. He gave us the money back and we were thankfully not stuck with the truck. He also gave us a loaner truck in his lot while the Tacoma was getting fixed. I would give 5 stars to this dealership because of the amount of customer service we received which is nothing compared to other used car dealerships around town. I decided to give 4 stars because of the fact that the car was actually unreliable. But, like said, thankfully we got our money back. Thanks again Mike!
