Zero Stars...bought my Santa Fe the end of February 2025 cash with a 3k 3 month warranty. Received a letter from the warranty company due to lack of payment, the contract was voided. Early May 2025, my transmission went out. When I went to the dealership, they offered me a new warranty, which wouldn't cover the repairs due to being pre-existing! I fought for 3 weeks for them to be even slightly accountable and fix the situation. Was told to sue them because "they didn't care" and my truck was a cheap vehicle anyways!!! DO NOT go to this place!!! Everyone passes the buck on who is in charge, everyone acts like they can't help, so we will see how the judge feels now! read more

BEWARE‼ BEWARE ‼ BEWARE CARPRO‼ Be SCARED!!!!! 0 's !!!! Waste of time and money‼This place is crooked, crooked, CROOKED!!!! My check better not bounce!!!! This place wasted a whole 9 days of my life!!! Wasted my money on a rental car!!!! Was completely lied to!!!! I will be reporting them to the motor vehicle dealer board. Check out other one star reviews, those are real!!! Came in on a Thursday and "GOT APPROVED" and put money down but the finance company was going to take up to the next week to process "because of the weekend" and I couldn't leave with the vehicle until it was processed. The owner/manager came in and asked Youces (the sales person) why for used that company and run it again with a different company so I can leave the same day with the car. After being denied by the 2nd company, I went ahead with the first one. Fast forward to the following week, Monday at end of day I called- still processing, Wednesday, I went up there- still processing but I put all the seats down, Thursday I called - was told the company was still processing but I should be able to come in the morning since I still had the rental car. Friday came, I called, manager asked me to call back in 40 mins. However instead of that I went up there with my husband and sister. The car was moved, and the seats were put up, so I felt they showed the car to someone. I went in the office and said if it ain't ready I want my refund. He said without looking at the computer, it's not, you can get your money. He did the refund on the credit card machine but wrote me a check to rush the process. Now same day, I went over to a different dealership, MONTES MOTORS over in Portsmouth and was got approved by SEVERAL finance companies, including the same one was waiting a week for. The representative from that company said the deal was done last week and doesn't know what CARPRO was talking about waiting a week. Meanwhile, I got the same car, same year, darn near the same milage, and just as clean! However I left with my car, a 24 month bumper to bumper warranty, gap, and peace of mind!!!! If you want to be treated right, go to MONTES MOTORS and tell him Starr sent you! Do not, and I repeat DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! read more

I didn't expect a great vehicle, but they sold a lemon. Buying the raggedy ford escape from them was on me. The part that solidified that they are crooks is the promise to replace the passenger seat. I went to the business after a few days to ask what the progress on getting the seat replaced, some guy walked over to my vehicle and prevented me from getting out without physical altercation. He told me that I cannot be there but that they would call me. It has been 12 months and no call. Garbage business. I paid cash, they showed their true colors. I sincerely hope this drug front-esque business fails read more

Sold my daughter a weed smelling piece of junk that didn't last for a week. Motor gone. Dana the sales manager has no customer service skills at all. Just a hustlers ambition. Hung up in my face when I tried telling her about the car because she was mad about the review I wrote about them on google. Daisha the account person had a nasty attitude as well. I requested the owners name of this business and she refused to give it to me. As I went in several sites such as facebook and their instagram page, my reviews were blocked as if they have something to hide along with a message as to me leaving and going on different websites not doing anything and that I've been rude to her since the beginning. Never was rude to them until they lied about this vehicle. I asked Dana several questions about this vehicle and she assured me nothing was wrong with it. At first we went there for gray Honda accord and was told it needed a compressor for the A.C. Dana said it would only take an hour but instead took three days after we came back and forward based on the numerous times we were told it would be ready. Finally got to test drive the Honda and it didn't blow cold air and started overheating. Dana complained about how long it took them to so call fix the compressor. Dana said mechanic told her car overheated because we drove it too fast!!! Come on now what real mechanic says some foolishness like this???? Inexperienced ones that's who. Do not buy a car here. They sell you cars that they know are in bad condition and when it breaks down keep your money and you're stuck with a broke car. Go look at BBB reviews about Carpro and how rude Dana is to past customers. Unprofessional and very Ghetto. Not even worth a star read more

We bought a 2013 gmc Acadia from them last week and on the way home the check engine light come on and the side detection blind spot appeared on the screen needing to be fixed. upon getting home me and my wife drove it to the grocery store and noticed the transmission had a terrible shutter shaking the whole car, haven't even put 200 miles on it yet! Would never buy from that place again nor do I recommend anyone buying from this place I should have done my research on yelp before driving 2 hours and purchasing a vehicle from them. read more

Let's talk about the fact that less than a month ago I purchased a vehicle from these individuals. They were very pushy and annoyed when I asked questions which was a red flag that I decided to ignore when I discussed having an inspection done on the car first they replied rudely and instead gave me a copy of a recent inspection it had ran on it , like an idiot I accepted this. After being rushed to purchase this car, i left with even more red flags and unanswered questions. They had replaced a flat tire on the vehicle and my low pressure light remained on. They said it just needed to be reset. After a week of this I took it into a tire shop for them to tell me that none of my tires have the legally required tread for safety and that 3/4 sensors are dead and the last one is just about dead. Roughly $600 later I have 4 new tires and 4 new sensors. I'm told my car is aligned but it's driving funny and then my thermostat says my car is overheating. I take it to the mechanic and I have a coolant leak, a major coolant leak. $350 dollars later and that's been replaced. The mechanic graciously told me that the reason my car is rattling and it's driving weird is because my CV axles are leaking grease and need to be replaced. So I give it some thought and some new eyes and this is indeed an issues .... $800 + dollars to repair and this car dealership still can't be bothered to return a phone call. Don't get me started on the fact that they didn't even offer a warranty or that they have some insurance this with car protection pros that is less than adequate. Do not. I repeat. Do. Not. Go into business with these people. They are scammers read more

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THE COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUDSTER. My initial interest was an 2011 Hyundai Suv that was listed for 3000 a salesman Haymen called and told me the vehicle was still available and rushed me into there dealership. He called me at least 10 times after I told him I had to discuss it with my fiance he sent me picture of the car offered to come get us and bring use there this was all within two hours after my initial inquiry. I felted pressure to go at least look at it he picked me up in a different vehicle than the one I had inquired about then tried to sell me the car he picked me up in. We arrive at the lot and I see a huge sign that's says 3000 down I was passed from that point. I asked him to bring me back home he said he had to get another vehicle to bring me home in then processed to tell me to look around to see if there was anything else I might be interested in since I was there he had me looking at vehicle that had broken windows and flat tires stereo missing so I look around and I had already told him I only had so much to spend because I had to get insurance which they never made me get before I drove the car off the lot. Then Haymen showed me a few cars in my price range and I told him I didn't want a Ford ( Fix Or Repair Daily) I made that VERY CLEAR plus I made it very clear that any car I buy had to have working A.C. so he shows me the only car on the lot in my price range that look like it was decent so I took a test drive it drove fine the A.C. work but it wasn't blowing hard you could feel it just in the front so he said it was low on freon then he said he could knock off 800 off the asking price which I thought was a good deal because it was 4000 he said he could give it to me for 3300 if I bought it today he acted like this was his first sell the car he showed me was a Lincoln LS my ass didn't know that Lincoln is a FORD till I pulled up with it an my fiance told me. So I test drive it it drove very good no problem except check engine light and A.C and I was told that there minor problems and easy and cheap to fix. Before I buy the car I asked him to get a code reader and check why the check engine light was on he said it was the O2 sensor because that's the only thing there mechanics don't fix before I signed paper work and handed him my money ask him again to read the check engine he assured me it was only the O2 Sensor. I drive the car a week no problem take it to get the freon recharged was told it had too much freon that a valve was broken it cost me 850 to fix because it's summer and I need A.C. in this heat. Drove the car and hit a pothole now the whole car engine shakes and makes loud noises and it steers to the right. The car feels like it gonna flip on me it sound like something is lose with the front end wheels. A mechanic took a look at in and there are a list of things wrong with this car not just the O2 sensor. There a misfire with cylinder 1, Oxygen sensor ( O2) but there's four and three of them are out then the most expensive is the catalytic convertor, tirerods and ball joints need replacing. A month later I bring the car back to them and I'm telling him my issues and he basically has an attitude with me he was yelling when I wasn't yelling he kept interrupting me before I could finish telling what the issue is then he blamed this whole thing on me saying it was my duty to have the car checked before I purchase it. When I told him how wad I suppose to know all this was wrong when I asked the salesman to code reader and check why the check engine light was on Haymen said the maintenance men was gonna check it while the remove GPS then came back and reassured me it was only the O2 sensor. He still said I should have read the codes myself or asked him to show me what the readout. Now I'm stuck with a car that's a death trap and a car dealership that will use anymeans necessary even if they have to lie to you. Then he said that if I bought the parts he would have the on-site mechanic. Then he turned around said he talked to the owner and the owner said they can't do that because they don't have on-site mechanic when five minute ago he said they did he also laughed at me when I asked him to put it in writing. SO BASICALLY THEY ARE NOT GOOD SALESMAN AND THEY BUY THE CHEAPEST CARS THEY CAN FIND AND SELL IT TO INNOVENT CUSTOMER LIKE ME WHO ONLY WANT A DECENT CAR TO DRIVE read more

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. If you are someone who rarely reads them or follows them you may want to start now! This has to be the absolute worst experience that I've ever had dealing with cars. I spent a total of $17,000 on two vehicles. Both of these vehicles should never have been sold as they are. The dealership knew my situation and not only did they lie and mislead me, but they overcharged me and sold me junk. I now have a minivan and SUV that have to go into the shop. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer and my daughter just had a new baby and all I wanted was reliable and safe transportation for the two of us. She was rear-ended by a drunk driver a little over a year ago and needed a larger vehicle to feel safe. Sometimes my treatments are very uncomfortable and I just wanted something comfortable and safe. These people prey on innocent consumers to make a buck. The only thing that I can look forward to is knowing that karma always comes through and pays people for the good and the bad that they do and that these people will be dealt with in that regard. I know they sleep well at night because they have no conscience but hopefully karma won't let me down as she never does! Whatever you do do not purchase a vehicle from car pros and be leery of other " dealers " that associate with them. I came to deal with them through a marketplace ad on Facebook from a gentleman who now states he has no association with them and just started selling cars a week ago. I started talking to that gentleman over a month ago. It's just ridiculous to me that in this day and age and all the struggles that people are going through that I allow myself to become a victim of these disgusting predators. I pray that you all never have the displeasure of dealing with them. I was swayed and made to feel some comfort because of the 90-day drive-train warranty that they offer through a third party, but today I was informed that they don't cover pre-existing issues. This makes no sense to me and I don't understand how this is a warranty on a used vehicle but don't be fooled because it does not help with the issues that they let the cars roll off the lot with. I actually am in the second vehicle that I have the first I brought back within 2 days because you are allowed to bring them back in 3 days but there is no refund only exchanges because all of their vehicles are crap. Feel no comfort with the exchange program because you're only exchanging one piece of junk for another!! So on top of my $17,000 purchase I now have a couple thousand dollars more that I have to pay to be able to operate these vehicles safely and not have a junkyard come and pick them up out of my driveway. It's a shame that I have no recourse and that all the people that have purchased vehicles from them have no recourse. I am sure you that these five star reviews are either fakes or flukes because I mean I guess sometimes they could end up with a decent vehicle here and there. I am so disgusted with this whole thing. Mad at myself for falling for it. Hopeful that this review may save the next person from dealing with these awful people. Angry at the whole system for the way that it allowed this to happen to people on a daily basis. But I will sleep well knowing that I was taking advantage of in a time that I relied on someone who supposedly knew about something that I don't know much about. Lesson learned! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND AN ALTERNATIVE!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

Christina's customer service is absolutely subpar the owner Red Aissi I reached out too personally and via phone several times they ignored and/or blocked my calls. This business left a bad taste in my mouth and I hope no one buys a car from them. Long story short the owner yelled at me spoke very vile derogatory remarks to me and said that I'm a bitch and needed sex.... if they are willing to lie about their practices with false advertisement I'm Sure they will lie to you about the transparency of your vehicle it's all about the money for this business not the customer satisfaction. My experience 2/23/2021 I inquired about this dealership for a 2011 white BMW that I was interested in I found on www.truecar.com I received an email about an hour or so later from Christina (carpro auto sales representative) stating that I can contact her about the vehicle for more information and it's available. she never mentioned once I called the first time about leaving a message for the owner or asked for my phone number so he could get back to me about the specific information I wanted, once I began to dig deep about the car and it's arrangements from VA to CT my options in purchasing etc I was told RED would be back at 4 PM to call back so he could help me. she never took my number down she never relayed a message so I was not happy with my 1st interaction initially. I called back an hour or less after receiving a text message from RED (it may have been automated text message) advertisement offer about a different vehicle (black BMW higher in price) it had nothing to do with the initial vehicle I want so I figured to call because if this person RED is sending me a text message about a vehicle I don't even want or did not inquire about then he must be in the office...low and behold I called again 2nd time spoke to Christina and she told me that he had just walked in the office and after expressing my frustrations from the 1st reaction she told me the car had other leads on it (people interested in purchasing) ...(the time frame literally was 1hr 40mins later) him being the owner she told me she doesn't know his exact schedule so I asked to speak to RED she told me he was in the bathroom this time's he'd give me a call back in 20 minutes or less. Granted RED he did call me back (1st interaction) and told me the information about the 2011 white BMW that I had called for, shipping information, costs and we disputed financing options only because he told me his business does not accept financing and that it is CASH ONLY .. he told me to have a nice day and dismissed me when I was not done speaking ..I tried to say well that's confusing because on your website it says something different I had already took the initiative to get approved by Westlake financial and they told me to speak to dealership they'd do the application for me about the car loan mind you RED he just told me no they don't do FINANCING (when it's on their website as an option) and hung the phone up in my ear RUDELY after an hour or less I called back Spoke to Christina and she's put me on the phone with red again (2nd interaction) we disputed the advertisement on the website and I wanted further clarification as to why I was dismissed for wanting to have a finance option he told me that they indeed DO HAVE FINANCING!! (Why did he tell me they do cash only? Hmmm) it's on their website it's on truecar.com he told me for this to be possible I would have to reach out to the bank and they do it for me so there's definitely some misleading information I'm being told and something is not right he told me that the bank does it and that westlake financial is incorrect I guess he got frustrated from my constant badgering I was completely respectful I just wanted to know why and how to best apply for this car he took it upon himself to yell at me completely rude tell me that I'm a bitch and that I need sex and that something is wrong with me then proceeded to hang up the phone once I mentioned a formal complaint I am now in the works with true car about escalating this read more

BEWARE!!!! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! (PLEASE read carefully). I am NOT A COMPETITION OR RATING THE WRONG DEALERSHIP. This rating is for CARPRO AUTO. Yes, I was a customer. DOING Business with you was the worse decision of my life. The whole process of buying a car had red flags all over. After refusing to answer my calls, that's the only way for me to reach out to them and help other customers. This is an update from PREVIOUS review. So after spending almost another $2000 extra on a crack car I bought with CARPRO. I FINALLY was able trade in the car at a VW dealership in Richmond. After inspecting the car and running a report on their system. The dealership report SHOWED THAT: - The car was the basic trim, CARPRO said the car was the premium trim. - 7 owners and I was the 8 owner. CARPOOL told me I was the 3rd owner. (LIES) -The car was repoed twice, CARPROO said it was never repoed. (LIES) - The car was Totaled, CARPRO said it was never totaled. (LIES) -The Car had 3 accidents, CARPRO said the car had NO accident. (LIES) - The original color of car was silver, CARPRO said that black was the original color. (LIES) - (saved the best for last) as we were inspecting the car, we've realized that the ENGINE LIGHT was ON and cover with Black Electrical tape. CARPRO said that the car had no issues what's so ever. (LIES). All of this was for a 2011 Audi. Within 8 years all of this issue happened. Currently building a case against because they need to be stopped. I was able to get in contact with other victims of the same scam. This is not okay. -PS, you guys are giving a bad name to immigrants and especially Moroccans. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL! Wished we would have Checked YELP before we tired to do Business with this place. We saw a beautiful Van listed on the internet and called and were told it was available, we told Red we were on the way to buy the van . We had cash in hand in full. He told us he was going to move it to the side and we told him the time we were going to arrive, no mention of needing to put down a deposit . Werearranged our morning and hit the road for a 2 hour drive, half way there in crazy stand still traffic we received a call from Mike stating he was sorry but the car already had a deposit the day before and it was unavailble but conveniently had another another one, older for the same price. Whole heartedly believe they accepted another offer while we were on the way, I can see they want a sure sale but it was poor business ethics and totally inconvenient. They must not communicate with each other and should have marked the car as "hold" or "sold" . Beware , if you are traveling , the car may not be there when you get there. Really didn't want to give them one star. read more

We have come to CarPro two times now to purchase a car. We have been treated very fair and with respect every time!

Buyer Beware they are scammers!!! Where to begin... After buying my vehicle (cash) $6000. Jeep Liberty sport utility. Looks great from the outside and absolutely fell in love with it. They had no title for me and said to come back and they would have it for me. After calling and calling with no answer. I was told it was in the office so I went to go get it and it was the wrong title. I didn't check and so 6 months later I am still trying to get the right title. I feel sorry for the other car owner because they still don't have a title either because their car is in my name. After test driving it I agreed to buy it. I brought it home and after a couple of weeks all of the idiot lights came on and I found that the ABS system was faulty and so I brought it back after and was assured it would be fixed. They took it in and just replaced the fuse? all the lights were off but I still had problems. I am now $1100 in, buying a new one at the Jeep dealership. many calls later with no replies. kept asking for the new title but when they said they had it they kept it hostage and wouldn't release it to me. (Very unprofessional). never did I receive a call back from any of my messages. I've gone down to the dealership on numerous occasions and they just send me on my way saying they will call me. I have bald tires, I have to replace all the brakes with one caliper that needs replacing, asked for gas it was totally empty and Red put $5 dollars in the tank so I could get it home. read more

Purchased a vehicle in the latter part of September on an As is basis. I knew that there would be some repair work necessary. I could not bring my mechanic as I live in Richmond so l paid cash in good faith. The salesman evaded questions about what is wrong with the vehicle. On the way back to Richmond i had to stop before I went 5 miles when A warning light came on saying the transmission was overheating. So I put some transmission fluid in it and somehow made it to Richmond. Next day my mechanic look at it and found multiple issues all of which rendered the vehicle unsafe to drive. The key issue was that only seven of the eight cylinders were operating .this coupled with all the other issues resulted in scrapping the car to a salvage company. The potential cost of all the repairs was too much for a car with a doomed engine. Since it was as is I didn't request a full refund. But promises to "see what I can do" went unfulfilled. Phone calls were not returned. There were new ignition coils installed which would sstrongly suggest the business knew about the engine and the new coils were installed to mask the engine trouble.I wwanted to share my experience read more

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! I hesitate to even describe this place as a business..went in with my spouse, first of all the male employees were making my wife very uncomfortable.Went to the restroom , which by the way had traces of vermin feces, when I came back to my wife she said those male employees were leering at her very uncomfortably, I had seen some positive reviews and a a lot of negative ones.Figured I'd come in and come to my own conclusions,On website it says all over ,financing available, when I brought this up ,was told by sales manager Red it's cash only..very misleading...I looked at one of the vehicles in the lot I guess too closely for one of the salesman's liking, and was yelled at to stay away from it very rudely. So safe to say I came to my own conclusion that this so-called business has unethical, shady and flat out liars written all over it..all the negative and incriminating reviews 100% spot on! read more

Do not deal with these crooks. The said one price and when i look at the paper work they had jacked the price up by $1500

If I could this dealer negative stars I would. I don't even know where to begin with the issues. First the vehicle I purchased broke down within an hour of driving off lot, while driving up the high rise the transmission went out and we started to roll backwards. Also I asked the salesman if the vehicle was in any kind of motor crash and stated no and if I didn't trust him I could apply for a navy federal loan because they give you a carfax report and once they give me the report pull the loan application out. The vehicle are left with the gaslights on so you don't have enough gas to do a true test drive, the salesmen even knew the gas light was on and he stated we could probably go for a 20 mile test drive. Dealer has only gave me a partial refund and stated could only give me the other half of my refund if the warranty company would cancel the warranty. We'll come to find out the warranty was never cancelled. I have now cancelled the warranty myself and have not received the rest of my refund. This dealer is not trustworthy nor do they do the proper maintenance or inspections on their vehicles. read more

I purchased a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta from said business on 12/01/21 in which during the test drive the car was jerking and being that I know nothing about car parts the bald guy that took me on the test drive said the jerking would stop once gas was put in the car because it has been sitting there. In fact, it did stop jerking for a few however I had to take it back to them 2 days later for repairs. They kept my car for almost 2 weeks and i still had the same issues. They made a verbal contract with me stating that I would have a 90-day Engine warranty if anything was to go wrong the day of purchase. I believed them. I got my car back as stated with the same issues to find out that it needed O2 sensors which the owner had told me himself. He said I needed to bring the car to another mechanic name Ivan because his shop was better equipped, however Ivan couldn't do the repairs because he was on Holiday elsewhere. Ret/Red the owner then told Christina to give me the number to H&R Motors so they could do the repairs after I contacted the BBB. My car had to be towed because it was misfiring on all cylinders which was causing the jerking along with the O2 sensors being faulty. H&R Motors fixed my car, but the owner of Car Pro Auto Sales is refusing to pay them. When I say do not trust them. The outside of the car may look shiny, but the inside won't be detailed and under the hood may need a lot more work. Just be very mindful of these reviews because they are true. read more

I had the best customer service from Red and well, the entire office last week. I came in later in the evening to view a car I researched online. I was so nervous (I am a first time buyer). He kept me calm and made sure he informed about every step of the process. He gave me great advice and was very patient with me. I never felt pressured and he made sure I got what I wanted (and that it was in my budget). I ended up leaving that night with a brand new car! Although it was time for Red and her team to leave for the day (and it was a Friday night too), they stayed late and made sure my car was ready (and spotless). Red stayed back even later to make sure I knew how to work everything in my new car. I never felt rushed. He was patient and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend CArPro and I love my new car. Thank you Red 3 read more

I inquired about a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I saw via Facebook and was told to come look at it. The car was posted for right under $6000 and is whole sale, meaning you buy in full. The car looked very clean and taken care of according to the pictures. When I got there they handed me the key. I checked it out and took it for a test drive and let me tell you, it was NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures made it look nice, clean and well taken care of. Absolutely not. Both of the insides of the front doors were completely scratched up, burnt cigarette holes in the seats, marked up exterior and much much more. I noticed the check engine light was on so I asked them to run a diagnostic on it, when the guy did it I saw THREE codes come up. He went inside to "check" to see what the code was and he told me that it was on because the key to the Jeep was not the "original" key. I don't know much about cars but to me that sounded like a load of BS and doesn't explain the other two error codes. Once I saw that I walked away and never looked back. They're very nice people overall but I don't think it's worth getting into. read more

Where do I start with these people... If you're reading this, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from them back in may of 2021. When I arrived at the place the front door had a piece of wood as the door, first red flag? I kindly showed my interest in a vehicle and got persuaded in to placing a down payment (Mind you I was in dire need of a vehicle). I put down $300 to reserve my car for pick up the following day. The next day I showed back up looking to buy my car in full, I started to question my decision and asked if I could get a refund from them. Rudely, they said down payments are "non refundable." They sweet talked me into buying the vehicle. I left the lot with my vehicle and drove around for about a week before the first problem went wrong. As I was driving on 64 my car began revving itself on the highway going 60mph. I quickly pulled off at the nearest exit and rushed it to the dealership to explain to them what happened. My car at every light would begin jumping and began showing signs of transmission issues. They told me to drop it off and my warranty would take care of it. I had no other source of transportation so they lended me a older version of the vehicle I had, but it had no gas. So I left the lot without my car and had to put gas into another car that wasn't even mine, all in the same day. They told me 5/7 days for it to be fixed. I called around 5 days and they told me the following monday. I called for two weeks and always kept getting the run around. I began to think my car was no longer with them and maybe they had sold it. I finally drove to the dealership mad as can be and asked where my car was. Red told me it was down the street at a shop, I asked for the adress and of course he didn't want me to go there. I drove to the adress he gave me and pulled around back of the shop to hopefully see my car. At this point i'm 3 weeks with no car just one week of having it. I pulled around back to see a kind gentlemen who had reassured me my car was back there. I left and picked my car up a week later; at this point it was about a month. I got my car back with a new connector, thankfully free of charge with my warranty. I left thinking no more trouble. My temporary plates then began to expire and it was time for plates which they told me they would "take care of for me." I once again had to call and drive 40 min to the dealership in hopes of getting me taken care of, but nothing happened. I drove with expired plates for over two months and could not get a DMV appointment. Finally one day I snuck over there and put red on the spot for these tags. He was shocked to see me and I made him help me. He typed up the paperwork and charged me over $300 for plates. But wait there's more... I had been missing my colorado drivers license for over 3 months at this point and was fighting to get a new one to virginia. During the processing of my paperwork he asked for my license, in which case I told him I had been missing it. He grinned and reached in his drawer and pulled out a DECK OF CARDS of drivers license. Yes, people's issued Drivers license, he must of had over 100!! He handed me mine and told me I "forgot it" mind you I had been there 10 times prior to this... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! These guys are scammers! I wanted to support a family owned business...BIG MISTAKE! At the time of purchase Mike told me "if there's anything wrong with it bring it back and we'll fix it" Well, the car broke down 2 weeks later and they refuse to fix it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service not professional at all the female that picked up the call was very nice. But she should find a new job. Some grumpy man called me back and was disrespectful off the back didn't want to help was brushing me off the phone telling me they close at 12 and it was 1 o'clock didn't care about selling at car at all and supposedly that was the owner!!! I saw a car I like I was trying to buy and ship it to my base I am military and stationed in another state and this "owner" was just super rude and not professional at all telling me that usually people don't buy cars this way then he tried to take my credit card info right after come on.. which by the way I have no idea what that means "people don't buy cars this way" he's need to get aware of the new times and realize people buy cars online. I thought I would be the first to write a bad review but I've notice there are a lot of unhappy customers. I guess business is so good that u treat new customers horribly. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone stay away there are 100's of other dealerships u could choose from I wish I didn't have to put a star at all. read more
